Do not stay here! The hotel will downgrade your room from the one you paid for through an online company (Priceline, Expedia, etc. ) then refuse to compensate you for the difference "because you didn't cancel and accepted" the ONLY offer they provided you with. Don't waste your money!

Staff is great. Pool is open and breakfast is funtastic.

If you stay more then one night they do not clean your room but they do charge you for a clean room.

When we arrived 8/14/2020 the two front desk employees were not wearing masks, contrary to the signs requiring masks and Best Western policy. There was a plexiglass shield. The front desk employee was talking with a customer who was also without a mask. I asked the person checking us in, “don’t you require masks? ” She replied, “yes, but we don’t enforce it. ” What we experienced was directly contrary to Best Western’s advertised policy. I am a Best Western rewards member and they were my first choice up until this stay. I am absolutely amazed that this happened.

Taking the coronavirus seriously and cleaning and disinfecting often. Required reservations for the pool. Clean and comfortable room. Great customer service at the front desk and at breakfast.

For the past 3 years my entire family has stayed here for a night. They allow us to use the breakfast area for our games. We order tons of pizza and feed the staff working as a thank u. They go above and beyons for us and are always kind. Thank u for always being a gracious host!

Rooms were clean. Pool was out of order but we checked in late no big deal. Beds were comfy. Breakfast looked great but we didn’t get to eat due to a staff with a grey shirt and purple highlights removing all serving ware as we got in line. They also turned off the juice machine. We grabbed bananas the only thing self serve not requiring serving ware and sat down only to watch the house keeping and front desk staff come up grab plates while the staff in grey brought out serving ware. We left and stopped at a diner where we received awesome fast service.

I feel like 50/50 recommendations. At first, we couldn't get into our room. It lit up the green light but wouldn't budge… so my husband walked back to the front desk and they told him they were having issues with the door handles and to pull up. It worked, but you couldn't have told us that at check in? I thought it was pretty clean for the most part. We were all showered and in bed by 11 p. M. But at midnight, we jumped to a very loud noise that sounded like a bomb went off. The stone soap dispenser fell off the wall in the shower where it was lightly caulked on and fell into the tub. I'm thankful my kids weren't in there when it happened. Told the front desk, but thought her response wasn't very sincere, asked for manger and she daoud they weren't there. Stone floor in the pool area is super slick! Watched several people (kids and adults) slip. My daughter fell the 2nd day as we were just walking in. It has updated amenities and decor. The breakfast was great and the beds were pretty comfy. I always check for bugs and other things on the beds before allowing anyone to touch them. Ours had dried dirt flakes of some sort but I was able to brush them off… pictures show.

Got gorgeous quiet rooms. Arrived in the middle of the night to a wonderfully friendly front desk and our room had a queen and a king! So when the kids migrated I still had plenty of room. Also we loved that the amenities were 24 hours!

Nice property! The room was clean and had great beds. We loved that we could have a king size bed with our girls in a queen. The pool and hot tub being open 24 hrs is wonderful. The breakfast tasted great with a large variety.

We got the reservation just before checking in. The property was built in 2016. They told us the facilities (gym — pool, not sure) are open 24/7. Really nice staff, very clean and new. Room was modest but perfectly fine. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast. A very short drive from I80 exchange but we didn't hear traffic. Room was nice and dark. A+ for this price level.

We only stayed one night. We had 5 total in our group (3 boys mid to late teens) plus our little Yorkie. We had 2 rooms side by side. I requested a corner room & one next to it that they accommodated on our arrival. The breakfast was included & I think I would stay there again just for the breakfast. It was awesome, a very generous spread served buffet style. I wish I had taken pictures to post of it. The rooms were fairly good sized. The boys liked the spa. I asked about but did not use the laundry facilities on site. Overall a pretty good experience.

