The best hotel Kansas City has to offer. Everything is wonderful. I have stayed here over 30 days in the past year and will always come back.

We stayed here for the motley crew concert and was very disappointed. We had issues with our A/C working properly…so we contacted the front desk about it only to be told that this hotel is a green hotel and if it doesn’t detect movement it basically shuts off. My husband couldn’t sleep the first night and I couldn’t apply my make up it was so hot…. This is ridiculous because when you stay at a “ NICER” hotel you expect comfort…. Not to be told you have to be a VIP in order to receive cooler air. I have read the reviews on this page and not one mention of this issue so I’m assuming they are deleting negative posts. We will not be staying here again! 😡🥵

I stayed 2 nights at the hotel. The room was nice and the restaurant was amazing. The only reason I would never stay there again is the front desk recommended we park across the street in the garage and my catalytic converter was stolen from my new car! I think the hotel should provide safe parking for guests. I posted about it and they deleted the post.

Had a great 2 day get away to this little gem. Highly recommend for a unique, fun experience….

Love the art exhibit! Very comfortable bed with luxury linens! Clean!

Great atmosphere, with an environment that allows you to create a great experience! The staff is friendly and the Savoy is wonderful!

Staff was excellent very helpful and friendly. Hotel in a great spot close to the train and power and light district. Price was also great.

The museum had a lot of cool artwork but the best part are the penguins that they randomly move around when no one’s watching.

Fantastic experience, convenient location, safe parking, great bar and dinner at the Savoy. First KC experience for my 17 year old granddaughter who is Aspergers diagnosed. She loved the experience.

My experience at this hotel was superb. I would recommend this hotel to people that would love to stay in a historic hotel with a contemporary feel. Make sure to visit the restaurant in the hotel, it is delicious with impeccable service. My experience with the staff from start to finish is 5 out of 5. Worth a visit, worth a return visit!

One of the coolest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Art everywhere! Great cocktails in the bar. Makayla at the front desk made our stay absolutely perfect!

We chose the 21c for our KC stay when we came to town for a Royals game. So glad we did! It is a historic building and its been recreated with unique art and beautiful rooms that are designed for the guests’ total comfort. Great sleep due to really quiet rooms, soft bedding and perfect pillows. I really appreciated all of the thoughtful amenities. We didn’t get to enjoy the bar area, but will surely do that the next time we stay! Great location and easy access to the interstate, restaurants, and entertainment. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Amazing hotel for sure! I would have stayed here alot sooner had I known this place existed. Great concierge and room service was faster than Amazon.

They would get a much better review from me as the hotel is beautiful, the rooms are clean and spacious and the art is beautiful, however, my husband spent a good chunk of change for a suite for us for my birthday and we felt as though we were treated poorly. We went to the bar to grab a quick drink before grabbing our lyft to take us to dinner. When we got to the hostess stand, they refused to seat us! at the bar! Their excuse was that they had a lot of reservations that were going to show up that evening (note that the restaurant was probably at 40% capacity and there was only one person sitting at the bar at the time). It was quite obvious that the reservations that they had scheduled were not arriving anytime soon (at least not all of them at once, anyway). I have never been to a restaurant where the bar isn't open seating and I've certainly never been to a bar with less than 50% capacity to refuse customers. I've also NEVER stayed at a hotel which they refused to seat us at the bar for a drink. In fact, the majority of the nice hotels that we have stayed at provide a complimentary drink to those that are lodging with them for the night as a 'thank you' (we did not expect or suggest this, just a seat at the bar for 15 minutes was all we wanted). We have stayed at this hotel a handful of times and love the hotel itself. To top it off, as we were leaving the bar after being refused service, the lady an man at the check in desk asked if everything was OK.

Had a wonderful dinner and drinks at the hotel bar with great conversation with our bartender/server!

We have stayed at 3 of their hotels and love everyone. Such a fun experience with the penguins. Can't wait for st Louis and des Moines.

We had our Holiday party at the Hotel. The experience was unbelievable from the food to the staff. I would definitely recommend 21c! Thank you all for the event it was perfect.

Where do I even start… Everything about this place is beautiful! I wanted to stay in the bed all day so comfy, so clean, friendly people and staff! Can’t wait to return next year!

Nice room, great art, great location.

It was pretty nice, the gallery areas are cool. They promote unique art in every room. My room had a panoramic photo of penguins above the headboard, the only other thing on the wall was the thermostat. Ordered room service and whoever answered had no idea what the prices were for things listed "at market price" on the menu. Simple questions couldn't be answered. It is in an awesome location between a couple of very busy areas. It's still a kind of new place but you'd think they'd have there act together by now. There are several other hotels close-by that are about the same price but have a lot more to offer.

Wonderful hotel! Great addition to the KCMo experience.

We celebrated our wedding anniversary there. Sarah the server and Sarah the manager in the Savoy Grill were terrific. We had the most delicious Steak Diane and for dessert Chocolate Pot de Creme and Baked Alaska.
We ate in the old Savoy Grill which is now the lounge, the historic preservation in the lounge is wonderful. Excellent Service, Excellent Food, Excellent Atmosphere. Love all the art and the mixture of the old historic bldg. And the contemporary vibe with the artwork.

We just had drinks in the Savoy bar. It was a perfect atmosphere to end my evening. Absolutely love the decor, the drinks were great and the chocolate pot de creme was delicious. The galleries were awesome. Our waitress, Lauren, was really sweet and made us feel totally welcome. The place is so swanky, but I didn't feel out of place in jeans. Would totally recommend.

Very well done renovated historic Savory Hotel. The room are spacious and modern. Walking distance to convention center and the power and light district. Very quiet and romantic setting. The art word display create a nice museum feeling.

A MUST SEE in Kansas City for sure! The art exhibit is beautiful, and extensive. They have done an incredible job in preserving much of the original flooring and ceiling, some fixtures as well. The rooms are immaculate and modern, everything you could expect from a 21c. Be sure to order the Kansas City Water at the bar, very fun and strong!

This place is unlike like anything Kansas City has seen open up, especially for being the downtown area. From the moment we walked in the entrance to check-out was an experience I was not expecting. Ryan and London at the front desk were so inviting and personable that it made me feel so appreciated! He gave us all the information we needed for a successful weekend getaway in KC. The art is unlike any I’ve seen before and portrays a deep meaning to real life events that is often overlooked. We stayed in a luxury king on the sixth floor that provided us a fantastic view of the downtown area and a cozy, yet chic, interior with the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept in! I have nothing bad to say about my stay here and highly recommend it to travelers and locals alike. We will most definitely be back!

Could not have asked for better hotel; 3staff was amazing, decor is on point and atmosphere of the entire hotel is total chill. The bed was so comfy I could have stayed in it all morning! The bathroom with the gold finishes and glass shower was to die for! Lighting in the bathroom and bedroom are dimmable which was an unexpected fabulous feature in the evening and morning hours! If you are looking for a swanky, chill and contemporary hotel in KC I would recommend 21c to anyone! Cannot wait for our next stay!
