Very friendly and accommodating. We asked for pet free because of allergies and although there were pets in the hotel our room was great, clean, no rug or fabric curtains. Breakfast was perfect! Lots of choices and included! And they did not put a deposit charge on our card like the last place we stayed! Great place, love the artsy decor!

A beautiful hotel, nice and clean. The staff was super friendly. Dog friendly and they don’t charge extra for a pet. They even gave our dog a treat bag with treats and balls. Great place to stay.

I was very impressed by how clean the entire building was. The staff was friendly. I like the sealed label on the suite doors to indicate that the room had been sanitized. I definitely would recommend TRU to everyone. I will stay again.

Oooooh I LOVE LOVE my Tru by Hilton! Such a nice hotel in every sense of the word. Simple, bright decor. Large rooms with bare floors that were spotless. Friendly, efficient staff, great amenities and easy to connect internet (very important and appreciated). So happy we had a friend who stayed prior and recommended it:) )

Very clean! Very modern decor. I loved the soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion mounted dispensers. The young lady that checked us in was so helpful and friendly.

The hotel is nice, rooms are a bit small but nice and clean. However, the floors and walls are thin. EXTREMELY noisy from interstate and the people above and beside you. Made for a very sleepless night!

This was our first stay at a Tru. We are HH Members and stay often. We enjoyed the decor and unexpected amenities. It was comfortable & cleans well. Hubby & I will stay again at a Tru.

Just didn’t like the sterile atmosphere. No information provided in the room about local dining available. Very uncomfortable bed. Only one chair. Cost for soda at lobby extremely high.

This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. The level of noise in the room kept me up all night; can hear all the traffic from I-80, also something in the bathroom makes a high pitched whine for 20 minutes at a time every few hours. I live in the middle of downtown Denver and the noise level in this hotel is 10x higher than my first floor apartment, ridiculous. The bed is extra firm, feels like you're sleeping on a piece of wood. I feel this hotel is built with millennials in mind but it seriously drops the ball. Pool table and fire pit, sure that's cool but why eliminate the pool/Jacuzzi and not include bathtubs in the rooms? After a long drive how are we to relax? Also no lamps on the nightstands? I couldn't read my book without having the extra bright overhead lights on. Tv has no channel menu, oh it'll show the channels but not what's on. No carpet in the rooms so you freeze your toes off getting up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night. The a/c doesn't run overnight so the room gets extra stuffy. It's truly a "budget" hotel that you pay full price for. This millennial will choose Best Western next time I come through North Platte.

Nice rooms. I really like that they have the USB ports on the wall outlets. Probably more adult oriented and less family oriented since they don't have a pool. The staff is nice and the breakfast I think it's the best free hotel breakfast I've had.

Tru was amazing! When you first walk inside, everything is so brightly colored and fun and creates for a upbeat and positive environment. The staff is extremely friendly, and the rooms are very modern and clean. This place is also perfect if you have pets. I saw so many dogs (and cats) during my stay here. Would highly recommend! There is also a nice selection of shops/restaurants if you go down to the next exit. That was a nice surprise as well. Nothing but good things to say about this place. Who would have thought, in the middle of Nebraska!

Brand new modern chic hotel. Pet friendly. Excellent breakfast included with room. Very friendly attentive staff. The woman attending to breakfast is particularly nice and diligent. While I was getting coffee in the morning she noticed I had tipped the cream container over as it was running low, but it wasn't empty. Without my even asking she came right over and with a smile replaced the container with a fresh one from the frig. Outstanding service. Wish I made a note of her name I would have written a note to Hilton on her behalf.

The room was crowded too small for the amount of furniture in the rooms. Over priced compared to Home2 by Hilton.

What a great new hotel in a peaceful setting just off the highway. Don't let the mediocre reviews scare you off. If you want a pool, then yes, they don't have it. As for breakfast, yes it's typical but it gets the job done. As for the rooms, they are so simple yet very comfortable! For the price, it can't be beat.

It was very nice, very friendly staff! Really glad they added hot food to their breakfast menu! Room was very clean and bed was comfortable — really liked the shades in the room. Kept the light out — it was later than we thought when we opened the shades. Enjoyed the very large tv! Liked seeing the games and the fire pit.

Love the concept. Clean efficient rooms with everything you need — — nice shower, comfy bed, plenty of power, huge tv… just perfect. Across from the elevator is an area status/info board. Great local eats, bars, attractions, shopping… just good info. Breakfast is nice with healthy additions of plain Greek yogurt, chia seeds, and almond butter along with all the normal cereal, bagels, donuts, you get the idea… I wish it had fresh fruit for the yogurt. The snack/ drink bar is awesome for on the road. Huge selection of snacks, beer, wine, soda, and needed travel items… it's good. I think I'll be staying at more Tru properties as Hilton builds em.
