I will have to give this hotel a super good review as of now. We checked in and asked if we could get a fridge. The desk clerk said he would ask the maintenance guy if there were any available. The maintenance guy brought us one and then I found out that he was almost home when he got the call and came back just to bring it to us.

We have been to Comfort Inn & Suites, in Omaha 5 times this year visiting our son, grandson and daughter in law… it's close to them, and we have never had a problem with the Hotel. Everyone is personable and friendly. The rooms are clean, and they always have extra towels.

We were very impressed with the atmosphere and friendly staff at this Comfort Inn last night. We enjoyed some great craft cocktails in the themed bar before sleeping. The sizable rooms were comfortable and I especially loved the high quality comforters and bedding. We found plenty of well lit parking for safety, which is a concern for us when traveling with a lot of work gear. The rooms were extremely clean. The staff in the breakfast lounge provided especially over the top service and the breakfast was huge and delicious. Highly recommend.

I was traveling on business, so just needed a quiet, clean place to sleep and this was perfect. The location was convenient to my work location and I was looking forward to relaxing in the indoor pool but unfortunately did not have time. The icing on the cake was the hot breakfast. I’m a sucker for breakfast potatoes and they were great addition to the eggs and sausage. Got in for last call at the hotel bar, which was a tiki style bar. Fun and different than the standard hotel bar. Would stay here again my next trip through Omaha.

Wow this hotel couldnt have been a more perfect place to end my travels. Upon entering the hotel my first impression was the fun and friendly staff! They made the check in quick and delightful. It was perfectly located off of the interstate and next to a gas station for a quick fill up in the morning. The parking lot had lots of space for larger vehicles. I stayed in a double bed room and was so pleased how cleanly the room and bathroom were. The room was spacious and the beds were large with clean, soft linens. The breakfast was great and fresh to get my day started as well. My favorite perk was the large pool area on the main floor. The pool deck was kept spotless and stocked with towels. Great end to my trip! A++

Me and some friends of mine stayed at the Comfort Inn and Suites in Omaha and had a great time! Super comfortable beds and friendly staff. Getting to take a swim in their indoor pool was refreshing in the summer heat and getting to grab a drink in their really cool bar was great after a long day! On our stay I had to send some work emails and there was plenty of space to comfortably work both in the room and down in the lobby. If you’re passing through town I would highly recommend this Comfort Inn and Suites!

Booked rooms for family trip to Zoo on Aug 4-6 2018. There was a convention going on and this hotel can not handle crowds. We had to ask for towels to accommodate our room size. Our room did not include a refrigerator or microwave as that is an UPGRADE — that is not common for a 3-star hotel! They ran out of half n half coffee creamer and served leftover (rubbery) sausage for breakfast on Monday morning before bringing out hash. The pool on Sat had what appeared to be an employee’s children totally ignoring the pool rules and there was an empty pool towel rack both nights we were there. The last night we were there I reported to the desk that a small child had vomited on his father who was in the pool and they did nothing! They did, however, give us a credit on one room for the BLOOD STAINED white comforter and denied by daughter’s credit and she also had blood stains on a white comforter. Not a 3-Star hotel to me and will stay clear of booking a room at any hotel starting with the word Comfort!

My stay was short and I spent hardly any time in the hotel other than sleeping. Therefore, I cannot comment on anything unrelated to a good night sleep. The room, carpet, bathroom were clean. The bed, pillows and linen were nice and comfortable. The staff was courteous and helpful. They have an elaborate breakfast in the morning in an expansive dining area. This hotel is located right off I-80, which is convenient. Downtown Omaha is nearby. I would definitely like to stay at this hotel again. Second stay: I stayed at the hotel for few more nights. I had the same great experience. I liked their beds and mentioned that to the general manager, Lou Ayala. He said that they are all less than 6 months old. By the way, Lou is a super helpful gentleman.

We stayed in Comfort Inn in Clarksville, Tennessee Wednesday night. We really enjoyed our stay, and were told of a promotion going on. If we stayed in a Choice hotel for two nights before May 25, we would get a third night free. Needless to say, we came into Omaha looking for Comfort Inn. We found and stayed in Comfort Inn and Suites. The suite was wonderful. We found ourselves wishing we could stay longer. The service was excellent from check-in to checkout. The girls in the breakfast room were especially friendly. We left feeling really good about our stay.

The Comfort Inn in Omaha was so very hospitable! They staff was courteous and kind when helping us out at every turn. Each guest is greeted with a complimentary beverage at the attached Firewater grill and tiki bar (which also had some delicious food offerings). Speaking of food, the daily complimentary breakfast was also well above what one might expect offering a wide variety of hot and fresh options. The hotel is located right off of I-80 just a short drive from downtown and near to plenty of dining external options, as well. As for the rooms, they were well maintained and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable and clean. All in all, this was a perfect stop for us in Omaha. No complaints here!

The hotel staff is friendly. The hotel is overdue for a renovation. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. The bathroom door was warped and hair in the bathtub. The lighting in the hallway was very dim. Breakfast was pretty good. The breakfast attendant yelled across the dining room at 9 AM to have everyone finish up by 9:15 before they take all the food down. It surprised me that she yelled this across the dining room.

