Room was good. The only thing that is frustrating is I reserved a king bed for two adults and when we arrived he told us they did not have what I reserved. Thought that is why you call and reserve is to get what you wanted.

Now, I have to honest, I prefer to spend more money and stay at a nicer hotel, but I had to adjust based on availability. Take that into consideration as you read my review, because everyone has different priorities. Issue When we arrived, the front desk attendant barely said hi, much less engaged in any sort of positive customer service. We took the kids to the pool, and the chemicals were so overdone or done wrong that your eyes burned when you walk on the pool room. My kids left coughing so hard, they were crying. In the pool room, there seems to be a little room with a recliner with a one way mirror to the pool. Why would that be necessary? Definitely creepy. No elevator, now I get it, not every place does, but I don't have to like hauling a full size suitcase up a full flight of stairs. AND Our air conditioner was horrible. We had it on high anf as cool as possible and it did nothing more than a ceiling fan.

Small room but quiet. Didn't like that the pool was in another building. Had a room with a view, but the window was dirty. Glad we only stayed one night.

We've stayed in about 10 hotels the last week and a half. This is the worst one I've stayed in in years. Floor dirty and not vaccumed. Found a peanut next to my bed and a wrapper for something on the opposite side. Furniture out of date and old. Room seems 1/4th updated. 1 wall painted an orangish brown, rest are white with two big posters behind each bed. Everything else seems old warn out and out of date. Toilet wasn't cleaned, seat had mysterious gunk on it (probably pee) wall has what looks like peanut butter or baby poop. Two bottles of lotion by the sink, one in the shower. No shampoo at all. Internet doesn't work all, wouldn't even let me sign in, mom's phone kept saying the password was wrong, not that hard to spell the password so something was up with the Wi-Fi. Didnt answer when we called front desk about it. Went to the pool because we were bored, water in the pool was ice cold, water getting pumped in was freezing. Precarious vomit smell throughout whole area. Hot tub scalding hot, no one could be in it for more than a few minutes. No towels in the pool area. Called 0 and the phone rang and rang and rang untill she answered with "Yes!? " I said "Hi, I'm just calling because there's no towels in the pool area. " "I know, we're washing them! They'll be down. " we were there for over 1.5 hours and towels never arrived. Walked back sopping wet to the rooms.

There were both good things and bad things about the hotel but I would stay again. The hotel room was clean, had a mini-fridge, and the breakfast was good. On the negative side, the hotel is pretty outdated and the bed was hard.

Good connectivity, clean. & washer and dryer as well as pool available.

Good price. Close gas station. Close to two food places. Right by Missouri River. Great view!

The Lady was totally awesome, an very well maintained working with us! She went out of her way to help us!

Floor was not vacuumed, shower had 2 long hairs in it, bathroom sink had short stubble hairs in it. The toilet had POOP ON IT. The pool & hot tub were closed for maintenance, as it was a year ago when my husband stayed here. We won't be back.

Has that cozy worn in feel without being dirty. Western facing rooms overlook a sunset on the Missouri River. Friendly staff. Pool was closed for maintenance when I was there but it looked nice!

The staff were hospitable and welcoming to my dog and two cats. The room was definatly the cleanest of the past three Super 8's we've stayed at. The breakfast had tasty yogurt and bananas too! Not to mention the price is right. Would stay again.

This place is better than it should be for the money paid. The pool is large, with buckets that you can have dump water on you from above. The hot tub is amazing. And, the ground floor rooms by thepolls have their own doors. We decided to stay an extra day because it's so relaxing.

Great economy hotel! Very nice and clean! The view of the river is priceless!

Great price, clean room, good bed, TV worked well, decent breakfast, friendly staff plus a convenient location with a great view and pet friendly. What more could you ask?

Wear ear plugs! My wife and I were woken through the night by creaking and knocking upstairs. The building is very old and made lots of noise just walking to the bathroom. Everything else was incredibly mediocre for the price.

Affordable place to stay for exhausted travelers. Front desk staffer Whisper was awesome! Clean room, good breakfast to start the day.

It's a nice little motel. We had to take refuge from some inclement weather and Whisper at the front desk did a great and very thorough job of letting us know what would happen if weather got worse. Cute breakfast room. This morning the biscuits and gravy were amazing!

Hot tub is great after you've driven half way across the country.

Stayed there. Big Mistake! Had a basement level room, across the breakfast area. Musty, dusty room. There was black-Ish grey marks on the floor of the bathtub. Rusty yellow sink. AC did not work/ cool. Smelled like exhaust from a car. Opened the curtains only to find dirty windows and spider webs. I asked for another room, and they said they were booked. And house keeping staff was gone for the day. The only place that I felt was clean was the pool. There was so much chlorine in it, it made your eyes red without being in the water. I woud have gladly slept in the pool chairs. stay away!

Room was very clean and nice. It is the best super 8 I ever stayed at.

Nice proximity to highway and good river view when staying on the west side of the buildings. Also right near a beautiful war memorial. There is a Sinclair station right next to the hotel for your convenience and gas needs. This Super 8 also has the now pretty typical waffle makers, which I cannot resist. The room was fine apart from the remote not being able to control the TV volume. I re-paired the remote with the television and all was well. The light in the bathroom was also sometimes very dim, but I didn't feel the need to ask for it to be fixed. Overall it was a great place to stop for the night!

Gave us a room that was already full and the lady at the front desk barely new what she was doing. Will not stay at a super 8.

A/C unit in the room was horrible. It barely even got cold enough to sleep. The TV in my room barely worked. The hotel smelled bad. I try not to complain but this was bad and I really had to write a review and I never write reviews.

Friendly staff but A/C did not work in any of the 6 rooms I was moved in to. Pricing was much higher than others just further into the town.

Perfect for an overnight stop to just sleep and get up and continue driving.

We stayed her many years ago. There is a huge indoor swimming pool with wood paneled walls. Not a normal hotel pool. I think it used to be a much higher quality place and I doubt it was originally built by super 8.

Worst place I have ever stayed in. That's saying a lot considering I lived in Asia where they have cockroaches and no toilet paper. We stopped for a three hour nap on a road trip and couldn't even sleep because someone upstairs was banging (literally) on the floor above us. Why would anyone pay $76 for this? My skin is still crawling.

Run down also me my wife and 8 yr old daughter went to the pool there was a couple having sex in the hot tub and a guy that couldn't speak English walking around in his underwear I told the front desk and they got right on the problem but we didn't feel safe staying there so we got a full refund and drove 3 miles to the Quality Inn much nicer and the room was very clean we will never stay in a Super 8 again.

The girl at the front desk was fast and efficient but not too friendly. Clean room, comfortable bed.

Great place to stop, after driving 7hrs, the bed was great and the sunset over the river was worth the stop alone. Nice staff and great breakfast. Lots of nice attractions in the area too!

Pulled into chamberlain at 1:00 am after 16 hours of driving. Other hotels full. Dirty, run down, front desk very very very slow. Sleeping in the car would have better.

Front desk was a little slow but everyone was really sweet and polite. Rooms weren't bad at all. Obviously not the hilton. The view outside is gorgeous.
