The rooms are extremely dated the bed is uncomfortable and the pillows were flat. I WILL NOT recommend this place it was totally NOT worth the charge!

Banquet room exceptional and the service was outstanding.

This Hotel is a little gem! I enjoyed the luncheon I attended there today. The Servers were very nice and accomodating.

Room was very nice, clean, we ate dinner here, was very good. Service was great! couldn't have had a better experience! will definitely stay here again when we travel!

Hotel rooms aren’t bad but the way the hotel is set up you have to walk a mile to get to pool or fitness center. No comp breakfast. Restaurant and bar expensive.
Only thing you can order for delivery after a long day of work is pizza.

Comfortable, reasonable, convenient. That pretty much is the positive trifecta of chain lodging. Room was large, comfortable and well kept, except for one rough/rigid spot in the carpet. With my Hilton status, breakfast was included, and choices were good and included cook-to-order omlettes. When you park, select the hotel front or the lot immediately available as you pull in. Parking on the other side can be dark and deserted. Fitness room is large, with good choice of aerobic equipment.

The stay at Hilton Garden Inn St. Louis Airport was amazing. The breakfast and service was great. The rooms were great and the time spent there was overall amazing.

Great Place. Airport shuttle. Airplanes AREN'T flying at night, so no plane noise. Very quiet. Great Wi-Fi.

Worst place we've ever stayed in. For the price you might as well stay some where else. No free breakfast and dirty pools. My son cut his foot on something in the pool. Doors don't work with the cards. They even had to put a sign on the door because it wouldn't work. So if you went out that door you would have to walk all the way around to get back inside. Our bathroom door in the suite was broke, the refrigerator would slide out anytime you tried to open it. We paid less for the Drury suites the night before and had way more! We will never stay at this hotel again.

Spacious rooms that are surprisingly quiet considering how close the hotel is to the airport. Friendly staff, very convenient location.

No Wi-Fi available when we stayed. Was very busy, hard to get sheets/blankets/pillows for the pullout bed in the room for the kids. Staff was very friendly. Food is only available for breakfast. Pool & hot tub were clean & a nice break during our stay. Staff was friendly when we stayed in the hotel. When we shuttled back from the airport didn't get a greeting from the driver, he didn't get up from his seat. No help with luggage, not even a smile. A little disappointed.

40 year class reunion and the atmosphere was fantastic. Food preparation and serving was also great. Rooms were very good and staff was on top of things.

This is a beautiful facility located close to the airport. I accompanied my husband on a business trip. The pool area was very dirty and remained so for the first two nights we were there. The third night, it was obviously cleaned and organized by someone, but not very thoroughly. Items remained around the pool deck from day 1 to day 5 of our stay: a broken barrette, a pony tail holder, a mysterious brown lump/substance, assorted hair pins. Similar hair accessories were in the pool as well. The beds were awful. My husband and I were in pain the entire week because of the beds. The hot tub was out of order the entire week as well, unfortunately, so there was no respite for our sore backs except ice and Advil. Their internet was frustrating and glitchy. Most of the staff were cordial, with the exception of two individuals who remained snarky, verging on hostile throughout the stay. This was puzzling and uncomfortable. Things that were nice: fruit-infused ice water in the lobby, a nice fitness facility, a microwave and fridge in the room, and the room had a nice smell. Not of perfume or chemicals — a slight ozone smell maybe? Not sure. It was also very close to where my husband had to be every day, and there is a small lake with a paved walking path around it that you can get to easily walking from the hotel.

Modern feeling hotel, had good art in the rooms. Better breakfast than a Hampton. The airport shuttle driver was so nice.

Small indoor pool area, decent tasting but overpriced breakfast, I also found dirty dishes in the clean stack of dishes. When I notified an employee she seemed annoyed. A lot of the employees seemed annoyed when asked for anything. I was going to leave a tip for housekeeping but their attitude is so poor that I'm not.

Very nice staff. Very new looking and clean hotel. Would be great if they actually had chairs on the back patio. Lounge only open till 10 on the weekend. No smoking rooms available. Breakfast ok, but not worth 11$.

Garden inn is exactly what you would expect and no more. It's all about familiarity. So, if that's what you like, you are in. Restaurant food was good. Service the same. There is nowhere to walk however.

The location and the showers are the best part of this hotel. Right next to Interstate 70 and easy access to everywhere. The showers are shower stalls, not tubs, and have more space. Small issue, but nice. I'd stay there.

