The best hotel in town! I'm just disappointed that they are booked this time but not a surprise the Sturgis Rally weeks.

Fantastic hotel. Rooms are clean, all suites, pool, hot tub, restaurant/bar. Great location.

Great room, great staff. Frank the chef whipped up an awesome bunless buffalo burger, Erin the bartender recommended 2 awesome local IPA's & Alan at the front desk was so accomadating from the moment I walked through the door.

The Cambria Hotel is awesome! It has modern amenities while the exterior is rugged and blends in with the natural surroundings.

Horrible experience. Extremely unfriendly staff even after renting a meeting room and a suite they treated us like crap. Will never stay there again!

Don't waste your money at this overrated-over priced hotel. It is dirty, the staff lacks customer service and the pool is disgusting. The hot tub was literally green at one point. It all comes down to Management. They need new management and fast!

Pools open till midnight is the best.

My wife and I stayed here for two nights while visiting sites in the area — — Rushmore and Badlands. The accommodations were spacious and clean and comfortable. The local restaurant offered a good breakfast and appeared to have other good options for lunch/dinner although we didn't pursue the option. A collection of minor events keeps me from rating the property higher… the Wi-Fi was inconsistent and often unreachable so I reverted to hardwired which worked pretty well but kept me locked to the desk, the hot water took quite a while to get warm in the mornings, the ice machine on our floor never worked and lastly my wife's room key quit working the last day. For the price paid to stay at the property I think it is reasonable to expect a little better service around the amenities.

If you are staying in Rapid City make this your place of rest. The rooms are clean, the beds are perfect, and your stay will be relaxing. The bar is well stocked and the food is top notch. I've recommended this establishment to my co-workers when they pass thru the area. The customer service was above and beyond expected. I will make a return to this Cambria location when I am in town.

Great place with great service. Spent their money where it counted such as the outside, the guest rooms, and amenities. The hallways are fairly plain and seem to be low budget lights as well as heating/air… but honestly who goes for the hallways. So glad they put their money where it counts for the guests rather than waste it on fancy hall carpet etc. Seems very well put together at this location, Rapid City South Dakota. Hope they are all that good.

A great hotel in Rapid City. 6 year old building that has been very well maintained. Staff was very friendly, the pool area was great, and the breakfast was good (did cost $10 per adult but worth it — had a great handmade, fresh omelet). Covered motorcycle parking (nice as this place is very close to Sturges). Easy to find off of US 16 or interstate 90. Very much recommend.

This hotel would have been good if ANYTHING was clean. It was very obvious that our room had not been vacuumed, there was lipstick on my pillow and sticky rings left over from a drink on the side table next to the bed. When we went down for breakfast, the silverware had leftover food on it. The staff was very awkward and not very friendly. I was surprised since this hotal had a lot of good reviews.

So far so good. Checked in @ 2am with no problems. House keeping is amazing. Just ask for anything and you got it. Rooms are quiet. Pool is a smidge chilly but is great after a long day outside. Spa/hot tub is great as well. Great staff!

Went to this hotel for a business training. Room sat about 20 of us comfortably. Lunch was provided which was hamburgers and steak fries on day 1 and sandwiches and chips on day 2. Decent enough food, nothing spectacular. Nice, clean, updated looking lobby.

Nice rooms and staff… Well informed by front desk staff of happy hour/dinner/breakfast options at restaurant. Used fitness center and it was we'll equipped; working in lobby was comfortable with lots of seating, easy internet access. Kids enjoyed indoor pool (raining out). Recommend.

Large restaurant area for dinner lunch or breakfast. Hotel shuttle to the airport. Rooms were large and modern. Many outlets to charge your devices. Had a microwave and mini fridge.

We had a great stay here. The room and hotel were very clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable. My daughter enjoyed the pool and I enjoyed the hot tub. Short drive to lots of restaurants and shopping and the highway. Every staff member we encountered was very friendly. I would definitely stay at a Cambria Suites again and recommend to friends!

Great room, great service, great price! The only downside to staying here is the overcooked buffet breakfast. The presentation was fine but the breakfast items like the eggs and roasted potatoes were burnt and dry. It's def not worth $9, which is why I ate elsewhere.

