The hotel room was clean and the water park was perfect for our 3 little kids. We wish there would have been complementary breakfast as our 3 year olds don’t eat much for breakfast and at times nothing and we were stuck having to pay for them anyway at the restaurant Buffett that’s attached to the hotel. My other complaint was that our room was not ready at 4pm for check in. Otherwise the hotel was great.

Traveled from RI to South Dakota. Every hotel we stayed at had complimentary coffee available for guests all day. Not the Best Western in Rapid City, South Dakota. The people at the service desk were obviously annoyed with the several people there asking for another pot to be put out and simply refused. We were there for a convention. I regret ever booking my room with this hotel.

Our room had BED BUGS. After looking into other reviews on other websites there are BED BUG complaints all over every website.

Water park! Great Staff and next to shopping and food.

Absolutely worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in. The beds are fine, amenities all around are fine and the breakfast at the restaurant was good BUT throughout the four days we were here, the guests and their children were THE LOUDEST I’ve ever experienced in a hotel. These walls are not sound proof whatsoever, and kids are constantly running and screaming down the halls. Constantly. We have been here four days and there is constant noise till 10:30 at at least, and I’ve been woken up around 2am every single night by drunk adults. I am just blown away by this stay, and not in a good way whatsoever.

Can clean the rooms better. The room they gave me at check in was a dirty mess. Looked as if it was like that for awhile. The lady at the front desk was very rude to me and my coworkers that came to stay for our training… knowing we always stay here.

Clean, well-appointed rooms, amazing water park pool, good price.

We are currently at this hotel and our room was dirty upon check in. The overall cleanliness of the hotel is bad. They also snuck in over $200 in fees that were not told to us prior to check. Completely unsatisfied.

Great pool & mini-water park. Rooms are spacious & comfortable.

They advertise water slides on their website but this is our third night at the hotel and slides were open only one night. This is false advertisement. If the slides are closed for the season that should be mentioned on the website. Big disappointment for the kids.

Wow! An absolute pleasure to stay here. Beautiful rooms, and dog friendly. By that I mean a patch of grass right outside if each room. This is the place to stay in South Dakota!

The rooms were awesome. The clerk on the front desk was a very big help. Comfortable and clean.

Dirty room. Clothes from previous guest on floor in closet. Dirty bathroom, hair in bathtub. No Kleenex, one hand towel.
One bar of soap but no shower products.
Big red lipstick mark on bathroom door. Extremely noisy in hallway after 2:00am.
Ordered hamburger cooked medium to medium well, was burnt.

Horrible experience, charged us for FOUR NIGHTS INSTEAD OF TWO. Only got reimbursed for one after and hr, they didn’t put us in the computer, so they tried to kick us out of our room and tell us we had to move and then asked us are you sure your even in there it’s not showing you. The front desk lady told my man to stop talking or she will kick him out when he was upset about all the mess ups on their part. Got sassy man and disrespectful over them messing up our reservation and robbing us. Hair in our bath tub, no extra pillows, blankets sheets for the pull out bed. Give you four wrist bands to swim and says it’s cuz of COVID but then says if you pay more more can swim, so it’s not about COVID it’s about money. And then no ones even checking bands in the pool areas. Over all a shifty great place, oh and the vending machines steal your money.

I really loved the accommodations. The customer service was outstanding. The restaurant food was excellent.

Great staff awesome pool and outdoor area!

We left our room after only a few hours because there were roaches crawling on the floor… packed up and drove through the night. Will not be staying here again. Front desk was very sweet and informative. Water park could use some cosmetic work… but was awesome for the kiddos.

Rude customer service! Poor housekeeping.

This is apparently a hang out for the local youth. They terrorize the hallways all night and guests. Then you go into the suspicious nature of qtips laying around the hallways which is consistent with drug use in the hotel. Spend your money on rooms and conferences elsewhere. Don’t bother asking for help from the desk that is an effort in futility!

Respectful Good service, good atmosphere, they make you feel welcome.