Our stay was great! However this morning (the day of our check out). The cook had an unpleasant attitude. We asked for pepper jack cheese she insisted to say we don’t suppose to use pepper jack cheese. To remind you our cook the other day made it so now I’m confused. She overall had a bad attitude and was loud. It was OBVIOUS to almost everyone we talked to, that she had an bad attitude. On top of all that it was my hubby & I marriage anniversary.

The rooms were pretty nice. The bed was comfortable and decently big. They also had high ceilings so it made the room seem bigger. The bathroom was mediocre. The water pressure was bad and you couldn't adjust the nozzle to aim it better. The breakfast buffet was over priced and the lady serving was really rude, while the rest of the staff was really nice. The pool and hot tub were not fantastic. You have to watch out in the pool because it is falling apart and we got some pretty bad cuts from scraping our hands on the bottom. The hot tub was decent, not the warmest but better than nothing. The hotel is in the landing zone for the airport which is really cool. You can watch the planes land and it keeps the kids/significant other interested for a good period of time. Shockingly, you can't even hear the plans when your inside the building.

Watermain broke, water on our block was shut off for the night so we booked this hotel. Pleasant greetings, nice rooms and aura, nicely priced, no 'hidden' fees. Nice staff, very hospitable and professional.

Can only give this 4 stars because it's under the landing pattern for the airport and it's not near anything. It's out on it's own. You'll need to drive to get to a decent restaurant or good shopping. The staff is great. Hotel is fine. Rooms are fine. No bar though. Not sure why… its there… just not used like other HGI's.

Nice rooms, comfortable beds, and great typical Hilton Garden Inn breakfast. Also, this is close enough to the airport but not too close, so the plane noise doesn't wake you up starting early morning. Highly recommend.

Great hotel! Beds are fantastic! Breakfast wasn’t my favorite, hence 4 stars, but service was fantastic. Sleep park fly was awesome! They need work on their gravy and eggs in buffet.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Just upset that when I booked the room they said it was smoking I get here and it's a non smoking hotel.

Looks nice as it is being remodeled. There was no hot water and the response was an apathetic “Well my manager is going to be calling a of guests today. ” I have over 1, 000 nights between Marriott and Hilton. This stuff happens but the response is unacceptable.

Amazing hotel for a great price. Hourly airport shuttles and new rooms. Highly recommended.

Staff is accommodating, front desk staff were terrific. Rooms are nice—typical for HGI. Some highway noise, but not too bad. Would stay again!

Greeted by a very friendly staff. Room was perfect, and the indoor pool and hot tub was very nice. Everything was clean and we'll stocked.

Bed was comfortable. Rooms were clean. Hotel was overall very good. A bit pricey for the area but a good spot.

Happy with overall services. Very quiet and peaceful. Staff was very polite and friendly. Food from the menu was a little pricey from what we are use to but, was expecting considering the location. Would've been better if there was a continental breakfast or at least the kids eat free. Loved that the place had room service after a certain time of the day.

I've been here a couple of times. The rooms are clean and well-stocked with standard amenities. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. I like the bright, fresh decor in the lobby, as well as cozy area with the fireplace and large chairs. I look forward to staying here the next time I'm in the area.

I chose this hotel for the convenience of being close to my family, it's nice, the staff is very friendly the rooms are clean and spacious. Also the front desk text your phone to see how everything is going and if you need anything. That's a nice added touch. Thank you.

From the moment the shuttle driver Reggie picked me up it was a great experience. Trish checked me in and was incredibly accommodating. The shuttle to and from dinner was excellent as was the room. I'd certainly stay here again.

The shower floor looked bad enough we felt like we should be wearing shoes for protection. The biggest complaint I have is with the dining staff. We stayed two nights and each morning the breakfast food ran out well before the stated hours of service. I was frustrated the first morning. The second morning the cook announces she was not going to refill the food items an hour before the 11am closing time. The lights were off by 10:30. I asked for an omelet to be made. The cook agreed but was not interested if I wanted anything to go with it. While I waited another patron brought his dirty dishes to the counter. The cook grabbed the soiled dishes delt with them and then handled my food. She never changed gloves. The overall service was very poor. I am a loyal Hilton customer for many years. I chose this hotel because of the bed and breakfast offering. This was not what I have come to expect from a Hilton chain. I did complain and the prepaid food portion is supposed to be refunded. I will not stay at this hotel again.

