Front desk guy was a real jerk, but everything else was wonderful!

Fantastic place great staff and comfortable rooms.

We were there for a funeral and everything was nice quiet and front desk was amazing.

We have stayed here 4 times now! And it's our favorite hotel we have stayed at down at the lake! The first time we stayed they were doing a lot of updating! We recommend they place highly! The outside pool is very nice and so is the indoor pool! We will be staying again!

The room is fine. However I was double charged and when I tried to talk to the manager I got horrible service. I was told I had to send my bank statements to get my money back and it was over $400 that they over charged me. I had to file a grievance to get my money back. I have a lot of family in this area but I won’t stay here again!

I have stayed here at least 10 times because I thought it to be one of the better, centrally located hotels with reasonable rates. Their breakfast was always an added plus until they removed items that were extremely popular.
During my last stay, we had numerous little problems (including discovering the above mentioned breakfast change! Who eats bratwurst for breakfast?! ) but the biggie was, I had reserved the jacuzzi suite for a romantic pre — Valentines with my guy. We came down in inclement weather so there was not a lot we could do except enjoy our room time. ;) From the moment we walked into the room there were issues & the jacuzzi was never able to be utilized. They offered to change us to another room, but had no other Jacuzzi room available. They directed us to the indoor pool & hot tub, but the latter was not functioning either! In spite of all of these issues, the staff was very pleasant & otherwise accommodating. The turn-over rate at this hotel is so high, that none of the people involved in that stay oare even still there! One of them offered a credit to be used at my next stay because we had talked about how I come up once or twice a year in the very least, for tattoo work. She said something about having to give a credit instead of a refund to my credit card, because I had booked online?! That was also the reason I didn't receive Choice Hotel points.

We are currently enjoying our stay here… Nice building. And nice pool and hot tub. We had breakfast this morning… it had a nice variety to choose from.

Newly updated Interior, service is great, and the price is very competitive!

The room was very nice. We had a single king sized bed which was a little too firm for me but the pillows we're so soft and amazing. The mini fridge was great for us too. Indoor pool, outdoor pool, indoor hot tub. The pools were cold and the hot tub not quite hot enough for me. The breakfast bar was the greatest, with it's shining star the make your own waffle station. It was a pleasant stay.

We stay here with family yearly on our way South. I'm giving this 4 stars only because it is a bit dated but they seem to be working on renovations. We. Stay here because it is in a good location, has 2 pools, a workout room, and a great breakfast bar/buffet with many options. During this stay we had a room that opened directly to the outdoor pool. Our room was large and clean with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee. This place is good for families if you are here for a short stay, and for the $80 rate we paid, it is a great value.

Great value for the price. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Old hotel that they are slowly upgrading. A few suggestions: 1) fix the cable TV, we could not get the Fox News channel and several others, they were distorted. 2) breakfast was good, but maybe have a bowl of shredded cheese to sprinkle on top of the eggs 3) make sure the toilet paper in the room gets refilled daily, they ran us out on Sunday morning 4) make sure in the remodel the bathrooms get a face-lift: new floors, bathtubs refinished etc. 5) check air filters in the air conditioners, when it kicked on it smelled a little musty. We have booked a return visit for the end of this month. Anxious to see the changes.

Absolutely clean rooms from top to bottom. The service is amazing! Kid friendly also. The housekeepers go out of their way to make you feel at home. Can't wait to go back next year! Thank you Chasity for all your help in making this the best vaca ever!

8/10/2018: Non smoking room smelled like cigarettes, dog barking incessantly next door and BLACK MOLD in the bathroom. Day Clerk at the front desk didn’t try hard enough to get hold of someone to authorize a refund. Find somewhere else. There’s not enough attention to detail here.

Very clean, nice rooms and friendly staff. Great breakfast selection, two pools, hot tub and the game room has a pool table. Half of the rooms have patios and balconies. We used the meeting room for our family reunion, it was spacious and the staff was very accommodating. Only complaint is there's no elevator for the second floor.

Overall nice hotel for money. Clean sheets, comfy bed. The outdoor pool was very nice. Breakfast was standard free breakfast, kinda blah. The toliet flapper chain was broken.

This hotel is the perfect place to stay when you’re at the lake! The only downside is that you are not on the water. The staff is friendly, our room was clean everyday. The indoor pool, outdoor pool, and hot tub are all very nice! The location is what makes this place a hidden gem. You’re close to EVERYTHING. Close to the stores, close to the public beaches, close to the strip, close to the good restaurants. We have stayed in cabins previously but opted for the hotel this time because it was memorial weekend and this was cheaper. Our room had a small refrigerator/freezer and microwave for snacks which was perfect for us. Next time we will be sure to request a patio room because those looked like nice little added luxaries! We will use this hotel in the future from now on!

