One of the best motel 6’s I’ve been to. Clean & staff is courteous. Well worth the money for a simple stay compared to other places in the Dells that charge 2-3 times the price. I definitely will stay here again. Beds were on the small side but comfortable. Indoor pool was small as well & gets easily crowded but my kids enjoyed it. My only complaint is that you can easily hear ppl from the hallway—if you’re placed near rooms that party, you’ll easily hear the ruckus & it’ll be hard to sleep but staff take care of that quite well & the noise stops immediately after complaining. Also, when housekeeping comes in the morning, you can easily hear them knocking on doors so it’s hard to sleep as well; my theory is, you’re supposed to be on vacation so sleeping in would be nice. I would suggest having housekeeping clean in the afternoon, or at least after check out which is 11 AM because our lady was trying to clean our room at 9AM just as we were waking up after our first night there. It was hard to sleep there with all the noise from the hallway, but other than that, no complaints.

This is a great location for the price. This time was not as good as usual. There was a piece of foil on the floor by the sink from the time we checked in until we check out 4 days later. One of the beds squeaked so bad every time I moved I woke my friend up.

Room was very clean. I liked that the room did not have carpet. Staff very friendly — — big plus in my book. Coffee was very good. Price for room was good too. It would have been nice to have a clock and a box of tissues. I did not like that I could hear the people in the next room. The room doors make too much noise when closing, woke me up a couple of times.

The room was what was expected for the price and two star rating. It was clean and comfortable with a minimum of amenities — just enough for a comfortable evening. All furnishings were clean and functional including the floor which was not carpeted. Most low end hotels use wall to wall carpeting which leaves one to wonder when it was shampooed last — not the case here. The hotel was a little difficult to locate as it was off the highway on a hidden side road — took some navigating to find the parking lot.

Highly recommended! It is a nice quiet location, great for walking dog! Clean rooms and great service. It is by far the nicest motel 6 I have stayed in.

There were hairs. Kind of dirty. This was one of the better Motel 6. A couple of years a go we were impressed with this location. Now it's just like meh.

The rates were very affordable. The shower was very hot and wonderful. The beds were comfortable and the pillows devine. They were pet friendly we were able to bring our 3 cats to rest as well. Wonderful!

Quick and easy process to reserve a room online! Room was very clean and staff was very kind. Unfortunately room across from me had some very rude drunk girls that spent all night until about 2am yelling and screaming which kept me awake, along with waking up my two children several times. Once I notified the staff they immediately took care of the problem and I was very pleased! It snowed a few hours before I arrived and once getting settled in I went to turn the TV on and only managed to get maybe two channels in and when I spoke with front desk staff they stated it was due to the weather.

Sorry but far from worth the price for what you get. Hotel room is so outdated, no microwave nor fridge. Not very clean needed new sheets due to finding certain hair on sheets. Bathroom not very clean either. Remote had thick sticky food or something stuck all over remote. No making sure snow removed from doors, nor salt or handicap areas cleared. Front desk lady, not very friendly at all. Your better off paying double/triple at waterpark except my. Olympus during months where outside not available.

Great staff. Excellent service, room great all new. Pool and spa so clean it burns your eyes and have good lotion. Over chemicals it burns skin! At least ryou know it's clean!

We enjoyed our stay at Motel 6. The rooms were clean and the staff was very nice and accommodating. I was happy to see they were pet friendly. The only issue was that we could have used a few extra pillows and blankets in the room. A continental breakfast would have been nice too. For the price, we couldn't beat it.

We got stuck in a snowstorm and had to stop here over night. We had our dog with us and thought it would be some trouble getting a room. They got us a room really quickly and with no trouble. The lobby, halls and room were really clean. The hardwood floors are nice, it let's you known right away if the room is dirty or not. I will for sure go back if I'm ever in the area again.

The room was fine and the staff were friendly. However there was a major party going on across the hall w/people slamming the door at all hours. Also, my room reeked of cigarette smoke in the morning — maybe through vents? I've never smoked and the smell is just too much for me. I got up early and left due to it. However, I get it… at $47 hotel — you get what you pay for.

A perfectly minimalist hotel. Its greatest shortcomings are the half — dozen or so roundabouts surrounding it! Know where you're going before leaving parking lot!

Front desk staff super nice. Rooms great. Personally I prefer a harder mattress but my husband really liked it. Would definitely stay again and will definitely recommend.

We have lodged at Lake Delton many times, always choosing it for value, cleanliness and location. We don't expect grandeur at Motel 6, but beds are comfortable, staff is friendly and occasionally we have been able to bring a pet, who is welcomed. We have finally mastered the new configuration of the roads around the motel, but it might be a puzzle for some.

Your rooms were clean and you even had a shower chair for my disabled wife. Thank you for being there for us on new years eve. Beds where comfortable and the staff was nice and friendly. Definitely going to stay with you again.