We pull up to the hotel on a Friday night and there is someone being arrested and the smell of marijuana lingered in the hallways ever minute day and night. While the breakfast area was always fully stocked the breakfast lady would yell at you from across the room with a room full of guests. The pool was dirty, the water was freezing, there were fake nails and candy on the ground outside of the pool and when the hotel staff came to put new towels (maybe 10) in the pool room, instead of throwing the empty chip bag away that lay on the towel shelf he just laid the towels on top of it. The next day when he brought another 10 towels in he told one of the kids standing over by the towels that this was all he had and they could only have one, the towels were barely bigger than hand towels and the pool was packed. Maybe the should have done more laundry to keep up with the towels. I watched one of the hotel staff mop the front lobby and when he went to dry it there was a chunk of something on the floor that he swept next to the fountain in the lobby and left it there. There were short black hairs in the bed sheets. The coffee provided in the rooms were horrible so we had to go to the gas station next door. The phone cord ran halfway down the wall and was very unsafe with my 2 year old playing in the room. The entire stay was so disappointing that we will never stay at a another Comfort Inn and Suites ever again.

The hotel is not the best to look at but for the price it's not too bad. Yogi, the manager was very nice and will help you with anything. The room I stayed in was okay but I was mainly concerned about the bathroom ceiling. It looked like their was a splatter of blood on the ceiling. I couldn't stop staring at it. I also got towels from the cleaning staff that had stains on them. So bring your own! The elevator did break down so I had to climb 4 flights of stairs but they didn't put a sign on the elevator to warn other guests. Overall it was okay. Needs a hardcore makeover though.

Called to try and get my daughter, one who is under 21 and traveling alone, a room. The lady at the front desk on 30 Jan at 7:24 p. M. Wasn’t very helpful, especially after she said they couldn’t book her. I was on the phone with my daughter as she went in to try and book as well and she was given attitude after she asked her age. This upset her and she walked out. This is when I called for an assist. I understand the policy and tried to work with her as she said they will not book her due to her age and she hung up on me as I was talking. Called a comfort Inn up the street and they were willing to help out. The lady at the front desk, Miranda, was very helpful. Though they couldn’t book my daughter due to her pet, she was willing to call another hotel for me and hook her up. I’ve stayed at a few Comfort Inns and Miranda would be the only reason to book and stay at more. She had an awesome attitude and assisted the best way she could. Hats off to this young lady but thumbs down to this place. Hopefully the rest of the staff is way better than the one you had this evening.

Pros: large, clean rooms, decent breakfast, in house bar and grill — — — — > also a con but not hotels fault Cons: unprofessional, inattentive staff lack of communication in potential emergency situations I. E the fire alarm going off consistently (fire alarm was "silenced' so that the fire department wouldn't be dispatched) NO ONE was evacuated while it was determined what caused the issue, we weren't being spoken to more so ignored, we had to prod for information, Another example of unprofessional staffing, being on a business trip we have several separate rooms each employee checks themselves in, we also arranged to have the shuttle taking employees places, upon attempting to check in we were given nothing but issues from them not allowing us to check in easily, to arguing that there was no shuttle scheduled for us to the fact that the following morning the shuttle driver was visibly annoyed he had to be driving at 7 am. To the driver being an hour late for pick up and drop offs With all of this said if you don't mind piss poor desk staff, the rooms are good and clean

Spent a day at a professional seminar. Overall was clean and accommodating. The only issue is that they were doing some renovating in the next room over and the workers were very loud. At one point they opened the door that separates the room and vacuumed the spot under the door, DURING THE SEMINAR. I don't blame the hotel for that, they were an outside company most likely.

Let's be honest. When I read a hotel room it's based on what I'm getting for the money. This is one of the best values I have experienced as this is the nicest Comfort Inn I have stayed in my 25 years on the road. First off the place is big. The lobby, the pool, and rooms themselves are bigger than a typical chaik hotel. The bed was very comfy and the new remodel of the hotel inside made it feel more like a Sheraton. Of course, a Sheraton doesn't give you a complimentary breakfast and costs almost twice as much. Great hotel a block off the interstate. Oh and the woman working the desk had a great personality, unlike most of the robots that hold that job I run into. Great new find for my trips to Omaha.

Guess what we took home!?!?!? FLEAS. Have called twice to speak to a manager hoping he could help recoup the costs of getting rid of the fleas we too home from their “newly renovated rooms”. Nope. Haven’t heard from him. He won’t respond to messages. Seriously don’t stay here. Any extra money you spend at a nicer hotel will save you getting rid of fleas in the long run. The rooms are clean and the staff is nice. The entire place is non-smoking which to me is great. It's missing little things like a fridge in the room. I had to go get towels both days of my stay because even though there is four of us, they only leave two to three towels, but that isn't a huge issue. I just go get more towels and they gladly give us extras. Breakfast isn't over the top fantastic, but it's hot and included and sure beats a continental breakfast. I wish there were a little more to the fitness room. Overall, for the price, it was a very nice stay. It does what you need for an affordable place to stay with included breakfast!

