Johnny is the best desk clerk ever. He is very helpful and takes good care of all the hotels patrons. He is one of the reasons I would stay here again.

Room has fridge with freezer microwave hair dryer. I would recommend second floor. You can hear footsteps pretty easily. Paid 120.00 plus tax.

First off. Jack is the bomb diggity. Breakfast is amazing especially when you wake up with a hangover! Anytime I’ve stayed here I’ve check for bed bugs and there is none. Rooms are always clean and comfy. That’s thanks to the amazing housekeepers. Cole is awesome too. Soooo give this place your money.

Parking was good. Pools hours are excellent — 11 pm for kids and open till midnight for adults! Good restaurant next door. Pond out back for kids to fish and/or watch geese, ducks, turtles! Fresh cookies at counter! Breakfast was fine. Staff was super nice! Overall, perfect place to stay during our family vacation.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, good beds, everything clean and nice. The hotel looks very good. We got some good suggestions at the front desk i. E. Where to eat (by getting 10% as hotel guests), what the hotel offers and so on. The hotel has also a pool and a gym. Shower is also good. Breakfast could offer more diversity. We are very happy with our choice. Recommended if you need a good spot to sleep.

Jack at the front desk was awesome. Shared a bit about the town and recommended food. Room was clean and plenty of parking for truck with trailer.

Hotel is very clean, water is hot with good pressure. Beds are comfortable. Staff is friendly and excellent! Warm cookies in the evening. A welcome spot along I-90. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

My Uncle and I have stayed here numerous nights and the staff are super helpful and friendly. Thank you Terri, Bryttani, Louis, Cole, Jose, Michala and the rest of the staff! The hotel is super clean and smells fresh, I've washed clothes several times there, the food is delicious, love the warm cookies, the ice water by the front desk is filtered and taste refreshing. This is the best hotel to stay in.

Friendly, helpful front desk, nice hot tub and pool. The room was clean and very comfortable with 2 beds, one fairly firm and the other a bit soft. Breakfast offered waffles, fruit, boiled eggs, yoghurt, cereal, oatmeal, bagels, biscuits and gravy… Great place to rest after a long drive.

This was the best hotel stay EVER! Clean, room, comfy bed, GREAT bathroom. Courteous staff, very pleasant! We'll be back. Keep up the good work. Thanks.

Because I am unable to respond to these reviews directly, I do want to take the time to comment and respond to our reviews and accusations. I want to thank everyone for taking the time to rate their stay with us here at Baymont, as my staff and I take great pride in what we do, as well as making sure our guests are always taken care of. I also want to clarify that Stacey Belgarde's review about us confirming that we had bed bugs is False. We have never had bed bugs. What was found in their room was in fact wood beetles, and we took care of the issue immediately, as we discussed and had shown the health department, after her many complaints to them. As the main issue was not with the rooms or the wood beetles, but in fact their group wanting a rate we were unable to honor. I do hope everyone will see the rest of our reviews about how wonderful our hotel and staff are, and will give us a chance! We have a great location, that is both relaxing and convenient. Also, we were able to get the smoke detector installers back to the property to re-program all our in room smoke detectors, so the blinking light is no more! Thank you for taking the time to read my respose. I do hope we will see many new faces, as well as those familiar to us within the coming months. Friendly. Clean. Nice coffee and continental breakfast selection. A nice place to stop after a long day of driving.

Horrible establishment! Upon checkin found bed bugs and was offered another room. Proceeded to 5 different rooms which all had bed bugs also. Management did not react appropriately and treated us like we did something wrong instead of trying to correct situation! Staff member did say they were trying to fight the problem confirming they did have bed bugs prior to check in!

Late check in at 0300 am requested late check-out night manager could not approve. Had to call manager in the morning after 0800 am to be told 1200 one more hour. Thanks but I would have found another hotel. But my wife had called ahead and prepayed. I was in route home from ga. Why the night manager or could not make this decision I mean a hour more is beyond me.

Awful. The fire alarms in the room have strobe lights that flash every 10 seconds. Our room was above the lobby and the news station was left on loud enough to hear through the door all night long. The front door and a back employees only door shook our room with a boom about 20 times during the night. And when I went to the desk staff to discuss the flashing lights and noise there was a phone set up to reach them which just went to a busy signal and I found the staff likely sleeping by knocking on the staff door. He proceeded to tell me the lights were their "number one complaint" and when I asked what they were doing he said it wasn't really something people were asking for any response to and that it was just a minor complaint. At the same time he told me about someone who tried to cover the light with tape and broke it just trying to get some sleep. We paid to sleep… we got no sleep. Awful.

A nice stay at the Baymont Inn in Oacoma. The rooms are new, very clean and spacious. We were given a room that had both a door to the inner lobby and a door that went directly outside to the rear parking lot which was very convenient. We made use of the nice hot tub but the pool was a bit too cold for us. The stay included breakfast but a few essential things were not available (salt & hot sauce) or quickly run out (coffee! ).

The nicest thing I can say about this place is that it isn't the WORST hotel I've stayed at. There is no elevator, our room was dirty (not vacuumed, sheets unchanged, hair all over bathroom), and there was a bug in our "clean" towels. In general not a nice place to stay. Would not recommend.

Checked in late at night. Front desk took forever to get us checked in after having done a reservation online. Requested a portable crib, lady handed it to us to carry instead of helping get it to the room. We had a sick, tired 2 year old and this didn't help matters as we had to fight just to get to the room with carrying everything and no help was offered. Was told to drive around back, where the door to the room was locked with the chain on the door making us have to go back to the front. Very incompetent staff. Room was okay, but experience was ruined by the staff.

Nice big room, definitely couldn't have been cleaned well before we checked in, someone's fingernail clippings on end table and carpet. Didn't complain to front desk. All hotels should have someone that follows up after it's cleaned, good quality control!

This was a great hotel with a restaurant and shops right next door. Staff very helpful and friendly. The room was VERY clean and beds and pillows extremely comfortable. We stayed in several hotels on our trip, some costing nearly twice as much, but this hotel was the best one of an 11 day trip. If we are traveling this way again, we would stay here again.

Like staying at home, quiet, clean, and close to shopping malls. Also the owners are very nice. So far I've stayed 3 weeks.