The facility is well maintained and the employees friendly and helpful. A shuttle bus is available for airport pickup and for trips within 5 miles of the hotel, including the local Metro station. I had dinner there and found the tomato — basil soup and the grilled vegetables quite good.

Friendly staff that goes above and beyond. Great value for our corporate rate for what we get. Have been pleased with my 12 days of total nights spent here.

The room was nice, but the restaurant staff wasn't very good for breakfast service. Dinner staff and food were good.

This is an up to date hotel that has all the amenities necessary to enjoy an overnight stay. The location is ideal and shuttle service is offered to where you don't need a rental if you are coming for downtown events. Staff is friendly and attentive. Very helpful with orienting me to the city and getting around on public transit. Food is decent but there are great restaurants nearby. I haven't seen a lot of family here but I'm sure they have accomadations. This is more for the business traveler or person coming to visit the city for a few days.

Got 2 adjacent rooms with 2 queen beds each. Really spacious and comfortable. Great breakfast as well. Unfortunately, didn't get to try the pool because it was really crowded.

Michelle greeted us with helpfulness and courtesy. Beautiful room. Great restaurant service thanks to Jordan. Two great meals thanks to Terrance and Jonathan. Ribs cooked just right. Delicious grilled veggies. Excellently seasoned salmon. Tasty sweet chili wings. Perfectly cooked mashed potatoes. The whole package.

I came into St. Lois with with work in a group of 7 from Texas. Everything was great till after checkout. I was the only white guy in group and rest were minorities. Clerks behind counter were minorities. Apparently they all were given free breakfast from clerk. I spoke to clerk and ask why they received free breakfast. She said it was a random act of kindness. Yea for everyone who wasn't WHITE! Racism alive and well in St. Louis just reverse. Sorry 1 other white was with us. He didn't get one either.

We come to St. Louis every year and this hotel stands out due to the staff only. The staff was very friendly, however, the cleanliness of the rooms should have been better. If the cleaning matched the staffs attitude this would easily be a 4-5 star. The $11.95 breakfast is only good if you get your food hot off the griddle. Overall it was a decent stay.

The staff at the front desk were very nice, but that's one of the few positive things I can say about this hotel. The first room I was in, the toilet was broken so it hissed every time someone else flushed their toilet. To be fair, they moved me to another room right away, which I appreciated. However, the new room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, especially in the bathroom, which instantly gave me a headache. There was a peanut lying in the middle of the floor, which made me question how thorough the room was cleaned before I stayed in there. Also, there were wrappers and garbage on the floors throughout the halls leading up to my room. The white comforter appeared to have various stains on it, including what looked like Cheeto stains and a dark brown stain that I don't even want to know what that was. I've stayed in motels with much cleaner rooms. The icing on the cake was that I ordered a balsamic chicken sandwich ($20! ) and fries, and asked for avocado on the sandwich. The sandwich was brought to me and the avocado was completely brown (not just a little brown like avocados tend to get, but totally brown), the fries were stale, and instead of Parmesan aioli, they just put a little butter on the bun. I don't think I've ever written a negative review before, but I had to spare someone else a waste of money if they were on the fence about this place. It was fine for 2 nights, but I'm so glad I'm not staying there the entire week I'm in St. Louis.

We first got a room with broken closet door and then the 2nd room had a broken lamp switch. The bath tub has a cracked edge, and the furniture are old and beat up. No satisfaction for this location and I couldn't believe a security guard just knocked on our room door to tell us we need to be quiet. Is this a joke?

Came from out of town for 3 nights for family reunion. Slept in chair the first night because bed was hard as a brick! Woke up in so much pain. Manager came up next morning and tried to fix it. Nope! She said the cords inside was tangled. Then, our toilet was stopped up. My husband went downstairs to tell them and they handed him a plunger. So now he a plumber. Last day, I leave the hotel with family to go see the Arch. My 17yr. Old and 12yr. Old didn't want to come so they stayed behind to swim. Well the hotel staff deactivated all of our room keys after checkout on 2nd day. I was gone three hours and my daughters just had to stay in the pool and walk around to I came back. Unacceptable, especially since we still had one more night. This was absolutely hands down the worse Hilton experience ever! I have never had to complain so much. Probably the only vacation I'll get this year. But yeah thanks for the 5000pts. In a very sarcastic voice! They need to do better! On my way home Thank God!

