Dont even want to give it one star but had to in order to warn everyone! First room they give us had mold so bad you first walk in the door and you almost throw up from the smell. Second room had nasty sheets with pubic hairs stuck all on them & bed bugs, running toliet that wasn't bolted good and felt like you was on a carnival ride. Feces was smeared all down the side of the mattress box spring. TV would not even cut up to where you could hear it. The shower where it is screwed in was messed up and water was spraying everywhere, needless to say we got our money back and found somewhere to go!

Reserved a room over the phone. Checked in, my 5 year old daughter asked why it smells like dog in the lobby. I tried to hush her (trying to hide a smile but not successfully), but all I could smell was the overwhelming scent of cigarettes and ashtrays. Later I noticed they do have a company dog hanging out behind the front counter. Good nose, kid (too short to see over the counter). Afterwards I asked where the rollaway bed was. Somehow that detail didn't stick on the reservation over the phone. They had one, but don't have an elevator or any help to carry it upstairs. I had to have my 10 yr old son help me carry it up the stairway. Oh, and I had to practically arm wrestle the lady at the front desk for "extra" towels. Our room came with two, and there were no complimentary towels for the pool area. BTW, I noticed more than slightly shady traffic outside the hotel. I went ahead and stayed just to give my kids the "cultural" exprerience of staying in an overpriced "budget" hotel. $130 for the night usually gets me a lot more, in terms of room quality, quality of service, some extra towels for goodness sake. Gotta carry my own bed up the stairway? Come on. I guess this experience just proves how "spoiled" I am to be accustomed to such great service everywhere else in the continental United States.

Great staff, great price, BUT they need to update their sheets and comforters — they look like they are from the 50’s. Pool and hot tub great bonus, breakfast is ok for the price.

Horrible! No elevator. Towels thin, old, and size of postage stamps. When asked if we could have 2 more the clerk said "he only lets me allow 2 towels to a room at a time " 3 cigarette burned holes in bedspread. Bathroom sink old stained and cracked. With strange look. Turned on refrigerator and it immediately started leaking water in large amts on the carpet. Wasn't a new thing since the desk beside it had water damage to the base. Complained to desk clerk. Moved us to another room. Bathroom worse apoxy at base of toilet falling off black mold on base of toilet. Sink same as previous room. Cigarette burns on bed spread and open tears in the seam of the covers. We left no offer of refund.

The hotel was great, staff was very friendly. My only complaint is those sheets. They just made me itchy. They have great prices.

New beds are nice but cmon, spend the money on new comforters. The comforters are from the 50s. Also you need a microwave in all rooms. Rooms are really outdated. What happened to the upgrades you were gonna do last year? Overall its tollerable but barely. Staff is nice and very welcoming.

We found black mold along the window sill and inside a picture hung on the wall. They gave us another room then called that room telling us to leave since we were unhappy and they would refund our card. The manager Danny refused to give me a receipt or anything stating the refund or that they asked us to leave. Next he called the police.

Great value for price. Staff was very polite and helpful! Very clean. And decent breakfast. Would recommend to anyone. Pool and hot tub were a great bonus!

Love the customer service had a few issue but they fixed it right away would stay again.

The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. The bed was fantastic. Unfortunately they hurt themselves with a very meager breakfast. Yogurt, fruit cups, toast, 2 ceareals, instant oatmeal eggo waffles and if you are lucky a sweet roll. No peanut butter. No breakfast meat, no eggs. Other places charge less and have biscuit and gravy scrambled egg sausage plus. There is not even fresh fruit. If you want breakfast go elsewhere otherwise nice place. If they had better I would give 4.5 stars. I view the breakfast as a cheap owner cause with a rate over $70 it stinks.

This was by far the worse experience I have had with hotels. First, we are from a school; talked to a manager about taking school checks the day before, he said yes. When we got there it was a different story. The lady at the desk was confused and couldn’t reach the manager. They wouldn’t take our Tax exempt form. It took us an hour to get in. It got worse. The whole hotel wrecks on tobacco; the rooms were not clean, none of them; the bathrooms were not cleaned and found a roach in one room. Spend the extra 10$ and stay someone else. DO NOT Stay here.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly. My main criticism is that it was like a hotel out of the late 90s, the lighting was extremely dim no matter how many lights we turned on, And it didn't exactly scream clean while we were in there. For what it was, it wasn't bad, but I would say that the place is in desperate need of an overhaul and updates.

Could use a refresh of the furniture, but for the price, the beds are comfortable and new, the place is relatively quiet, and the staff is nice. Indoor pool is heated and can be used year round.

It's technically a room and a shower. If you're just looking for a place to crash quickly and get back on the road, it's cheap. Positives: Decent TV, ok bed, decent shower. Negatives: Everything else.

Weekend rate of 82 plus tax no discounts so it was around 90 for the room. No parking, Spider on the bed, other people hair on the bed, bar of soap from previous guest in the shower, and unidentified substance on shower curtain. Not worth the money but what do I know I only stay in 200 hotels a year. Why I give it 2 stars is because front desk lady was nice.

For the price it isn't too bad I guess. The room smells moldy which was a cause for concern but after 400 miles of driving it was nice to have somewhere to rest ours heads. Staff is really nice. Breakfast options were minimal but again, for the price I'm surprised they even offer it.

Well not what I was expected. We choose a smokers room as usually and we entred the hotel room you could smell the cigarette smell from a mile away. Walls really dirty and smoke from cigarettes smoke. The pool was OK but still not verry clear. The breakfast was really really disappointing. They nearly didn't have nothing. I would never come back to this hotel.

