The banquet and events crew here is PHENOMENAL. If I could 5 star just the staff, I would… Deedy, Sarah, Elliot, Todd, the entire banquet waiting staff… They are literally what take me back time and time again. I love this crew so much, they feel like family with as much and as often as I am there. I come in monthly and stay her for my meetings at my corporate office. I plan an annual education conference here for every February. I have been with my company for 13 years. We literally have a 3 day event here every single February. While the staff and service is the best I have ever dealt with, from their responsiveness to my very needy and picky demands starting 6 months prior to our event to making sure I eat during the event because it is non-stop action on my part. I highly recommend this crew… However, this is the first year I can say that the actual hotel itself fell short. There was an active leak. There was some apparent water issues. We ended up having to move our actual awards banquet and all our meals (which the staff was PHENOMENAL about). I would say, the owners or managing partners need to fix some issues and possibly update the rooms as well as correct the water intrusion issues. If they read this, you have a phenomenal staff. From the front desk, to Christine in the bar, to the room service ladies and guy, as well as all the banquet staff mentioned above. I sincerely hope these maintenance needs get addressed, so we can continue to have our annual education conference there next February…