UPDATE: Contacted corporate and the response back sounded like they could care less. Horrible customer service. We stayed at this hotel for a weekend family getaway. After spending all day at the zoo we were exhausted and just wanted to check in & swim and order food from the hotel restaurant (2 reasons I picked this hotel for having an indoor pool and restaurant). The pool was about the size of a shoebox, so with a family already in there swimming it didn't look relaxing at all. We decided to order our food and wait for the pool to clear out. We were told by the employee on the phone that they 'had no chicken because they had to throw it all out from being spoiled'. That's disgusting. With no restaurants really around we settled for fast food and the pool never cleared out. Also, the bedding had holes in them and the bed was hard as a rock. When I let the front desk staff know about our stay she only offered free breakfast in their restaurant. I declined to even eat there for free. We won't be back.

Very nice hotel. The rooms were large and very clean. Staff was very nice. Food was great. I plan on staying again when I'm in the area.

Restaurant/Grill (dinner) : There is no other restaurants around, so if you fly in with no car then you are more or less stuck with the restaurant on site. Fortunately, food is pretty decent and service is good. Did not eat breakfast there, but I don't know $12 buffet anywhere is worth it. Front desk: under staffed. When I arrived a little before 6pm in St. Louis, I called them twice, letting it ring for a long time each before anyone finally picking it up. Then, I was put on hold — and got cut off. When I got there, I saw why. There was a line of about 5 people ahead of me with only one person checking people in. The phone rang a couple of times and he picked it up only once and put the person on hold. I don't know if he ever got back to that person. If you are not running the airport shuttle at scheduled times — and make it public — then you MUST answer the phone for people requesting the shuttle service. Room: Very clean and spacious. My room was on the side of Interstate, and the sound proofing wasn't the greatest. In fact, the sound proofing in general wasn't great. I could hear people in adjoining rooms. Fortunately, my neighbors all went to bed at reasonable times. Unfortunately, the guest above me started moving things around in his/her room around 2 am and woke me up. That continued for about 10 minutes. So, overall, both good and bad. It did make me wonder if $120 was worth it. Would I have been better off staying at Quality Inn that is closer to the airport?

Worst hotel ever. Carpets: dirty Security: minimal, no room safe. (Housekeeping took a stack of quarters from vanity. ). Thank goodness I didn't leave personal documents, iPads company equipment. I'm here for 28 days = don't clean the room while I'm gone all day. I'm sleeping in 11 day old sheets tonight.

Will definitely book a reservation at this hotel during my future visits to St. Louis. Staff was the best during our stay, specially Vernita at the front desk who went above and beyond to make my family and I enjoy our stay at the hotel. Only issue was that our room had a very uncomfortable bed that did not let my baby and I sleep comfortable. Also, my reservation requested a crib but there was none when we arrived.

I travel a lot for work and typically always stay at Hilton hotels. This one is by far the Worst HGI that I have ever stayed at. When I arrived my carpet was drenched from the air conditioner leaking in my room and the people at the front desk initially acted like it was no big deal. Eventually they ended up switching my room after they went down and looked at it. The rooms were just flat out dirty. Metal molding leading into the bathroom / shower area was rusted to the point where it was falling apart. How do you just ignore something like that for that long? To top it all off, a coworker of mine left his iPad in the room after he had checked out and they are claiming that the housekeeper never saw it… Dealing with their front desk people while trying to figure this out was a complete waste of time. My advice is to look elsewhere if you need to stay around the Airport.

As a Hilton Diamond Member you live on the road and business sometimes changes. There is no better feeling than when a travel partner makes you feel like a criminal and they call and call the hilton diamon honor desk before you to complain about a GUEST! Are you kidding me, I waited for a hour for your GM to tell the front desk manager if If I could move to a sister property to be with a client. Its called CUSTOMER service for a reason, MOST of the time companies like Hilton (and their Franchise owners) will work with you when you have these changes. I recently needed to move my hotel room from this Hilton Garden to the Hilton down the street to be closer to a client. I called asking for help with my reservation and the staff and manager was extremely unwilling to help. The manager kept saying, "we have a policy"… I get that, I want to go to another one of your Hotels (owned by the same investment management company) and they refused to work with me over the phone. When I came into the hotel, the manager was emailing the GM, which she said she would do 20 minutes ago to see if she could make an exception, with no luck and 1hr wasted in their lobby I decided to hold them to the same standards I have with the hotels I stay in. Just a simple tour of the lobby and bathrooms was eye opening. Dirty floors, full trash cans, cobwebs on in the corners, around the front entrance, messing front desk with wrappers and personal information out for anyone to see.