I have to say this hotel and it's employees are worth all five stars. After I made a booking mistake they could have made me pay for it and I would have since it was my mistake. They did the honorable thing and took care of the customer. The young lady who called me I believe she was the front desk manager took very good care of me. It was like she was the owner of the hotel I'm glad the upper management and owners are trusting of their employees. I feel this gave me the excellent service I enjoy. The hotel room was very clean and well taken care of. Our bed was very comfortable the only thing I can say is the room may have been slightly dated. I would not hold this against them though since the room was clean. Again it just boils down to the good customer service I received.

Promised free Wi-Fi however it was never working. When front desk was asked about it, they were rude. Upon checking out, I I asked for s discount for the not working free Wi-Fi they promised. They refused. I then told them it was false advertisement and to remove it from their digital sign.

We pretty much stay at Choice chain hotels (Quality is a Choice hotel) when we travel. Over 40 nights last year and always pleased with them. This was only average. First room had a rock hard bed then the toilet valve failed and would no longer flush. Changed room, still hard bed and this one had a flickering light in the bathroom. I have to wonder why housekeeping didn't report this. Our second room was on second floor and no elevator. Would we stay again? Probably not.

Nice and clean place. Everyone is helpful and friendly. In door and out door pool. Has a Jacuzzi, game room. Nice place for the hole family.

Dave, did you enjoy the Lake of the Ozarks? Nope, never made it to the lake… We spent all our time relaxing at the Quality Inn pool. Their outdoor pool has it going on. Quiet and peaceful. Mediocre indoor pool. Again, your in the Ozarks, what are you doing swimming indoors? Even if its raining, avoid it. The rest of the motel is nice and clean.

All stand up again, and the desauno free.

Staff is always friendly, rooms are clean, breakfast is good. Cannot ask for more!

Friendly staff and it has a laundry room, pool table, exercise room, and pool table. The beds are very comfortable as well. The swimming pool is also handicap accessible.

I won a free room over the Christmas holiday, and used it Feb 6th, the place was beautiful, the staff was extremely helpful and friendly! I would recommend this place to everyone and anyone looking for a great place to stay at the beautiful lake of the Ozarks!

Black mold in the shower and on top of that they shut the water off midway through my shower to do maintenance on their boiler. They could off at least told me when I checked in that they were going to do that. This place needs hotel impossible and Anthony Melchiorri.

Nice clean and comfortable room. Staff was very friendly. Only complaint, no elevator.

Nice room. Pool and spa were nice. Kids liked the arcade.

The bed was very comfortable. I have stayed there a few times because thats where my job puts me up at. I know that they are going to remodel this winter but have had issues with something every time.

Walked into room upon check in to find Trail mix scattered all over the floor. There was no trash can in the bathroom. Call front office told we would have to bring up the issues with the manager when he came on duty. He was not there the entire weekend. Waiting for call from the division manager.

I gave it a 4 based on location, those working here and room size. It is a 2 story with no elevator and a very long building. It almost looks as if they added on as business picked up. 2 pools 1 inside and 1 out. Both pools are very big and well maintained. The spa which is inside wasn't working during my stay late Aug 2017. King rooms are very large with 2 chairs and 32in flat screen, microwave that popcorn actually turned in, mini fridge and coffee maker. The bathroom is pretty small but you don't spend that much time there anyway. Kind of musty smelling but for the price, location near everything I'll stay again.

Its affordable, and very close to tourist spots. Nice hot breakfast, the two pools are well maintained. Only thing is the hot tub is not very hot.

Came here for my family vacation and this place was not taken care of or maintained at all! All vending machines were down and the smell was like mold and cigarettes! Worse place to stay! The tan tar a resort is amazing!

The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. Place was quite keep in mind it was off season for the lake. Downside was the pillows were small and no water pressure in the shower due to the cheap shower head. Out side of the building could use some maintenance seen some rusty doors.

The rooms where not messy and the beds were really comfortable. The pool and game room was fun to swim/play in with friends and family. There wasn't any disturbance while we were trying to sleep, and there was a pretty good selection of t. V channels. And the food that they provided to us was very good.

It was really clean and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious!

Okay place to stay. A bit dated and it has seen better days. With that said it is very inexpensive.

