We stayed here twice within the last week due to cross country trips and had a great experience! Comfy beds and accommodating staff. Any time something was needed they fully addressed it. We were upgraded to a suite due to a booking error as well which was fantastic!

This place is so old and a real victim of deferred maintenance and updating.

Room was very clean and updated. Scary that it is such a big property but very view here. Rooms are bing updated and look nice.

Housekeeping is lacking. Our room was dirty, trash from the previous guests were left. The shower was disgusting. The panel on the door was broke. I’ve stayed here before years ago, it was nice & clean. This visit changed my entire outlook.

Staff was friendly and dinner was very good! We would stay here again!

Absolutely terrible customer service. Never again will I stay here. I’d pay double to stay in a halfway house.

DO NOT STAY HERE! Absolutely terrible room and customer service. We booked a king suite for ourselves and our 2 young sons. Turns out "sofa bed" is actually tiny futon. "Air conditioning" is a Smart Inverter and doesn't really get cold. Kitchen area is disgusting: rusted out stove, broken crap in a cabinet. Bathroom floor is dirty and soap dishes in shower have peeling paint. We asked for a rollaway bed bc the futon is so small and were told no bc the front desk lady couldn't get permission for that. We had to ask for linens for the "sofa bed" twice and were given 1 sheet and 2 blankets… how is that helpful? Now my kids have to lay on a blanket that barely has enough room for them in a room that's warm. If it wasn't so late at night, we'd run away as quickly as we could and go anywhere else. Would give 0 stars if I could.

The floors were so dirty, I kept having to use a wet towel to clean my feet. I finally gave up and put my shoes on. The sink faucet would give a very low flow of water for both cold & hot. Shower water was fine, but the walls were not clean. The room smelled like dog pee or urine also. The only good thing I can say was that the bed was comfortable.

Great! Very friendly and professional. Beautiful clean room. Pet friendly. Indoor suites outdoor rooms. Very nice breakfast. Highly recommended!

Comfortable, redesigned rooms.

This place is not what it shows on Wyndham site. Doors barely work. Maybe after two or three tries. What I believe to be DNA all over. I want out! Gonna deal and put the clothes back in the car. Last thing I need is bed bugs. I will be asking for a refund or discount on my next stay. I don’t have the energy to fight this crap tonight. Front desk help wouldn’t be smart enough to get it. I’ll sleep in the freaking tub, not with your blankets though. Have more video if needed, and by all means contact me!

Room was very, very dirty and way overdue for a update. Carpet, furniture and walls badly stained. Front desk was very nice and reduced the price, but motel should be shut until redone. Attached restaurant was good.

This hotel is dated. The room to the door had to be slammed to get it to close, the sink and bathtub stoppers had to be removed to make them drain, the toilet ran periodically. Beds were comfy, breakfast was great, staff was friendly. Pool and hot tub were good. Rooms just need to be remodeled.

Walked in at 3:00 pm after a long day on our bikes heading back home to Colorado. The lower price room was not yet cleaned and instead of having us wait the clerk upgraded us to a room with a king bed at the same price. He must have seen how tired we were! The room was more like a suite to our surprise with a jacuzzi tub. Great service, great place and will definitely come back! Breakfast in the morning and we got an additional 10% off our dinner at the hotel restuarant.

We have had decent experiences with Quality Inn in the past so when we saw a great rate online we booked. Now I know why it was such a great rate. They are going through a brand change to Clarion. The interior rooms are under remodel and in much better condition. Also, much higher prices. We were on the exterior and though it was rundown and old however, I was really disappointed in the cleanliness. There really is no excuse for any room to be that dirty. I can handle run down especially for the price we paid but cleanliness is a reflection of the entire facility. We will not be back.

Room was filthy. Dried pepperoni in the bed! Hair under cups and on towel. Pool was full of hair! You'd move your hand in the water and come up with a handful of hair. Disgusting. The restaurant was good but pricey. They gave me a gift card of only $35 due to the dirty room. I feel like I should have gotten all my money back for the stay. The room was disturbingly filthy and I'm a bit traumatized by it.

