Checked in later in the evening. The room I was given smelled damp and moldy. Was given a different room. Smelled even worse. Third room was only slightly better smelling. The sheets on the bed were visabley dirty. Called down for new ones. Had to make me bed myself. Front desk clerk was snippy when I asked if there was any housekeeping staff. Apparently there is only one employee at a time.

Inexpensive stay with a nice pool, somewhat warm sauna, and OK complimentary breakfast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of pillows, beds were fairly comfortable, room was dark and quiet. Rooms were dirty — blood or salsa on the bed sham? Sunflower seeds under the mattress. Leaking faucet under bar sink. Gross bathtubs — moldy caulk, mildew. Floors felt dirty — giant stains all over the carpeting of hotel. Towels are rough and scratchy, old. If you are wanting to save money and aren't picky, stay here.

There was someone else's hair/random stains on our sheets (they were happy to provide new ones for us). A MOUSE spent some time in our room so we checked out and went somewhere else. Staff was nice but I felt a little unsafe and a lot unclean. They didn't seem surprised about the mouse.

This hotel was great, it was clean, had the rustic cabin feel. Had a huge pool that we actually used quite a bit as the amusement park was closed due to a company picnic. We enjoyed the quietness and touring Omaha while staying at this beautiful place.

Regency is a good hotel, good for a weekend getaway. It could use a lot of updating, but room was clean and the pool was fine. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room had several things broken. We had to go ask for blankets because the bedding was stained, and had hair. Half the lights didn't work. Beds were very uncomfortable. The lobby is beautiful, but not past that. The Sauna didn't work, no towels in the pool area. The breakfast was okay. Comparable to a Motel 6. We would have left if it wasn't for family also staying here.

No hot water, no working toilet, no staff of significance actually working the whole weekend I was there. Complete chaos and loud. Fun fact: when checking out I was presented with a different rooms bill, for a lot more, and refused to sign it. They took money out regardless. There was no manager there to talk to. Just housekeeping and some kids playing on a computer at the front desk. All being taken care of by bank now but this was a hellish experience.

We stayed in the log cabin suite. It is a beautiful room. With a big kitchen, living room and a 2 person whirlpool tub. We originally got the standard whirlpool suite, but upgraded because we wanted the oven in the log cabin suite. After a 20$ upgrade, we got to the room and there was no oven… So that kinda sucked. Breakfast was pretty standard. One of our favorite local hotels for a staycation.

It is very bad my room had hair and semen and the manager or a discupla ignoring me I feel pesimo service I feel very annoying.

You get what you pay for here. The room was run down and dirty. The bed was hairy. The bathroom was moldy. The remote didn't work. Pretty sure the scratching in the walls were mice (at 4:15 in the morning that kept me awake). The only good thing I can say was the pool was warm and the staff was nice. But that's not enough to make me go there again.

Outside door on the wing we were in didn't work. After going from office through snow to the door, back to the office, back to the door with office staff, and back to the office, we were told we would have to go through the entire hotel to our room. The hall had stains on carpet and smelled like cigarettes even though no smoking. Room had chipped paint, baseboards were peeling up, microwave turntable was broke, bathroom sink didn't drain because the lever to push down was broke. There was a trash bag on the outside porch area right beside our outside door. Wifi signal was very weak and often not available in the wing we were in. Couldn't watch TV because the signal would scramble. That's just the initial issues. There are no snack machines and the pantry area had laundry supplies and pop. No snacks. Then again who would by a candy bar for $2? Asked the restaurant if they had desserts because it advertised chocolate cake and cheesecake. After 15 minutes of someone checking and walking right passed me on the return from the kitchen, I left. Returned about 20 minutes later to find discover that they didn't have any. Kids ran up and down the halls. Loud music in the room right beside. Breakfast was weak. Staff personal wanted to argue that there was waffle batter. It was so thick that it wouldn't come out the machine. Kids were running all over, climbing over the divide from the breakfast area and the hallway. The pictures on their site are MISLEADING!

The log cabin suite is very nice. It is very spacious and has a fireplace and whirlpool bath. There is a large king bed and the decor is very relaxing.

More rustic feel than you'd expect in this part of Omaha. Clean. A little lived in. Chipped paint here and there, a crack or two in the wall, but the bedding was clean, the bathroom and kitchenette were clean. It was a short overnight stay so I didn't have time to really soak it on in. I have payed more for much worse. Staff was friendly and kind. Wifi left a bit to be desired, but for the price it's not always a gauranteed amenity, so I war glad to have it. Would definitely stay again if I was in that part of town.

