On a trip across the country with my some we reserved a room last minute here. Check in was fast, they are right off the highway, and the front desk people were great to chat with. We were on our way to Canada for a week of camping and had a small cooler of frozen stuff with us. The folks here let us put it in their freezer overnight which was a huge help for us. That is going the extra mile to help someone out and they certainly didn’t have to let us. Stuff like that is what sets hotels apart.

Overall a pretty decent hotel. Pool was nice and clean. Breakfast was nice with better food than most complimentary breakfasts. It really annoyed me that there wasn't a fridge in the room. For this type of hotel, there is usually a fridge in all of the rooms. Also, there was only one set of bathroom towels in the room. I hate calling for more towels so I just didn't do it. Coffee in the room was gross, low-quality coffee.

Good Hilton property. I have been in some nicer Hampton Inn property, but the service was good, and so was breakfast. The pool was a good temp and was clean. Good property and near multiple food options.

Easy to find, access, and exit Hampton. Conveniently located at the highway exit and next door to three resturaunts and a Sinclair gas station with mini-mart. Clean facility with very good service and a complimentary breakfast. Trucks with up to 30 ft trailers can manage this lot others can easily park curbside. It has all the usual ammenities.

The staff was helpful, but not intrusive. The lobby area is relaxing and conducive to "hanging out. " There are good spots nearby for coffee, doughnuts, meals and drinks.

Nice rooms, good value. Free coffee that doesn't suck. Who could ask for more?

Room was great. Close to 2 restaurants. Had a great breakfast.

This Hampton Inn met expectation for this chain. Clean rooms, friendly staff, good breakfast. Showers were warm with plenty of pressure and beverage area available 24/7. High quality as expected.

Staff was really nice, rooms were clean and modern, price was great and it's in a good location in relation to the highway and food.

Very clean rooms and very helpful staff. The breakfast was also very tasty and provided lots of options as far as the buffet goes. 10/10 would stay again!

Was a very clean and organized hotel. I wasn't to thrilled about the bathrooms being so far away from the pool but that was my only complaint. Overall a nice place to stay.

Accommodations and service were great. Free breakfast in the morning. I would rate Breakfast about a 7 and a 1/2 out of 10 and for a do-it-yourself breakfast that was pretty good. Would definitely recommend travelers to stop and rest at this location.

This place was clean, staff friendly, and the breakfast was good. I am used to staying at Holiday Inn Expresses, and for the same cost Hampton Inn is winning! The breakfast food is much better! After this experience I will be looking to stay at more Hampton Inn's.

We are Hilton Honors members and have stayed at several Hilton properties and have enjoyed the various stays. However, this one had a few rather disappointing issues. We do not recall if were were acknowledged HILTON HONORS MEMBERS. Greeting was so, so. North Platte has several hotels due to its location along I-80 and the fact there is not much else within a 100 mile radius. So we were fortunate to get the last room available… the Hospitality Suite, room 101, on October 3, 2017. We paid extra for this room since basic room was not available. We always prefer a top floor, never the 1st floor. Due to the nature of The Hospitality Room it is on the 1st floor, right next to stairway and outside door. Frequent, noise… going in and out… up and down, doors slamming. Door to room is not sealed, light shines around door… no wonder you would hear noise. Major issue was the bathroom. It was obvious that the toilet was used by a male prior to our arrival, since urine was around rim and hair sitting on edge. Also, the seat that screws to the toilet, had pads added like washers but they were yellow and looked so gross. Not good/acceptable as a Hillton property. The shower curtain needed help since the top fabric along rod was dirty, stained and old looking. The floor of tub had an anti-slip adhesive that was stained and slime feel to feet. The bathroom floor was sticky. So I took a white bath cloth and wiped the floor and to my sudden applaud feelings it was filthy dirty!

Stayed at the Hampton inn behind Applebees in North Platte. Room 401. Everything was great for the most part. Only complaint was that the floor could have been cleaned better.

A beautiful hotel. Great breakfast area with wonderful selection of food. If you go hungry it's your own fault. Neat and clean. What rooms I did see could use an update but they were clean and that is top in my book!

Well the room, people and services are great as expected. The hot tub is ridiculously small. The pool area is huge but has a hot tub made for children. They have plenty of room for a 8 to 10 person tub but have one that is cozy for 2 adults. We also had some equipment stolen off out trailer. The lack of security is very surprising.

