Poor facility and room conditions all around. Very displeased with all aspects of our current stay. Laundry facilities are a absolute mess, only 1 washer and 1 dryer out of 6 machines working. A nice sink but no soap and empty paper towel holders. Overflowing garbage can and weeks worh of garbage all over the floors and benches. Key cards working for anything are a total joke. 2 days into a 6 day stay and we have had 6 different key cards because they only work half the time. The room itself has massive stains in the carpet, The floors in the bathroom and tub were absolutely disgusting. Cleaned them ourselves. Open gaps in the door seals on the room door, can watch files come right into the room from the outside. Bathrooms in the falling apart pool area don't have locks on the doors! Leave to go out for dinner and come back to find the parking by our room is being used. Come to find out it is being used by employees from the restaurant across the street. Go to the front desk to address some of this with a manager and am told there is and will not be a manager or assistant manager around till tomorrow or maybe the day after. What type of answer is that. All I got was we will make note of it and I will talk to the manager when they get back in. What kind of answer or action is that? Very poor! Just sorry that someone spends this type of money for a one night stay or a week stay like us and have to stay in a place like this.

Rooms are all outdoor entry but grounds seem clean. Beds are soft, sheets clean. Found old food in fridge. A/C works great and has decent fridge. Microwave takes 15 minutes to heat a couple slices of pizza, even to a minimum temperature.

I would give this hotel 0 stars! Checked in and people were not happy. Got to the room and the TV and phone did not work. Went to dinner and came back and the key to the room didn't work. So got that fixed and then we ask for towels because there were not enough in the rooms to be told that they have no towels and will not have any for the next couple days. So we went to check out and find a new hotel and again had to wait because 3 other people were checking out very unhappily as well. Staff was doing their best and we're very nice and apologetic but if the hotel doesn't have basic necessities then it's not a hotel!

Great service and prime location. Room was small and smelled like smoke. Pool was too cold to swim in.

The room was pretty clean and the staffing was pleasant. The furniture in the room might need to either be reconfigured or replaced to make the room less cluttered. The ice machine was broken when we stayed and the pool was nice to have for the kids. However, might need more towels in the rooms.

Friendly staff. The rooms are pretty clean. The beds are uncomfortable but for the price, we were willing to deal with that! No extra toilet paper so if you run out you have to go to the front desk. Same with towels. By quite a few places to eat. Our room with two double beds had a balcony which was nice and they allow pets.

Spacious rooms and with everything you need. Good service and good breakfast.

I had to drop off family at this hotel, you guy work with them which was nice.

It was nice and quiet but the condition of the place was quite run down and uncared for they could do a lot better. Don't know if I would go there again.

Correct establishment hotel on the outskirts of the city with many restaurants nearby. Denny, MACDO, Subway, etc.
Composed of five separate two-storey buildings. Prefer the floor you will have a balcony.
Typical Comfort US, 2 king size beds, flat screen TV, micro wave, table and iron, coffee maker, refrigerator.
Sufficient electrical outlets including one at the nightstand.
Free Wifi But failing for a poor connection in building 2.
Clean room with a balcony.
Laundry, pool, beverage vending machines. Computer at the reception.
Light Breakfast No orange juice machine down.

This is my honest review: I booked here once and had a Excellent stay. I decided to book again before I left the first time. Same room. Same price. No changes. I show up a month later to be told they took my room and gave it to a staff member for business purposes. Didn't call me to ask if I was willing to give it up. Didn't notify me of the changes. Nothing. They gave me the excuse of "no room is guaranteed. " Horse****. It's the middle of December, 2 days away from Xmas and I arrived to my booked hotel with NO ROOM. I can only think what would have happened if all their rooms were filled. Their solution was to throw me in any room that I wanted. All which happen to be sub par to my suite. In the end with a whole bunch of complaining and bull****, I ended up getting a master suite at a discounted rate. The ONLY reason I stayed here was because it was December 23rd and I wasn't going to find a better deal last minute. Not staying here again!

We stayed here for two nights. The reviews said the place was fairly highly recommended, can't say I agree. One of the "selling" points was that there were bathrobes in the room, Not true, barely towels in the room. Had to ask for a blanket since, even though it's the middle of winter, there wasn't one on the bed. Was told they didn't have any at first, but an hour or so later they did bring one to our room. The rooms themselves are clean enough, but there are no real lights outside the rooms, or the parking lot. Overall, wasn't too impressed.

The rooms were very clean and allowed dogs. Nothing super fancy but its nice if you nesd somewhere to stay with your own entrance. I will stay here again.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed here and keep coming back. The price is right. It feels safe, rooms are clean and spacious. Rooms have mini fridge and microwave! For a one night place on the road we always have a good experience. Friendly front desk staff, helpful and friendly. Laundry on site, right next to a Culver's. Breakfast mostly bread products-make your own waffles, hard-boiled eggs, oatmeal, coffee, and juice. It is right along the highway-but we left our window open for air all night and we're not bothered by any noise. We will be back! Thank you!

