Good price and friendly staff.

WORSE HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED AT! We checked in around 5:30pm that Saturday evening. Due to Covid, we always bring Lysol, sanitizer spray and Clorox wipes. Before we left, I pulled the covers back and sprayed both beds down and the tub. I also wiped everything down thoroughly. We changed for the beach and other activities, we returned back around 11:15-11:30 pm. We showered and shortly afterward we started noticing BUGS (appeared to be dampwood termites) The office closed at 11pm so no one answered when I called the hotel. The longer we stayed the more we saw BUGS. They were in the bathroom, behind the beds, ON. The beds, crawling on the floor! So I started taking pictures and I made a VIDEO showing the bugs and my room # as PROOF (Room 312)! My husband even saw the same bugs outside the door of the room. We had our 9mo and 3 year old grand babies with us and decided it was best that we left! It was just too unsanitary! We shook out all of our clothes and sure enough two bugs had crawled into my suitcase! I was LIVID! We left and had to sleep in our vehicle because there were NO ROOMS anywhere! I left a voicemail around 12:30 am and the next morning I came back to get my deposit and request a refund. BRITTANY (EXTREMELY RUDE) CLAIMED she did not see any bugs and no refund would be issued! She even had the Audacity to say the ones in my suitcase may have came from MY HOME! Wow!

One of the best hotels I have ever stayed in for affordable prices! Staff was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

Room was moldy didn't stay, WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND! besides the fact that getting a refund is three ring circus with these people and nobody answers for whatever reason! beyond pissed! STAY AWAY!

The hotel may be a little off the beaten path but it is only minutes from Biloxi and the beaches. The staff is super and very helpful if you need something. I will always stay here while here on vacation. Very pet friendly and my pups love it here also!

I have been here for a week now. I must say that it's not what I thought it was gonna be when I can here. But to my surprise it's a Great Hotel. Very peaceful and clean. Management and staff are awesome. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Terrible customer service and VERY dirty NASTY rooms! We stopped and got 2 rooms decided to grab dinner then go to our room. Discovered a VERY dirty room with bed bugs! Went to office to get a refund and was told sorry I cant help you! I was told there was nothing they could do since the room was rented about an hour ago. (time it took to eat dinner) This is a terrible experience! I will be calling there corporate office and filing a complaint! Its now 10:30 PM and trying to find a place to get my family a place to stay!

Nice place stay here every time I come. Lady at front desk very nice rooms are nice size clean and air is nice and cold. Great location close to casinos.

I was charged a month in advance for a room and refused refund of bank fees. No notice of when my account would be charged.

The lady at the front desk was awesome and helped in upgrading our room since the one we got wasn't big enough. It was quite and they had cameras covering the parking lot. I was disappointed in it not having a couch in it though.

Clean rooms, kinda small for high price. Parking lot is small if you have a large truck to maneuver. Maintenance men are around a lot which tells me they take care of their units. No smoking in my room but they have an ashtray dump outside which is convenient. Private entrance to each room is nice for maximum privacy. These photos were taken from bed and shows the whole room minus the bathroom door.

Stayed 2 nights. 1st night was good. After spending the day in the heat at a air show for 10 hours. We get back to the hotel looking forward to a good shower, cool off and relax. The room was not cleaned. Not a big deal as it was us that stayed in it. But no clean towels. I called the front desk and was told they were short handed. They did not have any clean towels available and they would let me know when they were reafy. Now this is 7 pm. Ended up going but towels just so we could take a shower.

Found a pill on the floor as soon as we got in room good thing we found it before one of the kids!. Asked for extra towels twice and got none. Under the beds they had all kind of stuff from past guest. House keeping went in to clean room didn't pass a vacuum or broom didn't restock anything. Why no lock on bathroom door? We had to go to office to get a broom to clean it our self. Only one bed was made out of the two because we stripped the sheets and the new ones had pubic hairs all over it. You would walk outside and smell weed. Told the office about some of the issues and we got ohh I'm so sorry! What would sorry have fixed if one of my kids (ages3-1) would have found that pill on the floor before we did? Was planning on going back in September but I don't think so now. All the issues we had the stay should have been free! ⭐

Had another great trip to the coast. Came down to do some casino hopping. I always stay at the Suburban every time I come to the coast. The staff at the front desk are always helpful whenever I need something. The room I was in had been recently refurbished and looked brand new. I was able to get some fishing in this trip with the Back Bay right behind the Hotel and within walking distance. I like Suburban and will always recommend it.

Good price, clean rooms, and close to everything.

The only reason we chose this place is because it was the last extended stay hotel near Keesler that allowed pets. That being said, the price was very reasonable, discount each 7 days you stay. The staff were all great, from the front desk, to the maintenance. Room had two beds, but really cramped. If you are looking for personal space where you are not living on top of each other, this isn't the place. The worst thing for us was that the internet barely worked and the TV somehow didn't have Cartoon Network. How can you not? My kids were so bored. Limited budget and not much around for them to do while we house hunted. It was dissapointing.

