Enjoyed my stay. Was there for business. Very friendly staff.

The Breakfast bar was excellent staff on duty constantly replenishing. The Suite Very Clean and comfortable

It was ok. The accommodations were fine. I guess I don't know what It was that made me want to give it only three stars. The beds were not the most comfortable and the breakfast was very Midwest with your biscuits and gravy eggs and bakery orange juice and cereal pretty typical the Furnishings were a little bit dated but this hotel does get a lot of use I am sure and the price was right for what you get. It was located well for an off the freeway hotel. If I recall, there was a Midwest style Tavern next door and a Starbucks right across from it. Since this venue is located along the Platte River, you get a lot of really dense fog apparently… We got up at 6 to hit the road early but we're unable to leave until 11:30 due to the dense fog warning. I guess I'm just not sure I ever want to take a trip along the river during one of the hottest summers on record again anytime soon. But it was just our take on things, not anything about the hotel itself really…

The room was clean and very nice. One of the two TV's didn't work quite right, but a quick refresh could probably fix it. The bed was extremely comfortable! It felt like home. The toilet has a propensity to leak and the shower head didn't work quite right. If I was there for more than one night, I'm sure they would have easily fixed all these problems. The breakfast was pretty typical, though the area was a bit small. The coffee had to be put in the lobby, outside the breakfast area.

Staff and managers were very friendly, well above Marriott high standards. Grounds and rooms were immaculate. Stay here!

The hotel has been recently renovated and is beautiful. The carpet is plush and the beds are very comfortable. The staff was so gracious and Christa was very helpful and kind. Breakfast was better than anticipated! Great stay, would definitely @tay again!

Such a nice clean place. I was impressed with the breakfast too. Had a family reunion there and there was plenty of room to hang out in the lobby all day. Good coffee too.

The suite I had was clean, comfortable, and spacious. Being able to make my own waffle at breakfast was amazing!

A good place to stay if you ever find yourself in North Platte, providing the wind isn’t blowing 50+ mph. After a long drive from Salt Lake City I thought I might sit in the hot tub. But a large walrus and a small child beat me to it. So I found a secluded corner somewhat out of the wind and enjoyed a cigar. Breakfast left a little to be desired but hey it’s not the Hyatt. But the price was right. You get what you pay for.

Great experience! I slept like a baby! Seriously the bed was soo comfortable. Staff was very friendly.

As always, the Fairfield North Platte lives up to the Marriott brand. The staff is friendly and accommodating, despite a change in itinerary. The room was clean and extremely comfortable. I look forward to my next stay in North Platte!

The receptionist was very helpful. She recommended some local places to eat. Our room was tidy and well kept. Checkout was fast. Overall great experience!

Housekeeping staff was very friendly, rooms clean and beds were comfortable. Didn't stay long, under construction but didn't notice at all.

Worn out beds, dirty property and spoiled food for breakfast. Management is terrible! I would advise staying somewhere else in the area!

Room was clean, comfortable bed, good breakfast. However, I didn’t sleep well at all because of the flood light outside of the window! Was like daylight in the room and you could not close the room darkening drapes.

Stayed here while traveling. We are never disappointed by Marriott. Consistently great service, cleanliness, and quality. I really enjoy the variety which is offered for breakfast. Highly recommend.

This is a very clean and modern feeling hotel. The rooms were comfortable and the customer service was great. They get extra bonus points for having a pretty good complimentary breakfast including hot food, juice and coffee. It's also conveniently located right off the highway for those traveling along I-80.

Very nice hotel conveniently located right off the highway. The room was clean and well maintained. The bed and pillows were comfy and I can be picky about the pillows. I also liked the fact that there were restaurants nearby you could walk to. The price of the hotel was reasonable also.

Nice hotel right off the interstate. We were passing through so that's all we needed. Clean room, nice bed. Easy walking distance to several restaurants. Nice breakfast bar. Pleasant staff. Overall a good stay. What I would expect from a Marriott property.