Great hotel. Great continental breakfast. Asked for my credit card, which I gave him thinking it was for incidentals, then he charged me $30 for the dogs without even telling me that is why he wanted my credit card. I told him that it was supposed to be included in the price and he refused to credit me Amy money and I told him I would him a bad review and he told me he refused to give us a room. By this time my wife and kids were in the lobby. I finally gave in and apologized and said it is midnight and been traveling and need a room. He still refused (what an A. Hole). Days Inn in North Platte get a — 1 million in customer service and Beat Western gets a 1 trillion++++ in customer service.

Stopped at the Best Western Plus North Platte and enjoyed most of our overnight stay. The lobby was very clean and updated. The breakfast was great. Although we didn't use the pool, we did check it out and it was large. The hotel had a newer tower section and an older 2 story section that we stayed in. There were several problems with the hotel. There were several signs in the parking lot advising that the hotel was not responsible for car break ins. We parked under a large light thinking that was a good idea and none of the lights (2) on the pole were working. In the room, the bathroom light and vent fan were on the same switch. Every time you turned on the light, the fan squealed continuously. So, I attempted showering with the bathroom door open and the light off. The toilet set had a large crack that was from one side to the other. These both are maintenance problems that housekeeping should have seen. Management should inspect the rooms on a regular basis. The bed was comfortable, a little on the soft side for me but my husband loved it. The breakfast was very nice with several hot and cold selections.

This hotel has comfortable and clean accommodations. The service was very friendly. The continental breakfast was outstanding! There’s homemade waffles, oatmeal, eggs, omelettes, bagels, yogurt, biscuits, and gravy. Some continental breakfasts I’ve had skimp on quality, but all the cooked food was well-made and delicious. This is a great place for a brief stopover on a road trip for sure, and it’s affordable — especially if you’re an AAA member.

We stayed at this location (one night) while moving from the midwest to West coast; we have two medium/large dogs that were with us. The hotel was easy to find/access. I know everyone has different preference & priorities while staying at a hotel but here are my pluses: pet friendly; great outdoor space for pets; fairly easy to access outdoor space (our room was on the second floor but close to the stairs) ; clean room; nice mattress & pillows; large breakfast selection; quick check-in & check-out; friendly staff. My only suggestion (and I may have overlooked this) : the ability to leave your pets if they are well behaved. We had to take turns running out for take out or down for breakfast in the morning since we couldn't leave them. I do completely understand the need for rules of not leaving them though!

Travelling with the railroad I stay in a lot of different hotels throughout the year. I always look forward to this area as it has three of the finest Best Westerns out there. Whether it is winter or summer, the staff takes care of the grounds and ensures you can safely get around. Coffee, good coffee, is always available. The staff is first rate and charming. On most occasions, they will put you at ease and that will help you to get comfortable and get plenty of rest. Near to the hotel are plenty of sights to visit as well as shopping and dining. If you are driving on the 80, take the time to visit North Platte and definitely stay here.

This hotel is great! Clean, great free breakfast, 24 hour pool, and the staff is so friendly and nice! The beds are so comfy that we stuck around for an extra hour to relax before we got back in the road. If I could give it 6 stars, I would.

Just a brief stay on our way back home. The hotel was very clean. Our room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great and the employee working the breakfast was wonderful. She saw me trying to grab some breakfast for my husband who was packing the car and offered a baggie so I could take it to him easier. She also kept the food well stalked and the breakfast are tidy. We didn't use the pool but it was pretty big for a hotel pool. We arrived late at night and check-in was quick. Check-out was also very fast. Overall a great stay!

Spoke with Thomas on the phone, he was absolutely delightful. Place was incredibly clean, the bathrooms we're spacious and clean (the shampoo/conditioner/soap was actually decent quality). Breakfast was delicious. Definitely one of the nicest hotels I've ever stayed at. I will say though that the walls are pretty thin. We just got poor luck that every room surrounding us seemed to house midnight weightlifters. But honestly, that's luck of the draw and I'll take that over some of the nasty places I've stayed.

Last minute overnight booking, great value for money, very clean, beds comfy, welcoming reception and a free breakfast to boot couldn't ask for anything else. Highly recommended.

Very Impressive hotel. Clean updated rooms with comfy bed and pillows. Nice breakfast and very friendly staff. The hotel was nearly full the evening we stayed but it was so quiet. We had a very restful night.

