We got the hotel room because we have a Ill family member here. After 14 hours in the car you expect a decent room. Not one with burn hole in the sheets and blankets, walls missing chunks, and filthy sheets. Its ridiculous how horrible our room was.

Very dirty motel. A/C was broken, handicap room was NOT handicap accessible. Smells horrible. Towels were stained, couldn't get them to leave clean towels, they ran out of washcloths. I could go on. The ice machine has a pipe overhead on the first floor, and it drips hot water on you. Very dissatisfied I'm posting pics of our room that was supposed to be handicap accessible.

So this is what Econolodge considers a handicap room. Not very accessible if you ask me. I complained because it's not handicap and it was supposed to be. Also because the room is dirty, the air doesn't work. I called corporate and now I'm getting a new room. But still not handicap. But they claim their inspector says this is Handicap.

I have spent the night in a lot of hotels and motels in my day, and rejected staying in a few places as soon as I saw the inside of the room. Thankfully to being smart enough to ask to see my ACTUAL room before paying for it. This place was very very clean and the night shift is really nice and caring. I work nights and they also let me hang out inside for about 2 hours and watch TV so I could just rent a room at 6a. M For one day instead of paying for two nights and one of those days being only two hours. Kudos to the night shift.

STOP YOUR RESERVATION NOW! ALERT: BED BUGS! They don't even deserve 1 star. Nothing better than waking up 4am to see bed bugs! Instantly got my stuff and went to the front desk. The employee proceeded to argue with me and told me they were summer bugs coming through the window. Never got a refund. Just completely disturbing that the employee took NO action which means there are STILL BED BUGS! The mattress was stained with a rainbow of colors. How disgusting and dirty. They should tear this place down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Stayed here because it was the only hotel within a 40 mile radius of Cleveland that had a room available on the 4th of August and it was absolutely disgusting. When we went to check in we were told there were no rooms available and I had to pull up the site online and start booking that way for the concierge to actually give us a room. The only rooms they had available were smoking rooms, and the room stunk like it hadn’t been cleaned it years. The room we stayed in (319) had a giant hole in the bathroom door. When I attempted to contact customer service for a refund I was refunded, then recharged the full amount and told I could receive 2000 points if I chose to accept. I then called and told the customer service rep of this, who never provided his name to me, and he continually spoke over me and spoke down to me like I was incompetent. Avoid this and all CHOICE HOTELS AT ALL COSTS! Customer service 1/10 Cleanliness 0/10 definitely not worth the 150$ I paid for a night stay.

Dirty. The sheets were a dark tan color. The hotel is not clean and falling apart. The hallways always either smell like spices or marijuana. They lied and said they were charging me a $50 deposit daily and then refused to give it back at the end of my stay. Then saying there was no deposit that the price I paid was the room price. The towels were not clean and housekeeping never knocked to clean my room. There's also a lot of drug deals my kids and I witnessed in the parking lot.

Needed a quick and cheap place to stay and this worked. Not too bad for the price. The room had a microwave and fridge which was nice. Plus the shower had the perfect water pressure that left my skin and hair feeling super soft!

I have enjoyed my stay with y'all. Very quiet for location. I have worked in Choice hotels in Florida and can tell this is an older motel. Yes, there were a few tjings I found but nothing to complain about. There is room for improvement. The Staff are very polite and helpful when needed. Yes, I would stay here again if I was in area.

Absolutely horrible. It was extremely dirty and the hallways and rooms smelled like someone was continuously smoking pot and crapping on the floor. I could not wait to get out of there. Wasn’t worth a dime.

My overall stay at EconoLodge was good. You obviously get what you pay for. Ie. Not very comfy bed, bathtub creaks while taking a shower. But at least it was clean and the staff were very sweet and attended to my midnight arrival with a smile and positive attitude.

No matter what is wrong they take care of it imediately. They are very helpful and polite. The room service is excellent and they are very clean.

State was very friendly and hotel near I77 which is perfect but the hallways are horribly smelly of cigarette, weed, humidity or mushrooms (was hard to tell). The sheets were also stained but nothing against the carpet or the bathroom. We paid 44 bucks so no big deal!

It's a good hotel, no complaints. Staff is awesome, laundry facility. I would definitely recommend to other people. Price is pretty good.

Terrible place. Our room flooded and they couldn't move us so the manager offered a $10 refund. We got the room with the jacuzzi and that was about a joke. Had to fix the plug so it would hold water. The halls smell like smoke. There is crack heads and hookers galore. If that's what you're looking for this is the right hotel.

If I could give a zero I would, no heat in room, cigarette holes in the dirty bedding with pee stains, smells like weed and is super dirty, paid for three nights and left after one. Never have been sooo sketched out about a place.

Was exactly what I was looking for. A cheap hotel room with a private hot tub that allowed smoking inside the room… all under $150? excellent! Only thing was no swimming pool at this location. Perfect for a "night out. "

My one year old son found a syringe in between the bed sheets. Good thing I caught it before he put it in his mouth, they almost didn't even give me my money back. The most horrific experience of my life. I will never ever return.

I've stayed here a couple times. Halls smell like weed. Tried to get someone to fix the toilet and Noone fixed it. So being pregnant I couldn't use the restroom.

Paid for 2 nights going to try to get a refund for at least 1 night. Before booking I called to see if they had a/c and Wi-Fi in rooms the receptionist said yes. Finally got a room TV reception was horrible couldn't even watch it. And no Wi-Fi in room, bath tub faucet is coming out and the drain came off. Hallway smelled like weed. No vending machines.