I asked for my room to get serviced each day and it was never done! Very unfriendly housekeepers! Have to get towels from the pool area because housekeeping didn’t want to clean your room! And I actually love staying here but now I’m not sure I want to. I even called the front desk and I was assured that my room would be cleaned but it still wasn’t!

I really like the hotel overall but the housekeeping department isn’t great at all. I’ve been calling since I have checked out Sunday on some items I left behind. Head of housekeeping said they haven’t found. M anything which is a complete lie, I know what I left there! I call Monday I was told they put them rooms on hold. Will strip them, called Tuesday no answer. Some honest workers would be great, this isn’t my first time having this problem! Maybe train your workers to be honest and to TURN IN anything that doesn’t belong to them like regular adults!

They were very accommodating… the indoor water park was so fun.

Everything was great, but the three women in the afternoon at the front desk ARE NOT FRIENDLY OR APPRECIATIVE! I wasn't for sure if the outside building doors were unlocked through the day and locked at night, so I politely asked them and got a "nope they're locked all the time". I proceeded to inform them that building 3 door was broken because my family didn't have to use our room key to get in since we arrived the day prior. I got a dirty look from one of the women, just stared at by another, and a rude K for the third one. I know our room doors lock but still would feel more comfortable if the building outside doors would also. Also maybe a simple "okay thanks for letting us know, we will look into it" would of been nice.

The balcony was great and the staff was accommodating. Rooms were clean.

Friendly staff well appointed room. Bed was a little lumpy but I'm used to memory foam. Excellent pillows and lots of them. Water park but we didn't go there. Nice restaurant but it was a little noisy out in the hallway.

A great parking lot shaded all afternoon. Easy in and out places to park a trailer. We will have one spot were everything will take place or start from. Easy on and off from I 90. A sharp looking lobby full of friendly people and one of the best restaurants in town.

Pet friendly, room was perfect for having dogs! Had outside room access. Extremely courteous staff! Have security guard at night patrolling grounds. Which was nice because we had many containers in the back of our truck. Our bed was very comfortable. Truly enjoyed our rest.

We had a great stay. Very pet friendly, get a room on 1st floor that opens to a private courtyard and you can let your dog out easily for a potty break. Kids were very entertained with water slide and the restaurant was decent, good pool tables. Very clean rooms.

This was a great family place. The exterior and indoor halls are a bit dated, and there was no elevator in our building, BUT aside from that, this is terrific hotel. The rooms were clean, as were the bathrooms, and staff was friendly. The pools were awesome, our kids loved it! The hotel is centrally located to I-90, hotels & restaurants, and is about 25 mins from Mt Rushmore. We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Right off the freeway, close to shopping and close to all the tourist spots. Rooms are spacious and have a big mini fridge. We were able to fit a ton of fresh food in it and save money on dining out. There is no elevator which was only a pain when bringing in our coolers and luggage the first day, but the maintenance guy helped us. After that, one flight of stairs was not a big deal. The hotel is clean and well kept, staff is very friendly and helpful. The kids loved the pool and water slides. A great hotel at a very reasonable price, we will definitely be back.

A nice place to stay. The rooms were clean and the hotel staff were very friendly. Checkout was easy and there was plenty of parking. The air conditioner in the room was not working very well. It made for a slightly warm evening in our room. Please note there are no elevators, so if you have trouble with stairs make sure you get a first floor room.

We cknd in Friday. Rm was ok… didn't have enough towels after writing a note requesting 2 more sets and leaving them a tip. We had to request 3 times. Coming back to our rm 1103 our card would't work in the outside door. The Bobby stuff changed 3 times and were less then helpful. Maintenance guy came and informed us the batteries were dead even replacing them didn't work. Luckily were leaving tomorrow. Staff at front desk are not friendly or helpful. The
only thing good was Minervas bar we had the best bartender Todd who was fantastic… friendly. On that I'd rate a 5 others were ok… on asking for our tab as we also ate at the bar. The female bartender asked if we wanted 2 tabs as she was fully aware my partner and I were together. Felt slighted. No worst place ever.