After our car broke down on the highway and we were stranded it was such an answer to prayer to have a place to stay that not only gave us shelter, but to encounter a staff that truly cared that all our needs were met. "Newest hotel in North Platte", NE. Customer service was good. Beds like bricks, ice bath for a pool, and what I can only assume was a flea market taking place on the floor above us. Update: at 8am, housekeeping woke us up when they came in to clean the room. After we were successful in fighting them off and locking the door, we were entertained by some domestic violence taking place in the parking lot. Our 3 year old even learned some new 4 letter words!

Clean place, great breakfast, friendly staff this has been a great rest stop! The mattresses are a little extra firm but that seems to be the trend for all hotels at least these are not cement firm like some of the other hotels. This is a great place to stay right off the highway.

Incredible value. You may have heard the saying "Price, Quality, or Service: Pick Two". Well, this place breaks the mold. They deliver on all three. Dad will love the breakfast. Mom will love the cleanliness of the rooms. And the kids will love the pool.

Excellent hotel (3 star) for the money. We "Pricelined" it for $85 which came out to $105 after tax. The rooms were clean and up to date. The pool and spa were open 24/7 (a lot of pools aren't by the way). The staff was friendly and the continental breakfast was better than most for quality and selection. The business center had unlimited color printing. The room also had a mini fridge and microwave which are amenities that aren't a given anymore especially in 4 and 5 star hotel rooms. Basically, I was able to conduct all of the business that I needed to because there wasn't a FedEx Office anywhere near by. I fed the kids a wonderful breakfast. The kids and I were able to play in the pool and spa until our heart's content. The beds were comfortable and the soap and shampoo were nice quality as well. A super comfortable and affordable stay especially for North Platte, Nebraska.

Excellent. I came in at 2:30 am exhausted, looking for a room and the front desk staff was super friendly and helpful this late at night. They gave me a great deal on a room that allowed my pooch and got me situated quickly and efficiently. Room was very spacious and clean. Comfy and clean bed. Wonderful shower with plenty of clean towels in room. 24 hr pool and hot tub! I was too tired to use it but it looked nice. And now I see on the other reviews that I missed happy hour! I must return to this hotel! I will be back. Highly recommend.

Hanna was so helpful and awesome after a 12 hour drive. Both Front Desk clerks were so sweet and caring… Hanna actually helped us take our luggage to our rooms. Rooms are very clean and we had pizza delivered right to our room. Both front desk girls are a true asset to the BW. Will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel. Wanted a non smoking hotel and this fit the bill but if you have pet allergies make sure you let them know. As we were walking to our room some one with two small dogs went by so we went back down to get a room that no dogs had been in. They supposedly have pet only rooms away from the reg rooms but my partner had smoke and pet allergies so not taking a chance otherwise room fine. Beds comfortable furniture update and modern, also a small fitness center and heated pool. Nice continental breakfast with friendly servers. I did see a review with free drinks and they do have happy hour from 5 to 7 pm free snacks and beer/wine. I called hotel directly for rate and then got a AAA/AARP discount upon asking so I think there is also a military discount and a senior discount if you do not have AAA or AARP but you have to ask. Rate went from $135 to $121 so every little bit helps.

This was our second stay at this very clean and well kept hotel while passing through on vacation. Sharp attentive staff. All services provided at their finest for this hotel chain. Comfortable beds, excellent pool and workout facilities. One of the best run Best Westerns I have experienced.

The desk clerks were very helpful and we had fast check in. The breakfast was an average motel breakfast. The pool is small for the size of the motel and packed with kids. The walls are thin and we could hear doors closing and people on all sides. The rooms are very nice and clean.

I always have a hard time travelling through Nebraska, and booking this hotel was the best thing for that. Breakfast, a happy hour reception, and a really nice pool were just the beginning! The room was clean and very comfortable. I highly recommend.

I stay in North Platte several times a year for work. This hotel, by far, has the best quality, customer service and comfort by far. From check in to departure, every one was so kind and helpful. This will be my go-to lodging from now on. Well done, staff!

