I have been with out power for 48 hrs this place is very accommodating I recommend this place as a staycation. I Love this place will come just to get away from home.

I fully recommend this hotel, my daughter and I were headed home and we got snowed in. This hotel was very accommodating and got us in with no problem! Thank you!

Continental breakfast below usual HI:E standards. Sausage was like hard rubber. System also got room reservation wrong but that's not the fault of the staff but HI's system.

The staff is very friendly and courteous! The breakfast was great. The appearance on the outside beautiful, the lobby beautiful. The rooms were not to my standards the toilet seats need to be changed and the bed covers need to be thoroughly washed very funky like has never been changed for the amount of money I was charged the rooms should have been cleaned thoroughly and the the covers needs to be soaked in bleach. I will never stay at this location and will will advise others to never stay at this location.

It's clean. The staff when I stayed was friendly. They have breakfast like most express hotels. The rooms were clean. If you want to go downtown, you are about 15-20 min away. 30 min from the airport. It does have an indoor pool and hot tub. The area around the hotel isn't as nice as the hotel itself if your looking for higher end shopping. Otherwise it is a good option for those wanting to be in Grandview or near it.

Easily checked in. Had an emotional support dog, & they took care of me just fine. Staff was friendly, quick, & the rooms were clean. No complaints.

Pretty hotel with great amenties. Pool is nice! Great hot breakfast. Stayed with 2 kids and our room was perfect.

Really niceplace, hotel staff is on point. They very nice an I would bring any family member here anytime! Even told me where to get food an other products no questions asked! Prices are a little high! But you will get why when you come in. Very nice.

Front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. Room and hotel was clean. Only gripe was not enough outlets by the bed and the bed itself was a little hard. Still slept well, though.

This is one of the best. Me and my family go here all the time. Service is great, breakfast is great, and those beds are soo comfy. I would prefer this aver any. There Wi-Fi is okay but there TV channels are more for the elderly than a young adult. I am happy to report that the walls are soundproof. I felt very safe staying here.

Loved my stay for almost a week for USATF nationals. It was near good places for food. It had great workers and very good breakfast. Hope I can get back to there soon.

Our accommodations were by far one of the best. All of the employees were friendly, helpful and professional. The manager Pat was attentive and charismatic. I would recommend this location.

This was one of our best hotel experiences. The room was super clean, the shower was wonderful, the breakfast every morning offered a large variety of hot and cold options (pancakes, scrambled eggs, biscuits-and-gravy, yogurt, etc. ), and the front desk staff were very professional and helpful. The cleaning staff even made our daughter's bed in our pack-n-play we set up for her to sleep in! All the little touches made it an extra great stay.

The desk clerks were super nice and took very good care of me. The room was really clean and the bed comfortable. I am thankful that I was able to book a night.

This is a wonderful Hotel. One of the cleanest places in the United States. Trust me I know because I've traveled Coast-to-Coast and border to border. I'm so happy with this hotel. You will be too. Thank you everyone.

Stayed with my wife and daughter overnight for a mini vacation. We picked this place because the ratings were good and the pool was also well reviewed. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean as well, and we had no problems with check in. Our daughter insisted on using the hideaway bed under the couch and it was just fine. The room had a mini fridge, a Keurig coffeemaker, and a microwave. The pool (the primary reason we went) was a salt water pool with somewhat heated water. It wasn't hot tub warm (though there was a hot tub there) but it was warm enough to be tolerable in early November. Breakfast was about what you would expect, with some healthier options thrown in like egg white omelettes and turkey sausage. It all tasted fine, and the cinnamon rolls were awesome.

Easy check in, nice pool and hot tub. Spacious room. Complimentary coffee and keurig in the room for use there. Hot complimentary breakfast included, oatmeal, pancakes, eggs, Turkey sausage, egg white and veggies omelet, biscuits and gravy. Pool card reader had to be reset so it was closed for an hour but otherwise a great trip.

We always stay at Holiday Inn Express in Kansas City when we are on our way to Branson. It never disappoints and the cinnamon rolls are awesome. They will even pack them up and let you take them with you and this morning I'm enjoying a wonderful cup of coffee with pumpkin spice creamer in it. Does it get any better than that and we had an awesome night sleep in a super comfortable bed.

I’ve stayed here several times over the years and I’ve expected that at some point they would invest in at least good internet. This place has the worst internet for a major hotel in a major city. Please don’t advertise Wi-Fi if it’s going to be dial up Wi-Fi. Btw I used my cell data to post this cause the Wi-Fi was too weak.

Check in was great and easy. The room is as nice as the Marriott and the pool is inside and cozy. Breakfast for champions!

New facility, good breakfast, and comfortable rooms. A little bit of back tracking off the hwy and currently some road construction near by. Otherwise, the staff is helpful and the stay was pleasant.

Very accommodating of additional guest needs making the stay very comfortable for a guest recuperating from major health challenges. Would not hesitate to stay at this property any time!

Holiday inn Express in Grandview was in a decent location. The rooms were clean and nice and the staff was excellent. The breakfast they serve there is very good as well.

The Holiday Inn Express was such a Good Fit for Our Event! The Conference Room was the Perfect Size and was set up very Effectively. The Staff was very Helpful and the Price was Affordable.

I was very pleasantly surprised. I expected a low-end hotel, but the hotel room was very nice! It was a bit on the small side, but that’s no big deal. What matters is that it was clean and quiet, and we got a late-check-out! So I’d definitely stay here again.

The location was very convenient for us as we were traveling and it was just off the highway. We were hauling a large pop up camper and had no trouble parking in their lot. Check in was quick. Room was very clean. Full express breakfast in the morning with options for everyone. Not the best food ever but still good.

I visited this hotel for a meeting of about 50 people. The room was great. The tech available worked good and was easy to operate. We were allowed to bring in a catered lunch. The use of the breakfast room for lunch helped immensely. Not only did It provide a great staging area for the meal, it also allowed people to spread out and mingle. The staff was second to none. Always friendly, helpful, and kind. They really went out of their way to make sure all our needs were met, from start to finish.

Nice room, Keurig machine with k cups, decent channel line up on an HDTV, nice shower head.

Sara, you are wonderful! My sisters surprised me by coming from Iowa and Illinois and picking me up and spending a few days together. The service, cleanliness, honesty, pricing, pool area especially the hot tub were awesome! I will suggest this place and stay again. Thank you!

Absolutely LOVE this hotel! Very clean, staff is awesome every shift. Breakfast, pool, hot tub, workout room was all wonderful! Thank you Holiday Inn Express and Sara for a great time with my 3 sisters!

Hotel was very clean and updated. I was impressed with that and also the friendliness of the staff. Only issue was breakfast was included, however, it didn't start until 7 so we weren't able to eat. Most hotels seem to open breakfast sooner for those travelers that have to get an early start. Again this was the only bad part of the visit.
