I love the location, and the staff was great. Our room the bathroom was nice and clean and the bed was comfortable, but our phone, a lamp and the microwave didn't work which was a inconvenience. But over all I'll stay there again.

Very clean, quiet. The rooms are modest. The lady at the front was very polite and helpful. She saw that we were from out of town. When my 3 year old seemed to explode with energy from being in the car all day she made sure to put us in a room where he could be a child and run around and play without disturbing other guests.

Internet price $68 which is very reasonable.

Room was very clean and spacious. Staff was very friendly. Management was very accommodating.

The rooms have bedbugs… checked in at 9pm and had to check out at 1:30am. Was not going to stay in this nasty place. I give it a — 100 for review need to start cleaning this place.

My shower walls were not cleaned. The room smelled old like the carpet needed cleaning and it had been closed up for a while. NEVET AGAIN! Coffee pot wasn't cleaned.

Non-smoker who forgot to request a non-smoking room. All rooms were booked so we were stuck with a pretty smoky room. When we entered room, both the phone and TV were left unplugged, otherwise room was clean and comfortable. Continental breakfast is always a good thing.

Room was clean and adequate. Area was quiet. The only complaint about the room was that the shower was slow draining. Breakfast was good. There are not many tables, so if a lot of guests want to eat when breakfast starts, some might have to take it elsewhere.

Great warm breakfast and clean rooms. Friendly staff and our dog tayed for only $25 more.

Room was amazing, customer service is absolutely horrible! Yes I checked in around 11pm the woman was absolutely ignorant, and rude should not be working in customer service and I expressed to the woman that I have three children not even 10 minutes after checking in she comes knocking on our door to tell us to be quite! Are you shitting me! Never have I ever had such rude experience from a choice privilege hotel!

Good hotel with decent rooms. They also have pet-friendly rooms for an additional fee.

Decent place to stay. The room furnishings were a bit older, but the chairs and beds seemed newer and were soft and really quite comfortable. The rooms were clean, and the Internet was nice and fast — the best that I’ve had in any hotel. There was some peeling paint in the bathroom, so maintenance could use some work, but everything else was satisfactory. I’d expect a little better for the price, but with how great the Internet was and how comfortable the beds were, I would definitely stay there again.

Average to poor breakfast. Nice staff. Older but clean. Good shower. Close to Toledo refinery.

This hotel is terrible and terrible customer service. We moved rooms 5 times due to 2 broken ac units, 1 smoking room they tried to put us in, then the people fighting, and their kids screaming at 1am with the hallway filled with weed someone was smoking (which irrated my sinues) slamming doors. Our fifth move were finally able to get to sleep about 3am tho the manger for hotel refused to contact us back she talked to us thru her night shift/morning staff.

Front desk staff was not friendly, our room said was non smoking but smelled like it had previously been a smoking room it stunk. The shower did not work very well. When I pulled up on the faucet to switch it to shower it would not go all the way up so half the water went through the faucet and the other half through the shower nozzle. Let's see breakfast the waffles were OK but the bread was hard, the danishes were stale and orange juice was mostly watered down. But the beds were comfortable.

Good accommodations. The couch wasn't very comfy and was cold to sleep in until I got an extra blanket from the front desk. Continental breakfast was pretty mediocre. I didn't take advantage of the other accommodations, but I knew they were there.

This hotel is cheap, clean, staff friendly. Breakfast very good, safe and quiet. Loved everything about it. Highly recommend it.

I stayed at Comfort Inn East for three nights and the room was moderate sized and clean. Beds are firm and each bed provides 4 pillows. My room had a refrigerator and a microwave. The staff was friendly and polite. The breakfast included fruit, waffles, yogurt, pastries, eggs, sausage links, cereals, oatmeal, water, juice and milk. I will typically stay at this hotel or the sleep inn off of i280 when I visit the area. Hey are always consistent and moderately priced.

Comfortable room and bed, decent breakfast, good fitness facility, quiet. A very good value. All I look for on a business trip.

The reason why I took off 2 stars is because of the cleanliness of the room and the pool was closed. There was a pillow that had a blood stain on it. The blanket had a couple stains on it too. The sink in the bathroom was clogging up and the closet sliding door was broken. In the morning it was cold so we turned on the heat and the air coming out of the heat smelled so horrible. Besides all that the good thing is the breakfast and that there is a lot of fast food near the hotel.

Pool for my kids. Very nice staff. Great complimentary breakfast selection. Accommodating to my children. Staff were very talkative and friendly. Rooms were clean. My two boys (6 and 8 years old) and I were very comfortable and happy with our stay.

It's definitely comfy! And clean which is of utmost importance… However, the hotel is definitely older. We had quite a few things that need repairing in our room like the closet door was just leaning against the wall and the shower rod was bent keeping the curtain from staying closed. But it was spacious and four girls were able to get ready in the room with no problem. Pretty solid hotel, just. Old hehe.