Warm caring employees. Appreciate that they care for the customers needs. Thanks for a great weekend stay! Will be back!

The hotel is very easy to get to from the highway. The person at the front desk was very friendly. The temperature in the room was perfect. The beds were comfortable and the bathtub is much bigger than a standard tub, providing plenty of room to soak and relax.

Great hot breakfast. All star staff very courteous. INDOOR SWIMMING POOL & JACUZZI! Room was ok if you don't mind a walk in shower. Greatest for me as a single overnight guest. Very nice indeed.

Stopped overnight. Room was great, there's Fort Cody next door — fun for the whole family to look around!

It's an easy to find location, the staff are very friendly and the rooms are nice. The room I had only had a shower stall, which was strange but I only take a shower anyway. The room card didn't work the first time, but they gave me a goodie bag by way of apology. The TV has pixelation problems, the beds are very springy, and the of the four pillows were soft and fluffy rather than firm and supportive.

Me and a buddy had to use the turlit because the one at Qdoba was broken.

Pros: Breakfast was good. Bed was comfortable. Internet connection was fast. Room was quiet. Cons: Pool is out of order. Only 2 towels in the room. Water was very over softened and left you feeling slimy and took an awfully long time to rinse off.

We made reservations over a month ago. We called last week to confirm the reservations and were told that we were "all set". After driving 18 hours from Vegas to North Platte, we were informed at 2:30 am that the hotel was sold out. While we were looking for our confirmation number, the attendant tried to find our reservation by name, and couldn't. When we found and provided our confirmation number, he found the reservation and stated that it was cancelled. Clearly they sold our rooms. When asked what he could do for us, the attendant said, "Nothing". Really? He couldn't try to find us accommodations in the area? He wasn't doing anything else. This rating has nothing to do with the facility. We were denied use of the facility. This is about a smug attitude with no customer service at all.

We booked 2 rooms, a rollaway and with a late check in over 2 weeks ago. We are driving back to Michigan from Vegas for work. We drove 18 hours to the hotel. Appon arrival they are packed and could not find our reservation. We gave the associate our confirmation number for the reservation. He finally found it after about 15 minutes of searching, and said the resurvation was canceled. He said it was because of insafitiant funds. That wasn't possible seeing as it was reserved on a business account, and the card hadn't received and pre-authorization. The hotel was full, and the associate was very unpleasant to deal with. We ended up being very well accommodated at the Howard Johnson in Gothenburg. For details on that stay I posted a review about them as well.

The rooms are very nice (like just about every other Hampton Inn). Easy to get to and close to most of the decent restaurants, customer service is great. Basically if you've been to one HI, then this location should meet your expectations.

We stayed here on our way to Denver. The hotel was nice and clean, the pool was great for the kids and the staff was excellent! Very good breakfast too.

Need to get some rest perfect place location was great restaurants right out the front door beds were fantastic and they have breakfast in the morning food was good fresh and coffee. Bonus they give you a little big snack for you drive.

Great jacuzzi rooms. Clean, not much to do here. The Wild Bill outpost is cool.

I stayed here for 2 days with my family after our car broke down in North Platte. The hotel was extremely clean, breakfast was good, and the staff was top-notch! I had asked whether there was a shuttle to the airport to pick up a rental car and the front desk receptionist offered her car to the maintenance tech to drive me. They really went out of their way to make our unplanned vacation enjoyable.

Extremely friendly staff. Not typical off the highway hotel this place was clean, very clean. The ac was noisy but I like it that way. The room was nice and clean the bed was really comfortable (i might try to buy the same one for my house). My kids loved the pool. Hot tub was actually hot (although a bit small). The breakfast was decent eggs, oatmeal, fruit. Also had the basic banana, cereal, juices, milketc.

I stayed here with my wife and 2 young boys on our way back from CO. The front desk staff was very friendly. The rooms were clean and did not have the typical hotel "smell". The pool was decent but the hot tub is small. The air conditioner in the room was pretty loud but tolerable. The continental breakfast was sufficient. The rates were fairly high ($189 including tax) for a 2 queen room. But, we felt the quality of the stay was appropriate with the price.

FANTASTIC! Very sleek and modern atmosphere. Free breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff, pool/hot tub, fitness center, free Wi-Fi, great service for a fair price.