Its a nice hotel, when we are here we go swimming and its nice because not too many people are there so we have it to ourselves.

Beautiful place! 24 hr pool is awesome! BUT Our bed was terriable tho we left a day early cause we weren't sleeping.

Location is in a newer area if town. Restaurants nearby. Lots of shopping close by. Customer service is outstanding. Would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling.

Our stay at the Cambria was excellent. The rooms were clean, and very modern. The staff was excellent and the food was great as well. The workout room had a good selection of weights, flat benches, and a resistance machine, as well as treadmills for cardio. The pool and hot tub were great too. If I'm ever back in the Rapid City area I'd definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone.

Clean room. Comfortable beds. The 2 room suit was great. The pool being open 24hours was really nice.

Pretty good, nothing bad to say about this place. Nice modern decor and very clean rooms. The poo and jacuzzil were open 24 hours, so that was definitely a plus for me as well.

Extremely nice new clean Hotel. Staff very friendly and courteous. Bedding top-notch comfortable bed nice comforter pillows above-average. Nice good clean value good value for the money.

Really enjoyed my stay. The staff was excellent. The pool & hot tub was 24/7 which was perfect for my late arrival and I got a free drink at the bar! Room was clean and comfortable with nice amenities. They got me in with no notice on a weekend and were polite on the phone unlike the other places I was calling in the area. I'd stay again in a heartbeat and I've actually considered planning a trip with my kids this time. They should have made more coffee in the mid-morning for the lobby but other than that, I got bang for my buck.

Front desk clerk John was super nice! The entire hotel was wonderful from curb appeal to excellent rooms. I loved the bar and restaurant! Looking forward to staying again.

My favorite of the hotels along this part of I-90. Large comfy rooms that are well apportioned. A nice pool without the waterslide madness that many of the area hotels tout. Quality food in the restaurant. Near the highway without being right on it.

I'm a "casual oriented" person with a family and I really liked the customer service I received when I checked in and the room. Loved the convenience of having a bar and restaurant down stairs.

Helpful nice staff. But rooms could be more thoroughly cleaned. Compared to other Cambria's this one needs work with housekeeping.

Had a really great stay here. The Hotel was updated and modern and I was impressed with how everything looked and felt. I stayed here for a night on our honeymoon and the staff left us a bottle of complimentary champagne — talk about going above and beyond!

Our kids used the pull out on the couch and it had no padding at all. I was able to press with my hand and could feel the metal springs pushing back. When we arrived there was old water in our ice bucket with the new bag just sitting on top. The air conditioner was loud and would not seem to temp the room properly because it was very cold when it was set at 74 and then would get very hot when put above that. The room sound insulation could have been much better. The room did look nice, but that was about it. We had to switch to a different hotel. Normally we have good luck choosing hotels that are rated well, but not this time. Hopefully these were just problems that were localized to our room and/or experience and other people will enjoy themselves.

Great hotel! Very nice staff and clean rooms. They had some software issues the week we stayed, but the staff worked hard to make it not impact the customers. Highly recommended!

This is a new hotel in the area, it is a non-smoking facility. The rooms were very clean with a very contemporary look. Big bathrooms and plush towels. The pool/hot tub area as clean and also provided separate towels for it. We would definitely stay here again. They also have a breakfast buffet that is $9.99 each morning as well as a restaurant for evening services.

I stayed here a few different times and each time the staff was great and welcoming, the facility was extremely clean. The rooms are spacous and comfortable. Room service was always prompt and the food was always fresh and at proper temperature. When eating at the inhouse restaruant the service was bar none regardless to what time of day and the food was fantastic! The pool and jacuzzi was awesome. Always clean and well kept. The work out room was great. Having an inhouse laundry was a very convenient and clean.
The shuttle service was great.

Stayed her for three nights as part of a road trip we were on. The hotel was great, it was very clean and new. The rooms were nice sized with comfortable beds, though the hidabed was really thin. They do not serve a free breakfast like most but they did have a restaurant which served breakfast items and it was good. Will defnatly stay here again when coming through the black hills!

