We stayed 2 nights here (2 different rooms). First night was great (I would give 5 stars), friendly front desk clerk who suggested place to eat, comfy bed, hot shower, good breakfast… no complaints! We didnt do a double night stay because we weren't sure if we were spending the night again. We ended up stay late, so decided to get a room again and came back here because our first night was great… again nice front desk clerk… BUT it was a totally different stay. Our bed had stained sheets as if it wasn't changed from the previous guest, I called front desk and she brought clean sheets… the air conditioning in the room was spotty and I was afraid it was going to blow up as it made loud noises ALL night long. I was up every hour because of it and didnt sleep well. I will make sure the front desk is aware of it but I know sometimes complaints end right there and didnt want the next guest to go through that awful noise from the air conditioner like we did.

This was a fine place to stay while in Magee. The breakfast is actually edible. Rooms are super clean. Bed is extremely comfortable. The hotel is taken care of very well. My only complaints would be that the guest business center printer was out of toner or not working for some reason the entire time I was there. Also, the air condition didn’t seem to work in the elevator for some reason, very hot and muggy on hot days… They even had a guy out to check it, but when he left, still no worky. All in all, you can tell the manager cares and it trickles down.

Great little hotel that was clean and met our needs well as a family of 5. Pullout bed was typical — not comfy at all. Breakfast was hot and there was plenty of things to choose from. The free Wi-Fi didn't work sometimes. My wife's iPhone never would even show it as an available network and my Android phone kept it for several hours but then it was gone again. That was kind of annyoing. Bathroom was spacious and the air conditioner had two modes; sauna or arctic circle. We enjoyed the vibrant colors of the wall and enjoyed the pool. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating.

Friendly. Generally clean. Well designed. Comfortable room, mattress and pillows. Well air conditioned. But the used soaps and partially used shampoo from previous guest were left in the soap dishes.

Enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean. Close to restaurants.

Absolutely amazing experience! Alexis went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable and clean! Literally! I had extra kiddos after a softball tournament and she had me a bag of shower supplies, towels and extra bedding! I highly recommend this hotel!

Nice place to stay! Very nice staff and rooms are up to date! The only drawback is it's very noisy if you are on the first floor. My next stay at this property will definitely be on the third floor.

I was extremely satisfied with my stay at the Best Western Plus Magee Inn & Suites. All the employees were wonderful. My room was extremely clean, and a lot bigger than I expected. I have stayed at other hotels, and this is my favorite place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Magee.

I called and booked a room for ONE night. When speaking to the manager, I specifically told her I was part of a group that blocked rooms for the weekend of June 2-3. I asked for a room for Saturday night only, but she made my reservation for 2 nights (even though I asked for 1 night) because the group blocked rooms for 2 nights. She did not tell me that I was obligated for 2 nights since I was booked under the group name. Had she told me that, I would have made my reservation outside of the blocked rooms, I would have just paid the additional charge and booked my room as an individual booking. She didn’t ask for my email either. I continued to wonder when, if ever, I would received an email confirmation or welcome email, as I did previously at a different best western stay. She could not override or change anything without calling the hotel owner. She told me she would call him and get back to me. She never did! I spoke to the front desk clerk at 10:00 pm that night. She called the manager to check on the status of this situation for me, luckily. Otherwise, I would not have known that the owner said there was nothing he could do. I highly doubt there is nothing he could do. His hotel manager did not listen to me when I called to make the reservation. This was her mistake that’s costing me $100+.

Great hotel, the beds are comfortable, the room is good size, we had the suite and we really liked it, and the breakfast was good with fried eggs, so it was a great hotel, and all the employees are friendly and had fun. :-)

My 6 months pregnant daughter and son in law just got married, spent their short-time honeymoon here. She's in camp shelby and he just enlisted for the airforce. Both were very satisfied with a comfortable and clean room plus given a military discount on their room plus excellent customer service. The lady at the counter was so helpful and friendly, even gave them a small gift bag with goodies. Thank you so much for contributing to their special night. I definitely would recommend this hotel in the future.

Okay for a overnight rest. Nothing spectacular. Had lots of trouble with the Wi-Fi. Finally found out that the code was wrong. The desk clerk kept insisting it was correct.

I've spent more than one month here. Room are clean. Internet connection is not super fast but it is good enough for download or video calls. Breakfast was included, from salty to sweet. Everyone working here was nice.

Not my favorite BW — service was not the greatest, rooms were clean, but need to be updated, fridge was loud, breakfast was nothing special. Wouldn't go back, but it beats being stuck in an evacuation zone during a hurricane!

Stayed here for a hurricane that was hitting FL, extremely clean and friendly staff. I would definitely recommend.

Nice job You would not believe what happened a couple of hrs ago. The hotel we were staying in with our pets — 2 very small dogs, both under 5 pounds, both registered as support animals, just kicked us out saying they are not a pet-friendly hotel. Mind the fact that we called before booking to make sure they allow dogs, mind the fact that we were let in with dog and receptionist even tried to play with our dogs. They knew we were from the area that will be directly affected by Hurricane Irma, they knew dogs are registered, we have all proper documentations, there are no rooms in any of the hotels anywhere, they just did not care. They called police on us and had the police escort us all out. I want to have the maximum amount of reposts about this, I ask to please share with me any links and information that can help me get this hotel. I want everyone to know that Best Western Plus in Magee, Mississippi is one kind of the hotel to avoid at any cost, I want people around to spread the word about cruelty and unhumanitarian act they had against us. I want everyone to know that in the state of despair we are in — we were kicked out on the street heartlessly with the manager on duty smiling into my face. Shame on you for escorting out refugees with support animals! Such a shame to do this to guests when people are seeking shelter at a very dire time of need.

It is a clean, affordable, and very welcoming environment. They serve a complementary fresh hot breakfast every morning. The staff members, as well as management, are always ready to help you with whatever you may need during your stay. It is family friendly, calm, and happy place to rest your soul.

Nice clean motel, stayed up all night because of the people around us!

I have stayed here 3 nights last week and returned to the area again and stayed another three nights. The only issue I can find with the place is the Wifi is a little on the spotty side, but everything else is good. I travel all over for my job, all by myself, and don't get a lot of social interaction, except with the front desk staff of hotels I frequent. Being that I was working all different hours of the day while I was in the area, I had the please of meeting all the front desk staff and they are all very friendly and one lady would even sit down and carry conversations with me, which made it feel even more like a home town friendly place. Ask for Sabrina if you have stay, she has got to be their best feature and a pleasure to talk to.

Thin walls and hard beds. Not much to choose from in this town so… If you like it quite stay at the holiday inn not here.

I've never had a more frightening experience. We were checked into a room and proceeded to the room. Upon opening the door to the room we found that we were booked into someone else's room. Fortunately there was no one in the room at the time, but had there been it would have been a pretty dangerous and embarrassing experience. The desk clerk Nicholas was apologetic in a matter of fact way. Don't feel safe staying here.

It was in bad shape. Smelled of smoke and poor taste in paint on the walls.

Simply Awesome. Great room, great service, comfortable bed (not firm or hard), quiet, slept extremely well. Nice bath, good coffee, nice Lil hot bar for breakfast. 5 stars! I'm always hesitate when I stop in little towns to stay over night… This was a home run. Also nice well lit parking lot.

I was greeted on the phone by a very sweet front desk employee. When I came in both ladies at the front desk were very sweet and very helpful. The hotel is new, clean and looks luxurious/spacious I stayed at worse Hiltons to be honest. The breakfast is real food and a nice pool and workout room. Overall I am very satisfied thanks.

They made unauthorized charges on my credit card after I checked out.
