Roach motel. Able to rent by the hour. Hmm…?
Terrible. Worst customer service I've ever had. We booked through priceline for a room. When we got there they said they wouldn't honor bookings after 6 pm and that we should have looked at their policies on their website. We asked for at receipt stating that we didn't stay there and were refused. The attendant said he "wasn't working right now. " So we had to spend a half an hour on the phone with priceline explaining the situation. According to priceline, the motel should have set up their account to not accept payment after 6 pm but failed to. I will never stay there. The place stunk like cigarettes and the lobby had red writings all over the wall like "NO REFUNDS. " The motel is just gross.