We stayed here for 5 nights. Staff was great. When you stay in a room for a while you start to notice little things. We had no complaints. The breakfast is ok (not included with stay) and we also had dinner here once. SD seems to shut down by 9PM so it's nice for those late nights (we're used to EST time. ) To have an option that isn't a fast food chain. Didn't use many of the other amenities. They have a 24 hour pool and gym. They have a nice patio in the back with a fire pit. The location was convenient. Close to I-90 and shopping. Weird smell in the area outside at times. But they were doing road work near by that could have been the cause.

The rooms are nice and very clean. One note, though. If you are traveling by yourself you'll do just fine but if there are two in the same bed, one will have a tough time getting up. The beds are about 10" away from one wall on the are or conditioning side which makes it extremely difficult to get in and out of that side. Other than that, the hotel is great. The staff is fantastic as well and will often give discounts upon checking in.

"Wow! " Was what we said when we walked in, and we kept saying it. Very comfortable AND beautiful. The breakfast buffet (not free) was wonderful, including cooked-to-order omelettes. Service by hotel staff was prompt and friendly. Wonderful place — we wished we could have stayed a week!

The rooms are really nice and comfortable with 2 TVs, 2 beds, a couch, and a workdesk. The hotel is close to pretty much all the restaurants in the area too so it is not a big deal to go grab food. For it's pretty cheap price, not the cheapest, but close to it, this hotel is well worth staying at.

Hotel staff was very accommodating. I accidentally made my reservations for 2 weeks after the date I meant to and they were able to quickly find a room for me and I was able to stay without any hassle. The staff were friendly polite, friendly, and offered suggestions on things to do during my stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Overall a great hotel and great staff.

Easily the nicest hotel in the Choice Hotel line. I stayed here because they are part of my rewards program and accept state rates. I stayed for a week on business. The king suite with a couch and extra TV made my stay especially enjoyable. Staff was very helpful and informative. News paper delivered daily. They have a bar with $2.00 tap beer happy hour as well. I would recommend this hotel to friends and family and will definitely be staying here again.

The employees are friendly and helpful not to mention they always have a smile. The rooms are modern and have ample electric outlets for all electronics at hand. The 24hr fitness and indoor pool are both great to have accessible and don't close at 10pm like so many others. Overall always enjoy staying at the Cambria Hotel. Scott.

Highly recommend it if you are in Rapid City or going to check out Mt. Rushmore. The hotel is new and very well maintained. The rooms are really big (living room with its own TV, in addition to the bedroom TV), beds are comfortable. It is very clean, modern and quiet, which I really enjoyed after a long day of travel. The staff is very friendly. There is a nice swimming pool and hot water jacuzzi. Breakfast is not included. Great experience all around. Would absolutely stay here again.

This was the perfect "base" to use for exploring the area. 3 adults, each wanting our own bed the room was great with 2 queens and a sleep sofa. Cassie, who registered us when we arrived, went above and beyond to see that we were comfortable in our room. When the springs in the mattress of the sofa bed looked less than comfortable, and housekeeping crew had already gone home for the night, Cassie took it upon herself to secure mattress toppers that solved the problem. Cheerfully she made up the sofa bed and it was as comfortable as the other beds for the remainder of our stay. We arrived on the 11 and left on the 14 of August. The food in the grill/coffee shop was really tasty and well priced. The staff there was also cheerful and helpful making us feel well taken care of, and well-fed.

Very nice, newer hotel. Rooms are great and the breakfast buffet has great omelettes (not free though). This hotel is next to Cabela's, but not much else. Luckily access to the interstate and the Black Hills is convenient, so it won't slow you down getting to sight seeing destinations. Exercise facilities and pool are nice too.

This was a fantastic hotel to stay at! Beautiful rooms, comfy bed, nice large pool and hot tub. The bar and cafe was nice. They have happy hour from 5-7 (where else can you get a $2 beer) food was amazing! (try the fried Oreos! ) it is a little pricey, but you get what you pay for-and this was worth it! We would definitely recommend this hotel!
