Nice accommodations and customer service!

Very nice. Tons of little thoughtful amenities that makes your stay most enjoyable. Breakfast was enjoyable also. Only minor complaint is the entrance is not marked. It's a little confusing upon arriving.

The staff at this hotel was amazing! Although unexpected challenges came up beyond this staff control. Shawanda, Renata, Hika did an amazing/awesome job overcoming unexpected challenges! Shawanda Hargon and her staff went above/ beyond her duties providing extraordinary CUSTOMER SERVICE for my family! This is a very nice hotel.

The room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. The noise was minimal. The closet space was huge! The noon check out was deeply appreciated. Full kitchen and fridge. Comfortable working area. Shower pressure was great. You can actually get HOT water to come out. That's a rare thing now-a-days. Our only issue that we brought up was that the skirt edge at the end of the bed had something spilled on it. Instead of it being cleaned, it was shoved in between the matress. Otherwise everything else was spotless. We called and reported it to the front desk just to let them know. It wasn't a big deal. We were offered to move but we didn't think that little bit warranted a move.

Also the is breakfast is good.

Great facility! Extremely friendly staff. Small gym, but it’s workable. The only problem I have are the in room appliances. The coffee pot was dirty beyond belief and had water that smelled months old (possibly moldy at this point), dishwasher with condensation inside (didn’t smell, probably used by the last guest), our toaster was nasty, and our bathroom door won’t shut all the way. Will have all of these looked into. Other than that, great place!

The breakfast is always great love the tuxedo muffins always a great spread of breakfast, I usually take a handful back to my room. Clean rooms… staff is friendly and accommodating. One of my fave getaway hotels.

I have been here for 3 weeks now and have had a wonderful experience. Anything I have needed has not even been a question. The staff here goes above and beyond. Today I mentioned to Hika at the front desk that I was heading to urgent care feeling really rotten… a few hours later I get a call asking if she can bring something by my room — and she gave me the sweetest note and care package with soup! This girl deserves a raise! I highly recommend this hotel and their staff to anyone looking for a place to call their temporary home like we did!

If you’re looking for a good hotel in this area, try the nearby Hyatt. I had the misfortune of staying here for an extended period of time and it just wasn’t a good experience. The breakfast has the same items nearly every day, and that’s if you’re lucky enough to get anything in the first place. They would frequently take towels out of my room and never clean it and never bring replacement towels back. There were 2 days in a row I came back to my room and the door hadn’t latched, so I didn’t even have to use my key to get in. When I brought these things up, they apologized, but nothing changed or improved. The entire experience was a headache that I encourage you to avoid.

Hands down the best Marriott option in the area. I travel monday-friday and have tried all the local mariott hotels and BY FAR, the staff and GM here are the absolute BEST!

I stayed at this hotel on my first ever visit to Jackson in December. It was a very nice hotel in what appeared to be a very nice and safe area of town. The customer service was great, the room was cozy, and the complementary breakfast was good. The only issue that I had was that the water was about the hardest I've ever experienced, and this made showers a bit of a challenge. Overall though, I enjoyed my stay, and if I were to go back to Jackson anytime soon, I'd definitely consider this hotel again.

I really loved the TownePlace Suites by Marriott Jackson. The staff was extremely nice. The room was also roomy and clean. I would recommend it to all my family and friends. The area is great as well.

Very clean and roomy place. I really enjoyed having the kitchenette and the full sized fridge. It's in a safe area with a lot of restaraunts and shops nearby.

It's my home 5 days a week. I feel right at home.

The staff are all nice. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The bedding was definitely comfortable. I felt very rested when I woke up the next morning.

Family and I went to Mississippi to escape from hurricane Irma. This hotel was one of the best I ever been in. Very clean, roomie and the staff was very sweet and accommodating. Great area as well

Convenient location to the outdoor shopping mall as well as various places to eat right in walking distance. There's even a small pond across the street you can jog around. Rooms are nice, staff is friendly and the breakfast is what you'd expect.

I want to give a huge thank you to all the nice staff here at Towneplace Suites. They provided us with a thank you dinner to thank us for being great customers! This is a great, clean, professional, and upscale hotel that gets 5 stars from me!

Nice quiet area. Close proximity to running trail. Easily accessible from interstate but set far enough away to not have to deal with the traffic and noise.

Rooms are nice. Breakfast is well done. Staff is accommodating and friendly. But the down side is: internet access is sub-par at best, and forget watching TV if the weather is the least bit stormy. This place would be 5 stars if they would not use AT&T for TV and I assume AT&T dsl for the garbage internet. (My stay was for 20+ days on business) also pet friendly is a plus!

This is a very nice hotel for only around 7500 Marriott points. Other hotels like this are around 30, 000 points. Very comfortable memory foam pillows and mattress. Very nice staff. Would go there again.

I was here for a business trip for 3 weeks. The staff was excellent especially Ann she was great. Rooms were extremely clean with maid service everyday. Has a fire pit too sit by at night for studying, hanging out with friends or just quite time. By far one of the best places I've ever stayed!

The people there are beyond the typical customer service. All of my career has revolved around servicing the customer and they do it amazingly! If you want a great experience at a hotel please try them the next time you are in town!

This is a fairly new property in a beautiful location. Rooms were very affordable and clean with plenty of space and comfortable beds. Complimentary breakfast was offered in the mornings which was a nice bonus. Customer Service was phenomenal, especially from Ms. Ann at the guest services desk. She gave us a warm welcome upon checking in and made sure our accommodations were met to ensure our stay was pleasant. Ms. Ann thank you for your wonderful hospitality! I would highly recommend this property!

I stayed six nights at this hotel and I enjoyed the comfort and quiet atmosphere that the staff provided. Everyone did an outstanding job, from the front desk, to housekeeping to maintenance. The closeness of Newk's restaurant across the parking lot made it convenient to walk to eat. Well done!

Only spent one night, but this new hotel was outstanding. Clean room, great fitness room, good complementary breakfast. In a quiet area of town with new buildings all around.