The room was decent. Had an odd smell when we first got the room but with time, it got better. The beds were okay for 1 person but if 2 were sleeping in a queen bed, they rolled towards the center. The bathroom was nice but the lighting wasn't the best. The biggest disappointment was that the outdoor pool was closed because they had a leak. Not the hotel's fault, but still disappointing. It looked very nice and had a nice area to sit around on lounge chairs or at tables. The breakfast was good. A nice selection of things and everything was well stocked. Overall a good experience.

Just arrived but my first impressions are good! They have a hot tub and pool and breakfast included. The rooms are very nice. There is complimentary tea in the room and good temperature control.

Had a good stay. Previously been to the Hampton and Holiday Inn Express on Navarre; Comfort Inn is older and smaller, but it doesn't matter — the hotel was very clean, staff was super friendly, room was spacious and comfortable, and breakfast was good. Great deal! It was my first time staying in a Comfort Inn and I enjoyed it.

Overbooked their meeting room that we reserved for guests that came from all over the country. Talk about awkward meeting environment.

Not great, not awful. Comfortable beds and pillows, mini fridge and microwave in the room. Ceiling fan in the bathroom was dusty and loud, but the room a a whole was decent.

Decently sized rooms, very clean, and the pool is a nice touch. Although some things including the pool are pretty run down and in desperate need of rentavantions. Also breakfast was a little cold.

Breakfast is good. Stairway to 2nd floor is smelly. Room review is mixed. Beds were nice, bathroom was clean. Carpeting in room needs a good cleaning.

Clean room. Great location. Check in was ok. But the ceiling between lower and second floor acoustically worthless. If you have the option and you enjoy restfulness get a second floor room.

Convenient for the birding festival and since birders are outdoorsy people, they probably are not too picky. A couple of mornings the breakfast wasn't ready, the shower curtain was falling down and therefore ineffective; our A/C (when it randomly worked! ) reeked of urine. The carpeting in the stairway ("we're getting elevators! ") looked like it was installed in 1972. However, the bed was comfortable. I am going to ask the birding tour company I was with to maybe raise their standards for hotel arrangements a tad from a $75/night place to maybe a $100/night place. If you can afford to hire someone to show you birds, you should be able to afford a little nicer hotel.

Very comfortable. There was no elevator, but one is being installed. We were pleased with the price during a very busy week in the area.

The location was good, and there was a lot of restaurants and other amenities nearby. The hotel itself was under construction while there so it was a little noisy. The walls are very thin we could hear everything that was happening above us.

The room was very nice and clean. Also, they had a really good breakfast selection for in the morning.

I wish I didn't even have to rate it with a star… I was very pleased with our room with the woman at the desk in the morning was very nice. We were in town for my grandmothers funeral and the day of we checked out, we were too tired emotional exhausted and came back to see if they had a room available and we were told rudely no and blown off. My siblings were staying there and were at the desk waiting for towels after we left to drive home 8 hours away and theu called us 15 minutes later because the woman had someone walked in and told others she had 4 rooms available. We will never be staying there again extremely rude and un called for. I would have loved to stay but other hotels were packed full. Very disappointed.

The only decent thing was the room and the housekeeping staff. The hall's were dirty though and had a strange smell. The staff at the front desk were all rude. Not just one person, they were ALL rude and short mannered. Changed their story when questioned about what they originally said. I tried to call the front desk for 15 minutes with an issue about my check out time (apparently is was scheduled 4 days sooner then originally determined). They never answered so I had to walk down there. The first excuse they gave was I didn't know how to dial zero? Then when I gave attitude back they corrected the issue and fixed the problem. No sorry for waking you or for the problem, no thank you for bringing it to their attention… The food they put out for breakfast was absolutely disgusting. Boiled sausage and watery-logged scrambled eggs. The sausage and gravy mix looked at least fairly fresh on my first night, but was only made fresh after the pot was mostly empty three days later. I travel for work and usually stay for a whole week. This is the worst managed hotel I've been to. I hope I'm not back in Toledo for an overnight for awhile.

For the price and convenience to nearby Magee marsh, I rated this place as 4 stars, but perhaps 3.5 stars would be more accurate. If they would replace the old, musty carpets, repaint where needed, and do a nice bit of refurbishment, it would jump to 4 or more stars. I saw (and smelled) the maids sprinkling very heavy amounts of carpet powder fragrance in the hallways, trying to cover the musty smell, so they clearly know they have a problem with that. Because of the musty smell and the general disrepair of the surrounding neighborhood, we checked out the better rated Comfort Suites on Helen in nearby Perrysburg and moved there after our first night in Oregon. The Perrysburg Comfort Suites was much more pleasant at just slightly more cost.