Good rooms. But the pictures on their website was deceiving. Not the same room in the website pictures. Clean and comfy beds. Good location.

Good place — clean, quiet, decent breakfast buffet. We had one problem with the room, and they responded very quickly. Good location right on 16 and close to the edge of town, so quick access to Keystone, Rushmore, etc.

The price I will honestly say a little high for what you get. The pictures online are totally different than what it looks like in person. Pillows and bed were comfortable, would recommend still bringing a favorite blanket from home. Shower wasn't hott enough, staff were very friendly but overall was okay. Things I would recommend differently would be better towels, for breakfast it would be nice to have eggs and sausage and fruit, also for coffee a few different selections of flavored creamers and chocolate milk for kiddos.

The room was very clean and the room we had came with a nice large bathroom and jacuzzi tub. Staff was very pleasant to deal with. We stayed only one night here but it was a good stay.

This place fully served its purpose of a bed. We spent ~8 hr total in the room, 6 of those asleep. So really no complaints here.

Only a couple things that could be changed: microwave and mini fridge in rooms, a king sized bed, and have an indoor pool. Can't do much about pool though. Other than that, we had a fantastic experience. Definitely would stay again.

Good value for money but really light breakfast.

Staff was extremely friendly and hard-working, doing their best to quickly process all the customers who showed up at once. Unfortunately, the bugs in the room were really friendly too, especially the big ol' spider who wanted to snuggle with me before I went bed. Very small room, moldy smell although it was otherwise clean (minus the bugs), and an A/C unit that woke me up with a loud clang every time it kicked in. Nice hot water in the shower.

The best part of the hotel was the price. Everything else was less than satisfactory. At check in, the receptionist didn't know which building our room was in (there are somewhere around five buildings) ; she may have been new, but her first two guesses for buildings were incorrect. The pool area was difficult to access and lacking in aesthetic, size, function, and nighttime lighting. The room was outdated. While there were amenities like a refrigerator, TV, microwave, toaster oven, and a cabinet, the bathrooms left something to be desired. In fact, the shower door kept getting caught on the heater. Poor design? There were three beds in our room but the details number of towels was only four. I know it's not a big deal, but if a group is getting a room with three beds, provide two towels per bed. Continental breakfast was minimalist: two options for cold cereal, apples, hard boiled eggs, toast, and one Belgian waffle maker (there were always at least three people in line for this while I was there, around 630am). The breakfast person apparently wasn't there, which put the onus of breakfast upkeep on the receptionist, who was simultaneously trying to check people out and take care of her own duties. I'm glad she was helpful! Overall, I wouldn't stay again. This is a great place maybe for some young people looking for a cheap bed. But if you're with family, splurge a little for a place with a hot tub, updated facilities, and a decent continental breakfast.

Guest service was very pleasant. Loved the ac and mini fridge. They have a great hot breakfast till 10am. Pool was fun and enjoyable. Will come back.

Good motel, nice rooms but arranged strangely. We were in building David which was up a steep hill and awkward to get to. Everyone was very nice.

Facilities seemed pretty dated. Though it didn't appear to be in a bad part of town the door had three locks. There was a convenience store style door leading out to the balcony which I found odd. The bed slept nice but the pillows were small square pillows that were pretty uncomfortable. Breakfast had waffles as well as sausage and eggs.

No pens in the hotel room! I couldn't write anything done on the stationary they provided. Bed and pillows were uncomfortable.

Pretty good place to stay. However, check in took me at least 40 minutes, while process should take something around 5 minutes.

Visited before the "season, " so not all facilities were up and running, and staffing was sparse. That said, each and every staff member, from the manager to the housekeeper and desk clerks went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. They surely deserve an "A" for effort.

Only stayed a night, no complaints.

We were honestly delighted to find a clean room and a hot shower. Then at 1:46am to 2:14am a drunken yelling fight between girls broke out in the room next to ours. Cursing words flying and nonstop yelling for 30 minutes. At 5:14 a guy joined in and it started up again. When the hotel was notified they shockingly knew the gal and didn't do a darn thing and weren't apologetic at all. Very unprofessional and truly a disappointment.

It was okay not a pantie dropper.

Very nice for the price. We spent 3 nights. Clean room, good AC in August, nice and quiet well off street. There were some minor problems. Really slow wireless access. A little short on hot bath water one night, but fine the rest of the time. No coffee stocked in the room, but front desk gave us more right away. Out of OJ one morning, but otherwise standard cheap faire for continental breakfast. Little muffins, cereal, toast, smushy bagels with cream cheese. Pretty good waffles. No eggs or meats. Right downtown on main road to attractions. Better than cheapo hotels, and cheaper than Hiltons. We would stay there again.

Very nice could use a bigger bathroom.

Clean, close restaurants, Mt Rushmore was awesome as was the million motorcycles for the "75th STURGIS RALLLEY"
