Okay overall, but two things are killing it for me. Hair is scattered on my bathroom floor even though a card on the bed signed by housekeeping says they cleaned every inch, and the people walking in the room above my head are causing the ceiling to bang, crackle, and pop. I sure hope they sleep in or this will be a rough morning. Sounds like I’m sleeping under an unfinished basement ceiling in an old house. If you can, grab a room on the top floor.
Hotel ok. Bed seems comfy but no toilet paper anywhere in my room. I've never had that issue before. Huge oversight for a basic necessity.

I called to upgrade my room reservation to a room with a fridge (which costs more money so giving the hotel more revenue) and the woman on the phone was HORRIBLE. I couldn't find my confirmation # so had to give extra information. She spoke way to fast and wouldn't allow me to respond. She had a really bad attitude you could hear over the phone. I got off the phone fuming mad and may change hotels. That kind of treatment is totally uncalled for. I don't know her name but if a La Quinta manager wants to contact me about it, I will gladly fill in any details I can to pinpoint this woman.