This is an older, but decent place. It has been slated to be replaced with a new building for several years, but construction has not started. As a result, maintenance has been a bit deferred. It could use new doors, and some better weather stripping, but it is not it terrible shape. It has a rustic charm, with a woods and bear theme. The rates are decent, and the rooms are clean.

Was passing through on a road trip. Front desk guy was super nice! Beds were pretty comfy, good room for the price! Breakfast wasn't the best thing in the world but it was free and it fed me!

Great hotel. Clean and comfy. Pleasant staff and great accommodations. Hard to find but amazing atmosphere!

We stayed for a wedding and reserved a room for the night. The reception hall was cute and the rooms were nice and clean. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Would stay there again.

Inside the motel is VERY nice. The room and the hallway are very pleasant looking. The bathroom is very nice. I think the counter is corian. Very generously sized room. Has iron, fridge, microwave, coffeemaker with ground Maxwell House coffee provided, has blow dryer and shaving mirror, closet with safe. Has TV. Small table with 2 chairs. VERY satisfied. Would be happy to stay here again. However, we had a lot of trouble finding the motel at night. The sign in front was not lit. Around the back, where I was told to park near an entrance near our room, the lot looked deserted. I'm told by my daughter in law that it is in a good neighborhood so there is nothing to worry about. Part of the parking lot nearer to the front entrance was very dark and it seemed to have lights but the lights were not on.

Love this place! I stay in a LOT of hotels. If you are looking for super new and shiny, pick a different hotel. This isn't a cookie cutter corporate hotel. It's a little older but clean, has character, very rustic, feels like it could be up in the mountains, but it's in the middle of the city. Staff is super friendly. They even mailed me a piece of jewelry I left in the room! They have an Omaha Steak house INSIDE the hotel, many locals come here for dinner. Even the room-service food was AMAZING! Hope I get to stay there again!

Let me start of by saying that this place is awesome. You walk in and there are 2 beautiful giant staircases and a nice seating area and then to the left there is a bar/lounge with a LIVE piano man (ironically he was playing billy Joel when I walked in), and then straight ahead there is the reception desk where I was greeted. This greeting however, was different. I have stayed at many hotels across the country and they all say hi, welcome to — insert hotel name-, checking in? But not this place, I came inside after driving for the last 14 hours with a truck bed full of belongings I was moving for a family member, so tired, so worn, out. The lovely woman behind the counter, Chiquilla said, “hi there sir, how has your day been? ” And you could tell she really meant it. And when I told her about the long day I had, she was very understanding and just had a regular conversation with me. Honestly felt like we were friends more than me a customer which is nice when you’re away from home. She gets me checked in and the room they had me in was an inside door only room and I needed an outside door so I could bring in the belongings I was moving during the night. Let me tell you, she went above and beyond to get me that room and she even went down the hall with me to check and make sure that it also had an outside door and everything was suitable for my needs.

Nice quiet place. Great breakfast. The garbage dumpsters though were overflowing like crazy. Seen a mouse in my room. The vending options weren't all that great. Worth the money if you book online though.

Management here is a joke. Went swimming Saturday night and used the pool bathroom to change my daughter, shutting the door for privacy. The door was swollen shut when we tried to get out. Ridiculously hot in there, air conditioner didn't work. They eventually had to call the fire department, and after they got us out the manager, night desk clerk whoever it was asked if we were okay, to which I replied that it was very hot in there and that there was no air flow and she just said yeah I know. Clearly they do not care about the health or safety of their guests. Also there was a roach on the floor in the bathroom.

Stayed 2 nights during a wedding so the hotel was nearly full. No water pressure in my shower. The only other room available was a log cabin suite… so they moved us to it! Hotel needs some repairs and renovations, but food and the bar are pretty good. This is our second visit to the Regency Lodge, had an engagement party here a year ago, we were impressed with the service. Would recommend!

Overall an ok hotel experience. The pool area was nice and warm. Rooms are clean, but beds offer very little back support and are very squishy. Front desk was helpful and courteous even after I complained about getting a room with not enough beds for number of people in our party. That they blame on Expedia. Breakfast buffet had eggs, hash browns, sausages and the standard waffle maker. Coffee was hot and tasted good for hotel coffee. Fruit was fresh. Overall, for the price it was worth it. Wish the beds were firmer.