Clean room and friendly staff I would say it was definitely worth the price. Cool kitchenette in room with dishes and silverware provided.

Recently spent a few nights here and it was a very pleasant experience! It is close to the interstate and also if you are feeling lucky the casinos are also within close range! My room was clean and the employees were friendly! Definitely worth going back to stay for a weekend getaway or even a vacation!

Good place for a one night stay. Hotel is just really old fashioned and could be renovated in my opinion.

Pros: Nice staff — 10-15 minute drive from the beach/AFB — easy access to I110. Cons: No water conditioning system so expect "beach water" (long rinse time in shower, funny tasting tap water) — Wet feel/smell to rooms (nothing really bad, just indicative of those through-wall air conditioners) — cheap amenities (bring your own hair dryer and shampoo for best experience)

The hotel is more of a motel, with doors that open directly to the outside. The rooms are dated, but they were clean. The gas station is across the street, which makes it easy to grab late night snacks or supplies. The hotel is pet friendly which is nice, they are also smoking rooms so they smelled aweful.

It has nearbye hotels and full kitchen with silverware aka a pot with a lid, a pan, and a strainer. There is also a few cups. Fitness place and a place to do laundry.

These people were so nice and accommodating. We were pulling a boat for a fishing tournament. They offered us plugin for battery charger. The rooms are very clean with everything you need. I didn't walk in the office once that they weren't smiling!

Stayed at the suburban in Biloxi for 3 weeks. The staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and updated. Close to everything and the price was fair.

Good place to stay. The mini kitchen is a nice extra if your staying a week or more. Nothing outstanding but not expensive either. Only downside was the room smelled like it had been smoked in.

Latonya has been wonderful. She has gone above and beyond to accommodate every need. Friendly and great customer service.

TV was very awkwardly placed and the handicapped room seemed to be missing the shower seat, but otherwise the room was very nice and easy to keep warm during the cold. I would have preferred a king size bed in a single bed room but the queen size bed was adequate. The price is certainly the deciding factor here and easily makes the room worth the stay, especially considering how close it is to the hospitals and local attractions.

Had a great visit. Everyone on staff was very nice Nd attentive. Would definitely stay again. Especially since they allow pets also.

Basic but it will meet your need for a one night stay or a week's stay offering a Built-in kitchen and large open bathroom area for given price point and sqft. Clean rooms! excellent customer service w office staff!

Room was clean, pillows soft, we had a microwave, mini fridge, 2 burner stove top, and sink. The front desk and staff were friendly and helpful. Totally loved them. Didn't know they allowed pets, will keep that in mind for next time if I ever want to bring my dogs to visit my husband at Keesler. My only issue with the room was the damp smell. Other than that, fantastic!

Laurian is very nice. I ran into an issue with another hotel and came here instead. Only downside was the ice maker didn't work and house keeping comes at 11 am sharp. Tjey also don't have a bathtub : (

Great everything Clean all you need is personal items food the kitchenware is here wi-Fi LG TV'S THE STAFF IS VERY WONDERFUL KIND EXLANT and you can do your Laundry hope I spelled all right 82nd airborne division 75th ranger regement FRG.

I was in town for 4 days. The room was very comfortable and came with a full size refrigerator, a microwave and a small stove. The staff was extremely friendly. There was plenty of room to park my truck and boat.

I had no problems with the room. Just needed somewhere to rest my head. The rating is really for Heather at the front desk. A real sweetheart who went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. Thanks!

Nice to have a full kitchen. They just finished landscaping outside and it looks great. Easy access to highway to beach and waffle house.

Nice hotel. No frills just the basics. A little pricey for what you get, but affordable for the tourist area around here.

I was pleasantly surprised! It's an older property. But it's maintained nicely. Rooms were clean and the air was cold. The young lady at checkout was extremely nice. Loved being recognized as a Choice Hotel GM. Would most definitely would stay again.

Good clean rooms for the price. Double rooms have full kitchenette & tub. No issues with Wi-Fi. Front desk is very responsive. Laundry is a tad expensive at $1.50 each for washer/dryer. There's nothing fancy or upscale — but if you're looking for clean rooms at great prices, this is the place.

I was full by the parade of chariots ancient city, the bad thing about this place is that it smells bastantisimo to moisture, you need to leave on the air in attorney time.

The pictures look better than the place but it had all the stuff it was close comma bathroom lights don't work, housekeeping was excellent.

Don't stay during "Cruising the Coast". Been staying since 2008, management allows some guests with car trailers 2 to 3 parking spaces with only one room vacancy leaving others with no parking. They seem not to address the problem. Will find new location next year. Will not be alone, many feel the same. .