The staff was very friendly and the rooms are very clean and nice. The location is just off I-80 so whether you're in town for an event or just need s place to stop while passing across Nebraska, this is good location.

It was fine. Rooms clean and comfortable. We used our points and it was not as nice as some we've stayed for 10000 pts less. Air conditioner was loud along with hearing road traffic. Staff was very nice and good breakfast.

The room was good and the service was ok, but the milk in the morning was wrong. This is the only reason for the four stars.

We were greeted by a very friendly staff. We loved our room, the bed was so comfortable. Everything about this site was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, and again the staff was friendly and busily keeping everything clean and tidy. Walking distant to 2 great restaurants.

Needs modernizing. Pros: — Clean — Friendly staff — Comfy beds — Plenty of room in bathroom — Breakfast is pretty decent Cons: — No USB outlets, needed extension cord to reach my bed — Very thin walls. I could hear the guy next door snoring, and it wasn't even an adjoining room.

Really nice 5 Star hotel. The rooms are very nice. Love the sheets and bed spread just the right thickness. Breakfeast is the normal food but the staff serving were fantastic.

This is the second time I was at the Fairfield Inn. The first time was August 2016 and the second time was Sunday night April 2ND 2017. Both stays were great. Food was delicious and the staff was very helpful.

Service at checkin was not great, the room was clean but smelled funky. Loved the fitness area as well as breakfast. I am gluten & dairy free & this is the first hotel I've stayed at that offers a bagel (Udi's brand) that I could eat! It was awesome!

Beds were very comfy, nice bathrooms, and nice staff! Walls seem a little thin though.

Breakfasts can always be better… room was fine, clean, service was great (we needed to store a bike overnight and they let us keep it in an unused conference room). Would stay here again.

The pool was closed, but it looked nice. The bed was amazing; super soft, silky sheets and fluffy pillows. Personality I'm not a fan of the smaller pillows, but it was still lovely. Breakfast was tasty; eggs, saugage, waffles, bagels and some other breakfast stuff. Pretty interior, a colorful presence with good layout.

Excellent service and room size. Very clean. Breakfast was okay. Acceptable for a typical hotel breakfast. Nothing exceptional.

Conviently located right off of Interstate 80 and close to several chain restaurants. We stayed during a cross country road trip. I thought the price was a little "spendy" for the caliber of hotel and given the fact that the pool and hot tub were out of commission. If you want to sleep past 8 AM make sure you put your do not disturb sign out. Housekeeping knocked on our door 4 times between 8 AM and 10:30 AM.

Very nice, room was really large we got an upgraded room for free which was nice.

Customer Service at this location is embarrassingly bad. One person wroking the counter during check in time is crazy. Small rooms and its an upgrade to have a fridge in your room. As a traveler that is out 2-3 times a week I was appauled by the service they rendered. After the rush of check in is over usually the front desk has a sign on the counter to call if you need anything. I know this is not a metro area with 5 star accolades but I can honestly say a super 8 would be comparable to this location. I have stayed in some lousy places but the customer service at this place is right at the top. I actually thought maybe I caught them on an off week the first time I stayed there and gave them a second shot. Well the second time will be the last time I stay at this location.

Overall the room was very clean and the beds were very nice, and from there it goes down hill quick When I booked the room I was told about the great breakfast, Bacon or sausage, eggs waffles all the good stuff. Only to wake up and find no bacon no sausage eggs were good but after drinking a big gulp of OLD Out dated milk (12/17/13 was on the carton after I looked closer) lets just say I couldn't eat any more, and for the past 3 hours lets also say I am glad I only had the eggs. The person that I booked the room with was very nice on the phone, but I dont think she knows what the breakfast is, the person that I check in with seemed like I was interrupting her evening. I think next time I stay in North Platte the Super 8 has never made me sick.