Hotel is ok for exception of dryers. They have laundry facilities which we thought was good. However, as of now, we are trying to dry clothes for the third time. Did not overload and they run for 40 minutes at a time but cannot seem to dry the clothes. It costs 1.50 to wash and 1.50 to dry. We have 3 loads and looks like we will still be drying when we need to check out tomorrow. 3 loads at 1.50 each to wash is 4.50. To dry also 4.50 x 3 = 13.50 for total of 18.00. Hoping 3 is all it takes. Word of caution, do not use laundry facilities if only staying one night. Makes this an expensive hotel to stay at.

Good for the price. There's an indoor pool and hot tub and free breakfast. But there were roaches. Decent for the price.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. Lots of upgrades have been made. Comfortable beds and housekeeping was very attentive. Overall great stay.

I deliver food, the lobby and hallways where nice. I don't really remember.

Ever tried to explain the sounds of a porn shoot in the next room to a 7 & 3 year old. This went on for quite a while, guessing more than one player in the room. And also probably explains the 120k Mercedes in the parking lot of a $60 a night hotel. Smelled like a cross between a run down crack house & a porta potty. Took 30 minutes to check in, 15 minutes to realize there were better sleeping conditions in the dumpster out back, & a 2 hour drive to the next town for reasonable accommodations. We of course asked for a refund which is somehow being disputed. This place should be condemned. Don't stay there, & if you do take all precautions (Glock 19 if possible) to protect your family from what appears to be a very dangerous environment!

If I cld give 0 stars I wld. This place is raunchy, and that's being generous. The entire place smells like stale cigarettes and is humid which makes the smells worse. When you enter the rooms the stench almost gags you and doesn't dissipate when you turn the air on full blast. It's musty and god only knows when the carpets were last cleaned. The box springs had really disgusting stains on them and the mattresses were horrible and creaked and popped. The bathroom was unclean, had ants and mold. The sink looked like someone had started a fire in it at one point and the shower curtain had mold. I seriously can't believe this place hasn't been shut down. Please, please please… don't stop here with your kids. It was 1 am or we wld have left. Really gross place… keep driving…

The beds had stains on them and unmade with dirty blankets. The coffee pot was nasty. The floors were unvacuumed with stuff all over them. We immediately called the front desk to get a refund and went somewhere else.

It was easy to find. Went to a neighboring motel and they wanted over a hundred dollars a night. For a one night stay I think that is a little much. Saw Super 8 was less than $70. The rooms may have been a little outdated but they were clean. The girl at the front desk was super nice. The other staff we saw were nice and spoke to you. On the reviews people complained about the smell, our room smelled fine. The front area and breakfast nook looked really nice. I would stay here again. In fact when we came back through I was planning on staying but it was too early to stop. We wanted to get further down the road. I thought it was reasonably priced.

Room is dirty and very out dated. Bed is very uncomfortable. Every room is outdated.

Skip on this one. Non-smoking rooms smell like ash trays. Condom wrappers in room. Mystery stains on the chairs and walls. Carpets look filthy.

I would give it 3 1/2 if possible. Rooms are okay, staff is great, however the bathrooms in all the rooms I stayed in he toilets leaked in needs fixture done. The TV in all the rooms are out dated and all seem really dark while watching tv. Very pet friendly, hot tub is never working. Breakfast is mediocre.

Easy to access from highway. Stayed for one night while traveling. Friendly staff. Room was dated, but clean. Breakfast was ok; Eggos, toast, yogurt, juice, etc. Would stop again.

Staff was very friendly. Beds were old. Pillows literally flat and hard. And only two on each bed. Asked for more and got 2 more flat pillows. Toilet was broken and leaned when sitting. Asked to have room cleaned all I got was a stack of towels on counter, left pile of damp towels on floor, did not replenish anything else, did not take garbage or vacuum. But staff was great and accomidating. The hotel lacks alot.

Yeah… This has to be my favorite… The visit apparently took place sometime in February around Valentine's day. Sorry I haven't visited here… But my husband obviously did and was logged in on my location tracker at the time! I wondered why he was acting so mean at the time. Hope it was nice u stupid stupid man. No-one will ever love u or put up with u like I have.

Not handicap friendly, no elevators, just stairs. If you can't climb stairs with luggage… not recommended.

In my room there where stained carpets, bedding wasn't too clean, and had a old box tv… but my parents room was a lot better so its do-able. Pretty much get what you pay for.

Very nice staff the rooms are nicer then the best Western next door, I stayed there for 4 days then switched over here and WOW. The TV'S are new here and the picture is nice the beds are nice, indoor pool and hot tub, so nice!

20 year old tv, the beds are old and sound like they are falling apart, carpets are disgusting. The walls are so thin I could hear my neighbors cell phone go off. Oh and as I'm sitting on the bed in my boxers house keeping walked in un announced and replaced my towels but didn't take out the trash, just very unprofessional service.

This is not the place if you need to have a restful sleep. Kids and hookers running down the hallways all night long.

Great motel for a few nights. Indoor pool for the constantly changing weather in Memphis. Decent and clean motel. Kind of outdated. Great for a family with kids.

Run Down Motel Half Clean Rooms Stay Away.

Was spending a night with my friends for a birthday party, honestly thought it would be better. Floors are gross and need shampooing. The toilet backed up when we were here and the beddings scratchy. Also the hotel management are unfriendly. If your planning on going here, I suggest going to the other hotel next by.

Nasty! Found clothing and food left behind by previous guest.

Rooms weren't as nice as they looked online. Hallway floors looked really dirty. Carpets needed a good shampooing. Reserved a kind room but at check in were told we couldn't have it because they don't allow pets in the king rooms. We told them we had pets when we reserved the room but weren't told about the no pet policy in specific rooms till check in.