Not bad for the price. The internet is awful. I had a better connection in Afghanistan on a deployment. The TV channels are very limited too. Maid service is once a week and they often forget to vacuum. For $40 a night though it's hard to complain. The front desk ppl are great though.

Very nice manager and I wish I knew the name of the worker that was behind the desk she was very nice. We came here because we lost our house to The Great Flood of 2016. This was the only place open and I'm glad we came here.

They provide you with a stocked kitchen of equipment not food). Beds are comfortable enough. Bathrooms are clean. Service is super nice.

Just went in to sleep. Other guests were loud and obnoxious. Kids running around.

We originally were booked into the Super 8, we requested a non smoking room, the room we received reeked of cigarette smoke, when we questioned the clerk she replied that people smoke in them anyway and all they did was spray to rooms with air freshener, they refunded our money and in speaking with some other travelers having the same issue reccomended the Suburban Extended Stay in Deiberville, we called and they got us a room at an awesome price, the staff was very friendly and professional, will definitely recommend them to our traveling friends, we were well pleased.

Me and my fiance stayed there about a week ago and I would have stay it was a good place for us to stay because we have pets and they had the cheapest pet fee. But when we checked out it was very unprofessional and not together the lady at the front desk was trying to say we trashed the room and was unable to get out deposit back which comes to find out she was communicating with the wrong housekeeper the whole time when we was leaving the room the housekeepers was right next to ouread room so it was in possible for her to be talking with her. I work at a hotel as well and u need to get your facts straight before u accuse people of doing something they didn't do so eventually the right laduring called and said the room was fine. Then we where able to get our deposit left. I say more training needs to be done on there behalf.

Horrible the bugs were there in the room and sheet were not clean. I highly recommend you look around at other places. Lots of options nearby Biloxi and Gulfport. Plus the staff were not polite and stuff was going on there that I don't think was kid friendly to be nice. I was told by one resident the staff told people to put positive reviews on the site to increase the ratings… If true they shouldn't of done this…

Convenient to casinos. Office staff was pleasant. Beds were double; prefer at least queen. Comfort and room was ok, except opened milk left in fridge and a couple of frozen items in the freezer. Otherwise, clean.

For all family and associates to come stay there whenever they visit the gulf coast friendly staff and a good place to feel at home.

It is a really great hotel wat I loved bout it was it had a kitchen in it and the rooms were very neat and clean.

We stayed there 7/11 through 7/12 and we absolutely loved it! Even though we had a smoking room it, the room did not have that stale cigarette smell in it!, the beds were nice. The kitchen was clean, the bathroom was clean. The hot water worked extremely well! It was in a central location. 15/20 minutes from the mall and about 10 minutes away from the beach! I would definitely stay again and recommend this room to anyone! The only downside is they don't have that many channels and the Wi-Fi is very weak, other than that everything else was perfect!

The room was clean! We stayed here one night because we wanted to bring our pet. The lady at the front desk was very nice. The room was clean & all we needed. Having the ground floor was nice to take the pup out to the bathroom. We were a quick cab ride to the IP where our friends were!

Cramped ass hotel quarters… beds are ancient springs poking. We are here working at night. The hotel staff has no courtesy to its guests that sleep during the day. Maintenance was working in the room next to ours for almost 2 weeks… hammering beating drilling more beating… When we asked him to stop he apologized and informed us he was being made do it cause the room had to be ready to be rented that night… so we called the front desk and got the well it has to be done we are a multi-million dollar hotel we are fully booked and you will have to deal with it we cannot move you… so at this point I walk to the office and try to plead my case to no avail they called my human resources office at my company attempting to get us in trouble with our company for harassing them… finally after I called my boss my company called and made them stop the work… on top of that they supposedly have the best Wi-Fi offered here (per management) and its a joke… like 56k connection if your even lucky enough to connect… called and tried to get that fixed and the hotel informed us again this is a multi-million dollar hotel and Wi-Fi is free so its a luxury not mandatory… called the tech center and they told us all we could do is move rooms… again got told they are a multi-million dollar hotel and had no rooms for us to move to… long and short is if you wanna stay here do it at your own risk… staff is friendly but management is horrible…

This was the best hotel I ever had to stay in long term. The staff was wonderful, our room was very clean, there wasn't even a speck of dust on the furniture! Because of the double full sized beds and the dresser, the room was cramped in the sleeping area but, near the kitchenette and the table, there was plenty of leg room. We stayed here for a week and we were given fresh linen everyday. My boys were three and three months old and the staff placed us in a part of the hotel where we would not disturb others. I felt more at ease knowing that my children did not have to be quiet during our stay. The location is away from everything so there is no public transportation. I would recommend this hotel to all families that want to visit the coast. I would suggest that if you do not have a car to make arrangements with relatives or friends to get around!