The manager Matt Haas falsely accused me and my guest of stealing a comforter which was a completely fabricated made up story so he had a reason to take money off of my card. I was hired by George Tucker to perform at a boat show near this hotel to play drums, my car was packed full of equipment I wouldn't even have room to put a king sized comforter in the car also this room was comped by George, I was given an invoice that clearly stated that, and it was part of our deal, he would cover my lodging. I wake up days later and my account is over-drafted after a $75.00 charge, I call them (9am), they said a manager would get back with me that morning, 6 hours later Matt calls me and informs me that there was a comforter missing and that's why I was charged on a room that was already paid for. This is stealing and lying at it's best and it would cost me more to take them to small claims than it would for them to just do good business and give me my stolen money back. The only reason they had my card on file was because they said they needed it in case of damage so I guess I was getting set up from the get-go.

This place is awful. We had a floor room with a patio and a door that was open to the outside… they charged me a smoking fee but accused me of smoking something other than cigarettes… when getting to remedy the problem and get a refund, the manager was out but he had 72 hrs to call me… no call. Then when I called corporate almost a week later (and they still cant help me) they told me he would call within an hour. He didn't, so I called, spoke with him. He told me that the sales managers husband is a Sheriff and they had evidence of this accusation… ARE YOU KIDDING ME! When I asked who I needed to speak to above him, he told me there was no one and hung up on me.

Fantastic rooms amazing service all around a wonderful home away from home.

Great location, friendly staff, and great breakfast.

For the short duration I stayed here, the hotel was perfect, however, on several occasions there were cars parked in the handicapped spots who had no handicap markers. The breakfast was amazing. Biscuits and gravy, sausage, eggs, cereal, waffles, bagels, bread etc. The overall experience was quite pleasant.

Stayed for one night. Indoor/Outdoor pools were warm. Room was clean and large. Guest service was polite. Good complimentary breakfast.

The service was great. The only issue I had was that the lock on my original room was broken. The key would not work on multiple tries. We eventually was moved to a different room because of the issue.

Acceptable and safe, rooms were quiet. Cleanliness and furnishings mediocre, pillows minimal and breakfast hours entirely unaccommodating. Will do in a pinch, but would recommend paying more elsewhere.

Through a military deployment party for a buddy here. Rented out the conference room for the evening. Left the room to visit a local bar, staff locked up and assured us everything was safe there. Upon returning they told us that they had gone into the room to start cleaning. Some items were missing including the camera we had taken all the pictures throughout the party with. The staff from earlier had left and the new staff didn't know what to say. We told them they can keep the camera, just let us have the SD card with the images back before our buddy ships off to Afghanistan. Said we wouldn't complain, they can keep the darn thing. Management didn't seem to care, "Well I can ask the lady that cleaned the room, but can't guarantee anything. " Needless to say, avoid this place like the plague.

The hotel isn't a super high quality 5 star hotel, but it was never meant to be. The reason this hotel is nice is because if what you get for your money. Nice big roooms that are clean, free Wi-Fi, and a nice area. I was honestly surprised by what you got for paying so little.

They advertise that it's a modern hotel… HA! Not modern at all! The room smelled horrible when we walked in. Had to burn a candle to freshen it up. The staff was decent besides one lady who was obviously more concerned about being able to smoke and be on the phone than helping customers. Hotel as a whole isn't worth more than maybe $59 a night.

My wife and I decided to take a few day vacation to lake of the ozarks so I found Quality inn at Lake Ozark. I read a lot of the reviews on thisSproperty and a lot of them were complaining about 2 or 3 things about this hotel some reasonable others ridicules things like tiles falling off bathroom wall to toilet seat fell off. Well I'm happy to say that we did not experience any of those type of things. Others said that the complete hotel smelled old and musty and that public areas were trashy and pool had tons of algae in it (indoor pool). Well once again I seen none of these things the hotel had no musty smell that I noticed in my room orRhall ways and for the common areas they were clean as was my room very clean. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful it had a large selection offered biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, sausage patties a variety of vanishes, mini muffins, bagels, make your own Belgium waffles, cold cereal, coffee, juice and the gentleman that kept the bar full Jason he did a wonderfully job and the person that leads all the staff at this property the General Manager Debra Statford she dose a great job I got the pleasure of meeting her a couple times during our stay and she went out of her way to make sure our stay was comfortable and it was and to let you all know their was no algae in the pool it was some old paint on pool floor. I don't know about anyone else but we will be staying here next time we come back.