This is good motel! Only reason I don't give it a 5 star is minor things that an older motel might have. Yes, it is older and it shows a little bit of its age. However, it's has a lot to offer. Nice Big pool, hot breakfast, nice lounge area that does have a menu with good food and has a bar with a fire place (even has a piano player on certain nights), rooms are very cozy and clean, out door seating area for relaxing by a little stream/pond, and the staff has always been positive and nice. All that for $75. I will take this any day over high priced and modern.

Very nice hotel, it's older but the rooms are really nice. They have a kitchenette and are very spacious. The pool here is awesome, it's a regular size pool, from 3ft to 9ft, has a sauna and exercise room. There is a cafe and a bar area that look very nice.

Great for the price! Bed and linens were very comfortable. The free breakfast was good and had a big variety. Some stains in the hallways and dimly lit. Coffee pot in my room didn't work. I wound def. Stay again tho. I was pleasantly surprised.

Best value I've seen. Same price as the motel chains but nicer. Breakfast was very good, better than most. Had a nice lounge and bar. Some of the furniture is older but if that was updated it would be a 200 dollar a night stay. Instead it's the same price as the cheap chains and a much better value for the money. Would definitely stay there again.

Recent stay was awful. Air conditioning did not work in our first room, come to find out other people had the same problem. Second room smelled like vomit, third room had a flooded carpet going into bathroom. We choose to stay in this room because they had nothing left and the air worked. Used lots of bathmats to absorb the water. Mold in the ice bucket, peeling wallpaper, stain carpets throughout, no air conditioning in lobby, no slipmat in bathtub, almost fell every time I showered, watery eggs, lukewarm oatmeal, holes in bathtowels, undfriendly staff, especially maintenance man.

The staff is very nice. However we paid extra to spend our anniversary in a jacuzzi room and when we filled the jacuzzi and turned non the Jets, mold came shooting out of it. So we had some drinks at the bar and decided to go to bed. We climbed into bed and turned non the TV and of course the cable didn't work. For such a high end part of town I'm very surprised to see this low level care in the facility.

Our stay was great! The lodge is clean and comfy. The showers have great pressure and plenty of hot water. I didn't try the food or bar, but the atmosphere was inviting. The pool area looked great, the fitness area was lacking. Staff was super! I'd stay again, if ever in Omaha.

Awful. I just got back from a 2 night stay here and I have a list of things wrong. The toilet in the first room we stayed in was broken. Took 2 hours for the tank to fill back up. I woke up to ants crawling all over me, the bed, and the bathroom. And then our lock broke and we couldn't get into our room. My sister had to climb through the window! They moved us to a new room and the toilet in there was broken also. Cigarette burns on the comforter and to top it all off my sister drank sour milk during breakfast! They didn't even reimburse us for at least one night for all of these problems that we had.

Common areas (lobby/pool) are nice. Rooms, not so much. Old crt tv, ripped carpet, low shower pressure, slow shower drain, toilet not flushing right, not so clean.

Went to a wedding reception. The food was good. The bar tender came off as unfriendly but got better after he talked to people. The room was beautiful and easy to decorate.

First time staying there and was very impressed. Loved the central location, made it close to everything. Beautiful mountain lodge design. Treated very nice and very good breakfast. Will stay there again. A thank you to all the staff.

Stayed at Regency Lodge following a wedding. Nice rooms at a reasonable prices. Lovely holiday decorations, and a full bar with appetizers and several tap beers (including local selections).

Barely passes Motel 6 standards. The Sheraton is much nicer. The breakfast meal was standard box cereal and lazy maintained as in everything instant. Beds are actually trampolines with sheets. The sink is adjacent to the bathroom. One can set on the crapper and make coffee and breakfast. Perfection if you are OCD about efficiency and on the go. You can go more ways than one. The main entry was a throwback to the Brady Bunch. It would be fitting to play the them song to show as background music.

The maid stole my prescription pain killers. Went back to the room after checking out and she was in there, but "hadn't found anything". The mattress sucked and we found dirt between the sheets. Rooms were very dated and dusty. The only nice employee was the bartender.

We just stayed in this Hotel for 3 nights. I am very impressed. Clean hotel, good breakfast, clean pool, very quiet, and the beds were really comfy. We loved the decor. There were 2 weddings there while we stayed and it was still extremely quiet. Housekeeping came in and made the beds everyday and were very accommodating. We will be staying here again for sure. The only thing is that they do put a $25 hold per night on your card until they make sure there weren't any damages. They put it back within a few hours after check out so it was no big deal.