I have stayed at this hotel just about every week during the summer for the past 5 years. The staff is top notch and the hotel is great. They acknowledge me by name and always make me feel welcome. The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. I've never had any problems. I've only eaten in the restaurant a couple of times, and although the service was slow, the food was pretty good. I definitely enjoy staying at this hotel!

We just booked a Queen room in Bldg. E which is in the back. The room hadn't been cleaned since the last guests. We immediately called the front desk and explained the room hadn't been made up. The girl at the front desk responded with "are you sure? " She assured us that someone would bring a new room key over in 5 minutes. We waited over 10 and still no key. We went back to the front desk, but didn't even receive so much as an apology for the inconvenience. Just a "frankly we don't care" attitude. So it's off to Holiday Inn Express for us! I would highly recommend avoiding this hotel!

Nice hotel. First room didn't have a handle on the faucet but they were quick to move us to a new room when notified. Rooms were nicely appointed. Carpet seemed new as did the tile entryway and baths. Very convenient to Rushmore Mall where you can get the best pretzels at the Pretzel Place. Waterpark was fun for the kids though it is showing some wear and tear and some of the features weren't fully functional — water cannons no longer shoot out water and the fish and whale don't shoot water either. Pretty noisy inside as well, hard to have a conversation without shouting-maybe add some noise cancelling insulation to the ceiling? Overall a good hotel and a decent value.

2nd time I have been in their "conference" areas. Once for a Christmas party about 10 years ago and yesterday for the South Dakota Bowling State Jamboree. Had a great time and the food was good. Will definitely come back if another event is held here!

The room was what you would expect, what made this visit was the wonderful front desk staff. I was blown away at how helpful they were. My original reservation from a booking site did not go through, the woman at the front desk was so kind and patient. She held a room for us and helped us figure out the phone numbers and websites we needed to ensure we were not charged twice. Absolutely lovley staff.

The rooms were very clean and well kept. Missing some more modern features such as usb outlets. The location is sprawling and the parking lot can be hard to get in and out of. Overall a good hotel with some niggling issues.

Good hotel, good pool and waterpark. Was a bit unhappy when we came back to the hotel to finish getting our stuff and the house keeper was already in our room cleaning and moving and had the outside door wide open with our puppy in the room. Other than that our stay was perfect. Hopefully they start enforcing housekeeping not coming in until the occupants have left though. Just happy our puppy didn't get out.

Rooms very clean and in good repair. Housekeeping staff very capable and thorough. Bed was one of the most comfortable I've slept in at a hotel. Pool and Jacuzzi were also clean, well maintained and heated. AC was not functioning, but they were already working on it. If I come back through here, this is where I'll stay!

I stayed at this location on business and was very pleased with the king room. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff from front desk to maid service were very pleasant. I ate one meal in the restaurant and the wait staff made me feel like I was the most important person in the place. I would definitely stay here again. A very pleasant experience.

Good location of the interstate. Rooms are nice and clean. No continental breakfast but the on site restaurant is very good.

The kids pool area, while needing a bit of repair, was a LOT of fun for our kids. There was a normal huge one in the other room, which was nice to spread out the amount of people and noise in the area. The actual botel room was big and very clean, if we come back this way again, we will be staying a night along the way.

Very nice place! Only reason they didn't get a 5 is because they do not have a breakfast and they don't serve coffee long enough during morning hours. Yes coffee in room but not nearly enough.

Ok let's start with the actual rooms themselves. Very nice and clean rooms if I must say so. However that is where my compliments end. The pool had so much chlorine that after just 30 minutes of swim time all three of my kids turned bright red. Just sitting in the poor area was hard on the lungs from the chlorine smell. Then all night kids ran up and down the halls pounding on the walls. Even after we called and complained the next night there were people fighting in the halls. When we told the front desk it was like o ok. Save your money go elsewhere.