On September the 5th we seen reaches at 2am in our room and the night manager came to the room went in the trash seen the 1 roach I killed he changed our bedding said we would get our money back for that 1 night from the roaches being in that room, the next day we got another room but they told a lie they didn't give our money back for that room I am reporting them to the better business Bureau & board of health, I will not ever recommend anyone to stay at this hotel.

The room was very clean. Yes you could hear the airplanes. But that's to be expected when you rent a room next to the airport. The horrible thing about this room was the bed. It is seriously like sleeping on cement. Except after a minute or two it starts to conform to your body. But forget about rolling over. Because then you have to climb out of the hole your body made and wait for the concrete to reform to your new position.

After a rocky start w shuttle pickup dispatch to airport (not the driver's fault) manager went over & above to turn negative to positive and succeeded. The hotel and staff exceeded expectations balance of my stay. Complimentary breakfast always a good touch — was plentiful, fresh and served buffet style. The facilities kept clean, rooms comfortable but not that large. Meeting rooms setup well done w audio and seating arrangements good.

The hotel was okay, I guess I just expected more from a hilton. The customer service was good but don't ask for a bath robe the lady looked at me like I had three heads! (I assumed they had them) The breakfast was amazing as was dinner, but very pricey. The pool and fitness center were great.

The first room that I was put in had a dusty headboard and dressers with hand prints visible to the sight. The front desk clerk came to present me with the new room keys and did not offer to assist me with any of my belongings in the room transition. For all the monies that are paid for those rooms I would like to believe that the rooms would be better sanitized and better hospitality. I will NEVER stay in another Hilton hotel because this is the third time that this has happened to me in a Hilton hotel.

Overall, the hotel is ok. The rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is pretty good, and the fitness center has a lot to offer. The walls, however, are thin. It is a little annoying when neighbors are loud.

My hobby is going to local hotels and getting the nicest room that I can afford. With that being said, I can not believe that I found a clean room! The hotel grounds were well kept. The entrance in the lobby is beautiful and unexpected for an "Inn. " Being there directly at check in time, I was greeted professionally and had my choice of a room away from the freeway (the noise. ) The room was in very well condition, fully stocked with coffee, tea, sugar (which isn't at all hotels, ) as well as plenty of towels. The mattress is not like the regular Hilton. It's Very Firm. It comes with all amenities promised on the description. There are no local restaurants, just 1 local gas station. Room service is only for late times, so no breakfast in room service. Wifi was good, the TV was fine, and all of the electric worked in the room. The neighbors doors do make the slam noise, but it wasn't room shaking for me. I'd take a top floor away from the freeway if I'd stay again. Customer service was a great customer experience.

In my opinion, this hotel has bad costumer service and they completely over charge for the type of service they provide. I was charged $99 a night but the type of service I was given was more or less worth $50 a night. I stayed at this hotel during a weekend. Everything was tolerable until I got the bill. I was charged almost $45 for making 3 calls that lasted less than a 3 min. On the statement, each call amounted to exactly $14.93. It is highly unlikely I talked for the exact same time for all 3 calls. So I assume this was a mistake. I tried to get some explanation for the charges. When I asked the staff to explain the charges, they directed me to the shift manager. When I asked the shift manager, she directed me to the general manager. None of the people who I talked to seemed to care or feel that the charges were odd. The shift manager told me I would receive a call from the general manager. A week passed and I didn't get any call back. A lot of my time has been wasted to solve an issue that should be solvable in a single day. Additionally, my sister also stayed at this hotel. She occupied a room with double queen beds. The comforters on the bed were covered with a duvet, but my nephews somehow uncovered the comforter on one of the beds. While trying to fix it, they noticed three large yellowish stains on the comforter, which really looked like urine.

Excellent 3-star hotel. There was a refrigerator and a microwave in the room which is not expected for a 3* hotel. Downside is the receptionists may need to be nicer.

The guy at the bar was very rude! A hotel half the price has complimentary breakfast they don't, but have a buffet that is too high! The bed was hard as a rock. This was my first experience with the Hilton chain and won't stay at another.