Decent place to stay for 1 night, on a trip to devil's lake. Staff was not friendly at all. We had booked online, and they stated they didn't have any record of it even though I had the confirmation receipt. Pro: pet friendly, and somewhat close to the lake.

My husband and some friends recently stayed here on a weekend get away and I was honestly impressed with the condition of the hotel. I'd been there the previous year on a family vacation and I can definitely see the changes that occurred. The room and bathroom were both clean. The staff were very nice and patient (even when we got locked out like 3 times). The only thing they could add would be some sort of breakfast bar.

When my boss told me that we would be staying at a Motel 6 for work, I'm sure you could imagine my reaction. A Motel 6? For real? I was haunted with previous experiences from other motels. You know the ones. Bed bugs, questionable stains, and beds that leave you feeling more tired then rested. But the hotel was close to the event we were working and I was tired. Upon check in, the front desk clerk was immediately there, with a smile, to check us in. The room was NOT what I was expecting. The lights in the room were bright, not at all like the seedy dimly lit room that Motel 6 seems to be associately with, and the beds were super comfy. Our room was cleaned daily and all our linens and towels were changed out before we returned from work. All in all, wonderful experience. 10/10 would stay again.

Very nice quiet stay during a business trip. Room was clean and very comfortable. Directv with movie channels is always a huge plus when spending a relaxing night in the room. My only wish is that they supplied muffins and rolls with the complimentary coffee and tea downstairs. No big deal though.

I stayed at 2 Motel 6 locations last weekend. This one was FABULOUS. The staff member who checked me in helped me with ordering a pizza and was very friendly. The morning desk person supplied jumper cables to a stranded guest so I could assist them with jump starting their car. I told several people how nice your hotel was. I will absolutely stay with you again! Thank you. Your staff members are top notch.

Solid 4 stars! 50 bucks and change for two clean beds, a quiet room, and hot showers in the morning. There's only coffee in the lobby, but take the $$ you saved to the Cracker Barrel less than a mile up the road. Staff very helpful and friendly as well.

Nice, clean facility and friendly, accommodating staff! We were unfortunately in the Dells because our van broke down moving cross country. We were frantic finding a mechanic and place to stay. We were able to get early check in and adjoining rooms for us and our four pups. While waiting for our van they worked with us on a later checkout! The price was great, they are pet friendly and it all made for a wonderful experience!

The overall appearance of the hotel was very nice. The front desk did not have any more pillows. The pillows we had did not have any consistency to them so they puffed out to the sides leaving our heads on the bed. The beds were so uncomfortable no one got much sleep. They must have been the cheapest mattresses they could find. Thank goodness there was a hot tub to loosen our backs! Wish there was a continental breakfast. Location was very easy to get to and very close to attractions.

The staff is friendly. The rooms are beautiful and well put together. It is pet friendly. It has an indoor pool and whirlpool and a kid friendly pool outside. I would absolutely recommend Motel 6 of Lake Delton! We have stayed there 2x now and love it! The prices are very reasonable as well. If you are on a budget, it's perfect. We also liked that it is located on the outskirts of the city, making it very quiet and peaceful. Very nice place.

The customer service at this hotel is outstanding! The lobby and rooms are nicely renovated! And all at an awesome price! Only reason for not giving it 5 stars is them not having breakfast available. But with the money we saved on our hotel we were able to go out to eat somewhere nice! And we are meticulous about checking for bed bugs, this place is clean, with NO BUGS, and despite other reviews my whole family of 5 plus my mother and sister slept well. Comfy beds!

You can pay hundreds of dollars a night in the Dells for a room where, at the end of the day, you are going to sleep. Unless you plan to log major hours in your hotel room (and so why are you even in the Dells? ) then save your money and stay at a place like this Motel 6. They have both an indoor pool/spa AND outdoor pool. The rooms are basic — no doubts there. But they're squeaky clean and with all new furniture. No extra frills like all the bathroom products, hair dryer, iron, etc. And just coffee/tea in the morning, no full breakfast. On the other hand, the cost per night was about 80 bucks. Want a "free" breakfast in the morning? Go down the road to Hampton Inn and pay $239 a night. Or stay at this place and the best breakfast in the Dells can be had 5 minutes away at Denny's Diner for under 10 bucks. You do the math. Go ahead and "splurge" on your hotel room for 100s a night. Or save your dough-ray-me on a room in which you're only going to be from dusk to dawn and spend the difference on the reason why you came to the Dells in the first place. For a lot of fun activities and food. Not on your room. Motel 6 in the Dells fits the bill.

We stayed at Motel 6 while visiting the Wisconsin Dells. It was clean and extremely reasonably priced and it's pet friendly. Unfortunately, it is very loud and there were small children running up and down the halls all night without their parents, so that definitely took away from our experience. The rooms are clean and furnished with suitably comfortable beds and the bathrooms are clean and perfectly adequate. There is both an indoor and outdoor pool. The staff is friendly and accommodating of reasonable requests. Other than the issue with the unsupervised children, I would recommend this motel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Dells if you need a budget-friendly location.