I am giving this hotel 4 stars based only on their pool area. If you have kids, they will love it 2 giant watersides and pirate ships to play on. Plus, it is set apart from the normal swimming pool (which has a small kiddie pool too) and hot tub. So people who are not travelling with children don't have to hear all the pool noise from the kids. As a family we enjoyed the swimming areas immensely. The rooms however, are really out of date. Worn down and a wee bit moldy smelling. Not the type of place you want to kick your shoes off. Also the layout is really tricky. We also ate at the restaurant attached and the food was amazing. It's odd that a restaurant of that caliber is in a dingy feeling hotel. But if you love food and swimming, book it, you won't regret it.

Very clean, friendly staff decent rooms. Only complaint I have is that the cheerleaders staying here were very loud, obnoxious and rude, blocking entire hallways and not responding to a simple 'excuse me'. On the other hand, the boys basketball team that was staying on the same floor were all very well behaved and polite.

The hotel seems to do very well in many respects including events. We have attended both social and personal events and all have been successfully laid out. Great event spaces and location overall.

The room was in excellent condition and very clean. The staff was very nice and professional. The amenities were nice, the pool having choices, the overlooking fitness room, also being attached to one of the best restaurants in town.

We stay atleast once a year, this year I have stayed twice once at Stock Show and Last night I blamed the girls for a sleepless restless night, but by 2am girls are sleeping and my asthma is in overdrive, the room was nice, it appeared clean, but being an asthma sufferer affected by cigarette smoke, sure alerts a person when a room has been smoked in expecially when you are a none smoker. The room needs throughly cleaned walls washed, curtains washed carpets shampooed. I am thinking the suit we stayed in at Stock Show might explain why every morning I have hacked up film and yellow crap out my nose too.

This hotel missed the mark for me. The rooms have had recent redecorating but missed out on installing a toilet from this century. A toilet that ran most of the night… The beds were on the hard side. The heat couldn't keep up with the temperature outside and we froze. The pool and included waterpark were cool, and a bright spot if kids are in tow.

Staff was friendly, helpful and explained everything I had questions on. My room was in a great condition. One thing of note is that the entry way and bathroom both had stone flooring and can be surprisingly slick when wet, so watch your footing and also watch for pooling water in those areas if you use the tub/shower combo.

The room smelled like a closed and lunch was not included. Everything else was up to our expectations.

Very clean and super friendly staff! The pool was a little cold, but are only BIG compliant was that In our room, the door going to the outside had a big gap in the bottom and side of the door and it was — 10 below outside for the 5 days we were there. It made the seating area and bed next to the door very cold. Overall still a really great place to stay!

The staff was great but the hotel was have no problems with the heat. There was no heat in the restaurant and was very uncomfortable in the lounge when we ate and had a beverage. Our room was good.

The room was very clean. Clerk was rude. Had a 1 night stay to specifically take our small children to the water park. By the time we ate and checked in it was their bedtime. (no time to swim) by the time we packed to leave for check out in the morning (no time to swim) guests only have swim passes for the duration of their stay. No allowances. The clerk was rude when I asked if we could purchase swim passes for later. (no swim) our heater randomly switched from hot to cool in the middle of the night. Our beds were so hard we would have been better off sleeping on the floor or simply going home. Previously I had stayed in this hotel (very hard bed) and not intended to swim. Now that I wasted my family's time we know to stay at another hotel. I will only book with this hotel if it is the last place in town. The room was exceptionally clean.

Birthday party at happy hour. Great prices on good food. Cola carbonation lacking bubbles reason for4 instead of 5 stars. Great wait staff.

Very comfortable has all amenities from fitness center to pool, coin op laundry, and restaurant. Easy access Wi-Fi. My stay was awesome, everything was perfect. Very helpful and professional staff. I will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Visited in early September and we had our dog with us. We were treated very well on they even had a welcome bag for the dog. It had some treats in it and a small toy bone for him to play with. It turns out that he just loves that little toy and it reminds me of a good visit we all had there. We will stay there again when in the area.