If you stay here get a suite or a room that you enter from the inside area because I think they are updated. That’s what the pictures online show. Family had 3 rooms here and we all got rooms that you enter from outside balcony. Stayed one night then cancelled our rooms the next so we could move to a nicer, cleaner hotel. The rooms were very unclean. We had cobwebs/Spiders up in the front window area by the drapes. One bath towel had a big red stain on it. Brother and wife had room with white crusty stuff on the bed spring cover. A/C also was sub par in the outside rooms with it feeling humid in room in morning. Outside rooms are very outdated. Only reason 2 Star is because breakfast wasn’t terrible. This place is adequate for back in my college days… but spend the extra $30-40 to get something better if you can afford to. I understand things happen… but the least a place can do is gaurantee a clean room.

Decent room for sleeping. TV reception was poor. Building is old, and that shows. Bed is decently comfortable. Included breakfast has a good selection given the price of the room.

The rooms were very clean and the staff very friendly. We forgot our clothes and they took the time to UPS them to us. So appreciative for their honesty and for them going out of their way to help us get out clothes — needed them for rest of our vacation!

Never again… old dirty room, bathroom walls were peeling, ac did not work, told front desk and they couldn't have cared less. Really disappointed as to our stay.

Clean, comfortable room — nice mattresses, linen, and pillows. Lovely pool and hot tub. Quality complementary breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. There is no elevator to the second floor; it's a short flight of stair. Many non-functional ice machines. The doors open up and can see straight into room sink area. Decent price, good value, solid and comfortable stay.

The Quality Inn & Suites in North Platte NE was a bit of a disappointment from start to finish. Check in was delayed an hour. They have a decent breakfast with a good variety for being free. The pool is average at best but the hours 6am to 11pm were very good. The bathroom in my room has peeling paint and cheap toilet paper. The Wi-Fi was on and off the whole stay but mostly off.

Wait an hour and a half to get into our rooms. The front desk was no help just kept saying our room wasn't ready. It only became ready when I called to speak to who was in charge. Chris was the manager and personally went to see what happened and called me personally to tell me my room was finally ready. The hotel is nice and rooms spacious but the front desk ruined everything about it.

The hotel room itself wasn't too bad. The bathtub had something like ajax or comet left in it so we had to finish cleaning that out. There wasn't a trashcan in the bathroom itself, but it was by the sink. The TV is connected by a cable and for quite some time had a ton of static. My husband had to adjust the cable to fix it. The Wi-Fi was impossible to figure out how to log on. We weren't able to connect. Otherwise, the staff was super friendly. The room was clean and there was no worries about bugs or anything. We would stay here again if we pass through the area!

It was not clean. The servers and staff were friendly. The menus were dirty and had dried food on them… And the bathrooms didn't have paper towels and were unsanitary. The hotel was fine. The restaurant wasn't.

Great value on a business suite. Clean comfortable room, friendly staff and lighting fast housekeeping. No fan in the bathroom, bring your own air freshener.

The lobby looks nice, but the place is rundown and dirty. Our room looked like a crime scene it was so bad. Would never recommend.

Motel is currently being updated. Rooms were clean and comfortable. The prime rib I had in there Cantina was excellent. The other people sitting around me were saying that their food was great also. They have a good selection of beer on tap.

I liked my room. It was nicely furnished but could have been a bit cleaner. There was women's hair in the bathroom on the floor. But the guy Austin at the front desk is very nice!

Difficult access to rooms on second level, especially for any handicapped person. Walked to three ice machines and all were out of order. Had to then go to the restaurant to get ice. Offered a family discount, but the staff member had to send me an email to obtain it, I was in the hotel already so could not use it. Finally settled into room, note the carpet had not been vacuumed, a very large cobweb in the corner. I ordered room service and did not receive a discount for being a guest, I guess you have to go into the restaurant to get it. The food was poor. The fries were overcooked and the sandwich didn't taste good, the sauce was spoiled. Breakfast the next morning was not much better. I've stayed here a couple of times before, but won't ever again.