The room was somewhat stark but clean. No carpet in room. Bathroom and shower were very nice. No comfortable chair in room. Only two desk chairs. Had to ask for extra blanket, and had to ask for a hair dryer. No coffee in room. No breakfast.

The hotel is tight off the highway, easy access in a quiet location, just outside town. 10-15 minute drive to the other side of town. Nice rooms, nice pool, nice wading pool outside. Dogs allowed, friendly staff though often having to wait a few minutes at the desk for help. Would recommend to anyone. Book through booking dot com for best rates. Kids stay free!

My son and I had an awesome stay at the Motel 6. It was right across the hwy from Kalahari and the outlet mall. It was clean and the staff was super friendly. We will visit again.

Clean rooms, the staff at front desk clear with rules. Has heated pool and outdoor pool. Great rates for being in the Dell's area. Secure motel and ample parking.

We basically just needed a bed to sleep in as we had to be out by 5. For that reason, I am giving the three stars. The coffee in the morning was fine. Can't find anywhere much cheaper. But it was pretty bad. Likely would not return. Beds were uncomfortable, bathroom was nice. Felt like a hospital room.

I checked in & out of this place in less than a hour. Save yourself the frustration & insults from the rude staff. The TV was broken & the staff 1 lied to me saying a tech was on the way to fix it, then 2 got an attitude with me like I don't know how to push a power button on a remote. So we decided to go to Dell Creek motel. $5.00 cheaper & way nicer all the way around.

It was nice cuz u get free Wi-Fi and Chula Vista passes but pillows r flat as a board beds hard as a rock and shower sucks.

This is the 2nd time in a year that we have stayed at this motel 6. Both times the rooms were very clean. We bring our small dog and there is never an issue. Pool area in this motel 6 is very nice for the cost. If you want a nice clean, very affordable place to stay in a very tourist area, this is it.

Room was very clean however, for the price no shampoo or conditioner in room. Other guests were extremely loud and management could care less.

Reasonably priced though not exactly in the greatest location but very quiet. Much better than most Motel 6s. Good (free) Wi-Fi and rooms are adequate.

Cheap, VERY CLEAN, PET friendly and allows hotshot parking. No carpet, so no stains. Bedspreads looked new and the lady at the front desk was very lovely. I'll definitely stay here again.

I liked that it was close to the highway and the free Internet. I was disappointed in the moldy, mildew, stale cigarette smell. I told the front desk women and it sounds like they have no record of it. However it smelled like they sprayed the second floor with air freshner after I said something. The ice machine was broken. The shower head leaked. When I returned to my room thursday morning my door appeared to be open and I pushed on it and it was. When. I left I always pull on the doors to make sure they are secure. You need to pack alarm clock, all your soaps, coffee pot (from 8 am to 10 I was told they serve coffee) and hair dryer. For ten extra dollars you can have a room with a microwave and refrigerator. 8/19/2015 worst motel 6 ever.

The overnight employee was the rudest woman ever, shitty service. Standing outside the door waiting to hear any reason to bang on it and make threats to be asked to leave is ridiculous and just plain dumb. You suck at your job!

We stayed at this motel 6. The room was new there were plenty of towels plenty of hot water central air was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. It is located right off the highway and very easy to get to places. Free water park tickets was included for the price. We will be sure to book there again.

The room was clean and fresh. The bathroom was clean. The beds were comfortable.

First time at a Motel 6 — we chose it for the location and a quick over night trip. Was clean and tidy — had easy access to room from outside which made loading and unloading extremely easy. Lady at front desk was quite accommodating and helpful — we had a minor issue and she immediately came to our room and addressed the problem. Fixed it right away and was quite apologetic about it happening. Nice job, Roxie! Under the same circumstances, we'd book another room.

I called to see if they had any rooms available. The woman literally laughed at me, acting as if I'd said the most ridiculous thing she'd ever heard and said, " I don't know anyone in the Dells that has an open room. " Real nice.

I was only staying for the night, due to a business meeting in the area. Because of a snow storm, I arrived early and was welcomed to check in by 11:00 am and conduct some business using the free Wi-Fi. Nice clean room. An excellent experience.

I could not say that the Motel 6 was the best hotel I have ever stayed in (nor does the chain want to do that). I will absolutely say that this was the best hotel I ever stayed in for $50 plus tax. The room was clean, recently renovated, and the staff was helpful and very friendly. The only problem I had was that the thermostat was off when we got to our room, but I think that is because the rooms in our block were recently renovated and we were the only guests in that part of the hotel. The room warmed up comfortably after we set the thermostat. I will definitely stay here again.