A great place to stay. Rooms are large and supplied with a fridge and microwave. Very clean and well supplied for coffee and tea and toiletries. We ate our breakfasts at the hotel and were very good. Excellent location to the I90 interstate and walking distance to Rushmore Mall.

Does need lift as heaving luggage upstairs is very difficult.
Lost a point as did not service the room and only said cleaning staff gone home when told.

Service was great, front desk & room service were amazing. 1404 has only one issue the tub drained Super slow. Even with the construction in the hall it was still a good room.

Good location. Friendly staff. Clean. Conveniently located just off the interstate, but with that comes some traffic noise (not bad though). Restaurant is wonderful in every aspect. Bed was incredibly comfortable. Close to many other businesses. So nice, we stayed an extra night. Would definitely stay here again!

The worst stay in a long time and I travel most of the year. Should have taken pictures. First of all the a/c didn't work. Then they "fixed it". Barely, and I mean barely put out any air and kept shutting down after running a few minutes while room was still hot. The front access door on AC unit was open and falling off. Then there was the bathroom… almost no sink space at all with the Toilet lid coming off… next all the mirrors where dirty… then the floors looked like the carpet is at least 40 years old… then one of the tables legs was loose and bent over, was afraid to use table… the Wi-Fi is very slow and finally let's not forget the bed. Super, super cheap beds. If you like your beds like a rock then this place is for you. Woke up with back ache both mornings… Yeah, it is a stay I want to forget… holy cow… almost forgot it almost is in the middle of freeway and you get to listen to the truckers roll by ALL night long… enjoy!

We had a good experience. The rooms were very nice, but we mostly chose to stay here for the water park. The water park was fun, if a little over-chlorinated. Our kids loved the slides. The other more adult pool is fine, though the hot tub is way too small. We would stay there again if we found ourselves passing through Rapid City.

The waterpark was awesome. The kids had so much fun using the slide. One slide wasn't working so that was a disappointment but overall I was really impressed. We used the regular pool as well and it as just as nice. Really big. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable. I liked the balcony overlooking the courtyard. This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in for the comfort and amenities. Highly recommend it if you have kids.

The stag here made sure we had a very Merry Christmas. Super friendly and happy to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. From extra towels to extra coffee. They were ALWAYS happy to help. The room was clean and modern. This was our second time staying here and we will always come back when visiting this area! It's our favorite place to stay.

The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The room we booked was sold out so we were upgraded to a suite for no additional cost. The pool area was nice as well. Overall, it was a good value for the price we paid.

Banquet room is very large and good for all kinds of gatherings. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Attached bar/restaurant Minerva's is fantastic.

Great hotel, very clean, but honestly the reason I go is to take my sons' to the water park. A lot of fun and it's free with the reasonably priced hotel stay. When I'm in Rapid it's the only place I go. Justin.

My local friend recommended this place for being reasonably priced. Though I was traveling for business at the height of tourist season the prices were still very reasonable. The restaurant attached was clean, accommodating, and the food was better than most stand alone restaurants in the area. All staff had a cool and accommodating demeanor. Don't bother haggling them for multiple discounts either… they're already the best price and you'll hold up the check in line. Book this place on your next trip… you won't be disappointed.

Stayed in a suite. Very nice and clean room with table 4 chairs, kitchenette. Beds were not comfortable. Water park and large swimming pool and hot tub were great for our family. Kids loved it. Cons: no breakfast, hard beds, and no elevators!

Don't let the nice looking lobby fool you the rest of the hotel is not that clean looking. A heads up there is no elevator. Which after a long drive (8hrs) sucks having to make multiple trips up and down the stairs. Also the halls feel like your in the Shining (could be good I guess) but it's easy to get lost as all the hallways look the same. The pillows suck since they all just balled up on us. If your an adult wanting to relax in the hot tub forget it. The hot tubs are tiny. The water park is great for younger kids as it starts at 6 inches and goes to 3 1/2 feet where you come out of the water slides. Staff park up front so good luck finding parking spots up close. Warning if you use your debit card they will put a $25 a day hold on your account and they don't tell you it can happen. I looked at my account and saw it. When I asked the front desk the lady said let me get the accountant as she didn't have access to that screen. The accountant was standing in the gift shop and looked at us and said what do you need. So the lady informed her what was going on she then seemed upset she had to do something said let me put these away. She was rude with me the whole time and as I was already very irritated her attitude did not help. And when she said to me, "You authorized us to charge your card. " (I paid for the room a month earlier) I informed that I did not. She walked away behind the door doesn't say anything. Next the new Manager comes out.

