Used a conference room for a bridal party. It was perfect for our needs. There was a bathroom, wetbar, closet, plenty of natural light and tables and chairs already set up.

Very accommodating staff and good room sizes.

Great updated hotel with a newly renovated gym. Can't go wrong staying here.

The holiday inn in Findlay, OH had a very courteous staff, clean shared facilities, well maintained pool and gym, and the room, 121 was clean and met all expectations.

Findlay, Ohio location — perfect stay. Quiet. Clean. Fun for the kids and great restaurants walking distance from hotel.

Very nice and clean hotel, nothing spectacular stood out except my room heater. It's worked great… A little to great. The thermostat was located on the heater itself. So when it's really cold outside, it registers the temp by the window so, I had to turn it down to 58 to make the room a decent temp.

Room: great space, bed is a little soft for my taste but all very clean. The only item that I was having issues with was the AC/heater. Even though you set it on high or low and not automatic it turned on and off which didn't work out for me so I had to shut it off completely. Breakfast: free and good with selection.

Great night sleep beds excellent. Good fresh breakfast. Staff very nice and helpful.

Room was warm when I checked in which was great but quickly became too warm. I couldn't cool it off even when I put the AC down to 66 overnight. Channel up and down did not work on the remote so I exchanged it and the new one did not work at all. I stay at holiday inns almost exclusively for work and this one was sub-par compared to the other experiences I've had.

This was a VERY accomadating place for my family and I when my father passed unexpectedly. We stayed there for 5days and the staff to management was so thoughtful and caring during this time to numerous family members who came from out of state for the funeral, to the numerous guests who stopped by to see if I needed anything. This place is just so so hospitable, I will only ONLY stay at this said branch for yrs to come when I must stay at hotel s. Manager Rob to the BEST maid service… I thank you wholeheartedly forever and ALWAYS… God bless you!

Friendly staff. Good price for a good room. Only complaint was the towels were very subpar (holes/falling apart). Breakfast was good each morning.

Not terrible. The breakfast was actually pretty good. Rooms are small, which is sort of to be expected. Can definitely hear everything going on in surrounding rooms. Especially with doors that go between them. All in all not great, not terrible.

We called to book a room with two queen beds. The lady booked the room for us and when we arrived at 1:30am, the computer system stated that the room was dirty. The lady at the front desk then says “I’ll go check the room”. She stated that the deadbolt was on so they had given our room to someone else. Unfortunately for us there were not any other rooms available with 2 queen beds. But the would offer us a king bed with a pull out couch. Sleeping on a pull out was not on my to do list this evening. We ask for a discount due to this issue. We were refused a discount because according to the staff “it was their fault”. I’m not really sure how that makes any sense but I guess given the time of night and long drive we had, I didn’t have the energy to argue with the lady. All in all it was not a pleasant experience at all for us. It’s my second night in a row in a Holiday Inn. I will have to think twice after the episode this evening.

My daughter attended a birthday party. The hotel was very clean and nicely furnished, the staff were attentive and polite.

Went here for an overnight get away with my other half. The room was perfect! The jacuzzi tub was heavenly, free continental breakfast and an excellent staff! 10/10 would recommend!

Solid accommodations for a night or weekend with good Wi-Fi strength, a reasonable breakfast, and pool. The jacuzzi tubs are quite relaxing!

Clean, comfy bed and was very welcoming. Staff was great. They could improve their breakfast though.

We checked in after midnight but the process was quick and the room was clean and well-appointed. Everyone we encountered was very friendly. Would recommend.

A very convenient location just off of the interstate. Nicely appointed and clean. Refridge, & microwave in the room with coffee maker. Our room had 2 queen beds, desk — w — chair, table, and an easy chair. AM endless breakfast was better than expected, and server kept well stocked.

I was in Findlay for an event and stayed at the Holiday Inn Express with a large group. The hotel and all of its workers were excellent. The rooms were very nice and clean. The breakfast area was nice as was the breakfast. There are plenty of food options nearby that you can walk to or can have delivered. Overall, great hotel for the cost.

Your average 'country' feeling Holiday Inn. It's in need of a makeover, but it's not bad. The bathrooms are clean and the shower heads are not plugged up. The A/C units are Friedrich's and do not produce much sound for people seeking white noise, however it does have a constant fan option. The breakfast food is average for a Holiday Inn Express. The coffee was always hot downstairs by the front desk. Newspapers are readily available.

So clean, quiet and comfortable. They even saved my phone charger so I could care me back and pick it up!

I was there to get ready for a special occasion and there were two cleaning ladies who did not like me and my children sitting in the breakfast bar area, while we waited on someone, other than that everyone was nice.

Good service, clean rooms, nice staff, close to a lot of restaurants, etc.

I think the hotel is nice but needs more suites.

A bus full of ladies comes to a retreat at the Unversity of Findlay every March and we stay here. We keep coming back for a reason. Clean, fresh, rooms with easy temperature controls. Nice continental breakfast with more than danish & coffee/juice. Clean pool and hot tub. Easy check in/out. Could easily walk to Cracker Barrel or Outback. Easy for our bus to maneuver the parking lot. We had 30 ladies this year and were very pleased with the accommodations.
