Great pool and great clean rooms.

New Year's with the grandkids, pool was full of kids having a great time. Fun was had by all.

When we checked in, the fridge/freezer was unplugged "defrosting" with towels all over the floor. There were 2 different dogs barking. Went to turn TV on to mask the barking and the remote was covered in what looked like bbq sauce. I went by the front desk and the girl behind the counter was on her self cell phone and did not acknowledge me. After about 4 minutes or so she then said I suppose I should go there are people here. When I told her about the remote she said I guess I can go wipe it down. After swimming I went to shower and had to wipe the shower down because there was black hairs all over. The bathroom cieling was rusty and full of dirt. I went to use the microwave and it was also unplugged. While sitting in bed I noticed that at least 4 corners were full of cobwebs and dust. Dogs are still barking… Then breakfast was very stale. I tried cereal. Stale. Bread. Stale. Muffins. Stale. We were there for the bubble run and asked for an later check out time so we could shower. Again the guy behind thhe counter was rude. His customer service skills wre awful. His response was NOPE. He wasnt allowed to do that. This was an awful experience. So disappointing for what was supposed to be a fun weeeknd get away.

Nice clean soundproof rooms, breakfast selection was better than standard.

This is a God awful place to stay. The rooms are disgusting and so is the lobby. The staff are extremely disrespectful and unprofessional. Management is discriminatory against staff and pick favorites. Seen a staff member asleep in the lobby while guests were at the desk trying to check in. 0/10 stars given.

Awesome! Helpful, friendly, pool, hot tub, breakfast, all day coffee…! The room was wonderful and the bed comfortable. Superb experience.

Well, let's start by saying nobody should have to stand at the reception desk waiting for the clerk. There was a phone stating to push talk and then zero which we did. Twice and nobody showed up. When someone did show up not even an apology for making us wait. OK, on to the next reason for only 1 star. I reserved a 1 bedroom whirlpool suite. What I got was a regular hotel room with a whirlpool in the corner. The bed was old and not very comfortable. No separate bedroom! OK so now we went to the pool. 2 kids in it so loud it was no way to enjoy it. The mother stopped in and told them to stop screaming. Didn't phase them in the least. So I asked them to stop. They did, but instead of screaming they found new ways to make even more noise. At this point I went to get the manager. Her response was "they're just being kids" not one word was said to the kids. So if you're an adult the kids enjoyment is more important here. Will I stay here again? No way in hell!

Kind bed was fine. Jacuzzi was good, but not huge. The pillows on the bed were awful and the best ones were lumpy. As we were leaving, we found there was actually a decent one in the wardrobe, but only one. The room was clean and the shower was good.

The hotel was nice. Night shift employee was not. There was a room mixup when it came to the rooms my company booked, but she did not make figuring it out any easier.

The staff are very nice but the rooms were dirty. Several people in our party had dirty linens. Black mold on shower curtain in my room, dirt in corners of bathroom and the room had a terrible musty smell as if water had leaked from air conditioner. Pool was warm but dirty on the bottom. Hot tub had nice heat but same problem as pool.

I had reserved a room for June 22nd and 23rd (CUSA Weekend) back in February. I had a printed confirmation, however when I went to check in my reservation had been lost due to a system switch and new ownership. At this time there was only one employee at the front desk and she tried for 30 min to get in contact with a manager and repeatedly kept telling me she didn't know what to do. She eventually received a text and the manager said to find somewhere else and they would cover it. Well… Almost every hotel was booked, after making 5 calls finally found 1 but had to stay in a different room each night. I figured it wasn't the end of the world since I would get it paid for. However I spoke to the manager the following Monday, she had to "look into it" and doesn't recall saying that. She took my number but has never called back. I've left multiple messages. Even if the difference in rates between the estimated price at Cobblestone and the price at the new hotel could be reimbursed I would feel a bit better. It was a big inconvicence and also wasted a few hours of my time. Overall, this is by far the worst customer service I have ever received. I will never stay at a Cobblestone hotel and I will be sure to share my experience so no one I know has to deal with the same terrible situation.

This is a smaller nice hotel. Breakfast in morning very nice. Also quiet, excellent pool and hot tub area. Location very convenient to Oshkosh this is the second time I have been there. Also pet friendly.

It is a exceptional place people are very friendly helpful we had to switch our room because of a water pipe leaking in the bathroom and they did it with no hesitation helping us with everything we needed, we will definitely be back, staff are very friendly.

Great customer service and an awesome place to stay when you are visiting Oshkosh for CUSA, Rock USA, and EAA. During these events, there is a limousine/party bus w/karaoke that will shuttle you to the festival grounds! It couldn't get any better. Absolutely love this place!

Clean hotel with good, hot breakfast. Also a decent sized pool and hot tub. Would stay here again.

The room was great and the pool was nice with a hot tub as well. Plus it's always good to have a nice breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast was good, beds comfortable. However shower was cold and not a lot of pressure.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the room and breakfast options. I don't think I could have found a better value in town.

Great pool area. Lobby is nice fireplace. Breakfast is good. Check in staff was decent. Tv in rooms channel selection and just general changing is bad. Overall the place is good.

My husband & I stayed this past weekend for our annual Christmas shopping trip, and also (previous reviewer) wanted to stay in Appleton, but because of Packer game, everything was booked… Staff was very nice, breakfast was good, bed was very comfortable. I never have posted a review before, but we thought it was very good, and will definitely stay here again! Thanks!

I have stayed at AmericInn quite a few times over the years. I do like that they have updated a lot of the rooms. The rooms feel more liveable then the once were. The pool is nice but the whirlpool is spotty on when it works. The breakfest is quite lacking and could improve. In all the price is not bad for what you get.