It was good. This place has a big footprint — had to walk about 1/4 mile from the front desk to the room. Going around the outside cut that by 1/2. Having a Minerva's bar and restaurant on premises made for a relaxing 3 Guinness night.

Our room was great — nice sized, quiet at night, recently renovated and clean. I was glad to see was a little larger than the average cube fridge I see in other hotels. The waterpark and pool areas were clean. My kids (9 and 12) had lots of fun. Although the waterpark area is geared more toward younger kids, they still enjoyed the 2 larger slides. The indoor pool was huge! The hotel staff was friendly. The location was great right off the interstate with lots of places to dine and a mall nearby. My only disappointments were that we had to wait until 4pm to check in because our room wasn't clean and that there was no complementary breakfast available like most other hotels in the area.

A quick warning. Our room smelled like it had been smoked in before. I'm sure that not all the rooms are the same, but just a quick note in case. Staff were very helpful on th.

After having a terrible experience at another hotel. We came across this one. Went in to check availability and price. They didn't have our full stay available due to a wedding but gave us 4 of the 6 nights we needed at a much discounted rate. As well as 1/2 off apps at Firehouse and even offered to drive us there. They were great and I wish we would have booked with them at first.

Rooms were nothin tp call home about. Hallways smelled like port o potty. Bar was awesome!

Room was very nice. The hotel was undergoing a much needed renovation. A little pricy for South Dakota but not unimpressed.

Just checked in. Terrible service. First of all the $25 dollar deposit should be stated with the original bill when we reserved the room online. Second, 30 days to get my money back? Excuse me? They said it's because it's a prepaid debit card? Its an emerald card through H&R block. A debit card. And last, the lady (didn't get her name) who checked us in was straight up rude. Will never recommend this hotel or any Best Western to anyone. Ever.

Decent hotel with clean rooms. Kids had a blast at the water park and pool. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Loved the food, rooms were spacious but very thin walls. Couldn't sleep but I like how we had our own door to outside instead of going thru the hotel to exit.

Not really worth the $130 plus tax … Hair all over bath tub and bathroom floor and our room had a weird smell.

When we arrived we were told that they didn't have the room we booked, so they put my husband, daughter and I in a room with a single king bed. Even though we would have preferred the two queens that we had booked, we were ok with the change. Then we go to the room and the bathroom hadn't been cleaned. It had hair all over the shower and a hairy, used soap bar in the tub. We then got ready to go to the pool and in the process of getting ready discovered a black beetle on the bed. We thought it was just a one time thing, so we killed it and went to the pool. When we returned, we ended up killing about 15 black beetles and a tick! They were on the bed, floor and walls! It was as if they don't spray for bugs, or keep up the air conditioning unit to keep them out. It was disgusting. We transferred to the hotel across the interstate and they had no black beetles in the rooms.

We usually get incredible deals with amazing hotels off of Priceline, but this time was a joke. My husband, myself, & our 3 year-old daughter were travelling back from Montana to Sioux Falls & stayed there one night (July 22nd) during their peak season (before the Sturgis Rally). We got into our ground-level room (one of the last to be booked, they were now full) & found the following: dried pizza sausage on the floor, dried noodles on the ironing board, coffee grounds all over the coffee pot counter, smeared feces on the back of the toilet seat, a half used pack of Trident gum by the tv, & an unidentified bug crawling on top of the comforter. The phone hadn't been dusted of food crumbs and dust balls for weeks. The slider to the patio was so filthy you could hardly see through the glass & the track it ran on has a half inch of dust & grime, the lock appeared to be broken. The carpet in our room looked like someone had poured water on it like stepping stones from the patio door to the room door — who knows what it actually was that had stained the carpet. We then checked for bed bugs because we were so freaked out. When we called the front desk, they said they would send up a cleaning person to drop off cleaning supplies for us. A man showed up & switched out the entire toilet seat & lid — but did nothing about the other issues & did not leave any cleaning supplies. So, I cleaned what I could with Kleenex & bar soap.