We reserved our room online and check in was a breeze. The associate greeted me by name and explained about the free snack and beverages from 5-7pm. We have 5 sons and my husband was already at our destination, but the speedy helpful service made it easy. All of the staff was very friendly and efficient. The pool and fitness center was clean and easy to use. Our 5 year old cried when we left.

We were on a trip from Texas to Yellowstone Natl Park and stayed at this motel. Great motel. People treated us very good. Had a great stay and would recommend this motel to anyone traveling through North Platte, Ne.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel is very modern and clean. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The breakfast was hot and plentiful, but standard. Location is a slight criticism, because it would be nice to be a bit closer to town, but it is not a negative.

What a BEAUTIFULLY appointed hotel! The decor throughout is exceptionally tasteful. We S-O appreciated the Happy Hour provided upon our arrival. Yummy snack foods and icy cold beer and tasty wine selections. The breakfast room is lovely! Breakfast food selections were plentiful and well displayed. The woman who manages the Happy Hour and Mon — Thurs breakfasts is a GEM! So friendly and welcoming. I hope she is well appreciated by this hotel management team. Now regarding the room accommodations? There are not enough superlatives to describe our room. Clean, crisp linens on the exceptionally comfortable beds. Soft, absorbent towels. Handsome decor and more than adequate spaciness in the bathroom and sleeping areas. We love the location (adjacent to I-80 — — easy on & off access). But the rooms are exceedingly quiet! We WILL be back!

This hotel is easy to get to with good access to parking. It was quiet and very comfortable with good employees ready to help. The room was comfortable and the breakfast was hot and good. The front desk employee was very helpful when I asked questions about the area and where the best places to eat were. I stay in numerous hotels and this one was one of the quietest in the area. This hotel is approx. 1/2 mile off of I-80 but it is on the main street leading to the interstate and is easily accessible. I would recommend this hotel and I'll be back.

I was discouraged to when I looked at our credit card bill and noticed a pat charge of $30.00 after I checked out. The slipped a bill under the door with charges of $117.05 for one night. I did let them know I had a 5 pound Yorkie and requested the first floor and that I had a dog. As I was checking out I dropped a muffin and the very nice front desk person picked it up for me and was very nice. I went to get another muffin and on my way out the door she asked me if I had a CC on file. I said yes and at that time she should have let me know the made a mistake and had not charged me for our pet and would be adding to my bill. Instead she let me leave and surprised us by charging for the pet after the gave me my final bill under the door. SNEAKY and unprofessional to not have let me know there was an oversight WHILE I WAS STANDING IN FRONT OF HER. The night before I stayed a another BW and they only charge $10.00 for our 5 pound Yorkie. I have stayed twice now at this Best Western and it is an excellent hotel. The staff is friendly, the breakfast is great, and I am a loyal rewards member but will be reconsidering my choices base on the front inability to read my notes on my reservation or communicate. Pet Friendly NOT SO MUCH.

We had a good experience. The staff was very nice and friendly. We were upgraded to a suite. The beds are on the firm side, but still comfortable. I would like another blanket, but it wasn't bad. The breakfast had plenty of choices. I loved the Waffle bar! The fitness room was kinda small but very usable. Same for the pool. Overall a good experience!

Very nice! Check-in by the manager went very smoothly. He went above and beyond to take care of us. There is an indoor pool that people were using and seemed to enjoy. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was pretty comfortable, just a little firm. The breakfast was fantastic! Scrambled eggs, sausage patties, biscuits and sausage gravy, waffles and all of the other normal breakfast items. We really enjoyed our stay and would stay there again!

Our room wasn't cleaned. The garbages were full. The bathroom was so gross. It smelled awful. Pubic hair all over in the tub. Tooth paste in the sink. The floor was so dirty. The toilet was filthy. Looked like some one had urinated on the wall behind the toilet, and there were no towels. We called them for more towels, after almost an hour we walked down and got the towels When we went down they said they were sorry but they got busy. The cost was 180.00 for one night. Never again!