Clean rooms very nice hotel Rate $152 great pool for kids fun treat fun slides (4) and for ages 1 — adult. Would stay again cons: no free breakfast but great restaurant. Kids would enjoy another stay.

Waited 30 minutes in line to check in. Front desk woman has the personality of wet toast. Water park isn't much. Room was large, but not cleaned well. Microwave was dirty. Carpet edges hasn't been cleaned in a long time. We found a slim Jim under the bed. Location is great with shopping and food near by. Beds were firm.

The room was nice and clean. We were unable to check in to our room until 7pm because the hotel had been full the night before, and they didn't plan ahead with enough housekeeping staff to get the rooms clean. I felt bad for the front desk employees who had to deal with unhappy customers. When a customer asked why they didn't call the manager in to assist with getting rooms clean, she replied that they were not in house for the weekend, and they would not be available until Tuesday (since Monday was Memoral Day). Seriously, what kind of business/manager doesn't staff appropriately for a holiday weekend (with a wedding in house on top of it), and not have management staff available.

Showed up a hour earlier than check in time to see if our room was available. I was told that they were still cleaning rooms. So, we came back at 4 (check in time) to check into our room. We had a graduation party to get to by 5, so this gave us a good 30 minutes to get ready. BUT, our room was still not ready yet! I was told that it take the housekeeping staff about 15 minutes to clean a room and they were just a couple rooms down from our room. I waited a good hour and asked if our room was ready yet because it was now after 5 pm and we were late for our party. Was told that they STILL have not cleaned our room. It was ridiculous! There were 5-6 other families waiting to get to their room as well. There was no manager on duty. Well, needless to say at 5:30, I told them to cancel our room and we went to a different hotel that had rooms ready to go.

The manager Josh Schmaultz has huge compassion and booked our family into his hotel immediately after a fire in our house. All our needs were taken care of in this difficult time. The hotel staff was kind and helpful in every way. The adjacent restaurant Minerva's has awesome food with delivery to your room. Their staff was very sweet as well. The room was a mini apartment with plenty of space as well as a big countertop in the kitchen area. The second day the staff surprised us with games, swimsuits, gift cards and flowers, we were so touched by their kindness. This is a hotel you will appreciate! Thank you for relieving our stress and treating us like family.

We recently went to a wedding reception that took place here and were impressed with the efficiency of their staff! Great work.

Beware. Bad bedbug infestation. One hospitalized due to allergic reaction, two others needed medication. Stay faaaar away.

We had a conference with 100 people in the Sylvan rooms. The flexibility to use the partitions was great. The Wi-Fi was strong enough to accommodate us. The staff was friendly and the rooms good.

I had a meeting and the room was pretty clean, altho the carpet looked a little dirty. Was thankful we didnt have a bed bug problem, altho once we got there we checked the room. Only problem was the noise, we can hear the people next door partying, but they knocked it off around midnight. Yet we had two little ones and cause of the noise they wasn't able to stay asleep. But I can't complain cause I got the room at a good price and the bed was comfy. Just need to stay there when a big event isn't going on, or we dont have any little ones.

Stayed one night. Disappointing and overpriced. Don't expect much if you stay here.

Front desk is slow. Bathroom was in need of a remodel. Toilet rocked bad and wasn't very clean. Tile needed to be fixed. Bathroom table was in disrepair. Mildew on ceiling Water park was fun but spa needed to be cleaned. Some of the water cannons weren't working. I'd rather pay more and get more. Oh well. It was worth the cash and I'd do it again. Don't expect much and you'll come out ok.