With a name brand like Comfort Inn, I really don't expect anybody to believe me — but I will tell you THIS: THIS HOTEL HAS BEEN OVERRUN BY DRUG ADDICTS, because it's under renovation, and, due to a labor shortage, they are lodging homeless people, to get a labor force — to show up and work! That being said, the second floor is unsafe for children, and the elevators (which regularly stop on random floors) are a hazard, for anybody who is civilized. Not to mention, this extravagant hotel, is actually in disrepair — only two ice machines work, out of 9 floors… $200 a night? You are better off at the Motel 6! I was part of the moving crew, and I forfeited a $200 room, due to it being an unsafe work environment, not to mention harassment. As an example, one of my co-workers, actually BRUTALIZED his girlfriend, because he was jealous of me — and I don't know why — because I was never a threat to him or his girlfriend. NO attraction whatsoever, and it was almost like I was in the Twilight Zone! I left, and because I left, they tried to have me arrested for trespassing — while leaving. Thank God, I am away, from that circus of a hotel…

While the breakfast is pretty great, the stay was not. I've stayed at this hotel twice. Once for a wedding in June 2015, and once recently. Both times, the showers would not drain, so you were standing in about 2-4 inches of dirty water by the time you finished your shower (depending on the length of shower). The band's and bar seem to be a great attraction for the younger crowds, but do not expect you (or your kids, if any) to get any sleep until about 3 am because of it. We stayed on the 2nd and 8th floors. Either way, the noise was overwhelming and not easily drowned out unless you kept your TV on or set the ac/heat on high to keep it running. Not impressed, and will not return again.

This hotel had a very good location for my needs and the price was reasonable. The lobby and the room was clean. However, the hotel is close to needing a complete remodel. There was evidence of wear on the carpet in the hallways, in the elevators, and in the room. The furnishings in the room were adequate and comfortable but showed wear and will need also replacing soon. I had limited interactions with the staff but the front desk was friendly and helpful. I did not have the opportunity the visit the attached restaurant. I would not recommend this hotel to impress a boss or for a romantic anniversary with your wife but it's a reasonable choice for a overnight stay in this location.

We had planned eating there, but we thought otherwise now. 530pm we returned to the same excuse. While waiting the asset manager came up and asked what I needed. He then gave a discount per the inconvenience. In the morning the sewer backed up into the tub giving an awful oder.

The front desk girl was helpful and quick. They could use an update though. There elevators are pretty old and the furniture looks a bit old as well. What was really annoying is all the baseball kids that were there, they were all over the place and loud. They were playing roughly in the pool area and throwing things that could have hit my young children who were trying to enjoy themselves. Other then that it was alright

The Comfort Inn on 72nd street in Omaha is great! Nice clean rooms, indoor swimming pool, great breakfast and very nice employees. We had a room on the 9th floor and the kids loved the view.

Ok clean rooms but the service was great! Loved the bar that was in the hotel because the food was really good and fun entertainment. The free breakfast was also good.

Don't listen to the whiners below — this is a fabulous hotel for the money. The issue with many people in America is that they want something for nothing. You get what you pay for here and the rooms are excellent; clean, new and the showers HOT! Breakfast was awesome. I have stayed all over the world and to those 'entitled' individuals below — earn yourself some respect and stop complaining. Well done Comfort Inn! Well done Choice Hotels. As for the guy who complained about the 'small' elevators — he must be BIG! The elevators were fine — three of them.

The front desk was courteous and helpful. The room had no microwave or mini fridge which would have been nice. The hot breakfast was pretty good. My major gripe was not being able to modify a reservation, but the hotel itself wasn't bad.

We stayed overnight for a slumber party. There was anther group of older kids also having a party. The room below us complained all night that we were making too much noise. At on point, security even camr to our room when all the girls were watching a movie quietly. I understand that the hotel has a responsibility to ensure the comfort of all guest. In order to do that they need to address the appropriate culprits.

Was only at Comfort Inn & Sweets for the Omaha Comic Book Convention being held in Ballroom D. The convention was splendid; I got a lot of really great comic book deals! However, Comfort Inn & Sweets definitely had the temperature WAY TOO HIGH. It's hard to focus on buying comic books when you've got sweat dripping down your face & feel as though you may collapse from genuine heat-exhaustion. Otherwise, temperature aside, there's not much to tell— the hotel was a hotel, and I got a lot of really great comic books for some truly fantastic prices.

I want to thank everybody at the front desk you were all very nice, I would like to thank all the shuttle drivers who took me to the Va hospital and brought me back to the hotel. The rooms could be updated but all the services were great. Thank you for what you do to help the Veterans. I will recommend this Hotel to my friends & family who need a place to stay if they are going to Omaha.

One of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in. We needed a pet friendly room since we're moving across the country with our two small dogs. We got into the room really late and after over 24 hours of driving in 2 days (with more to drive) we didn't have the energy to complain and switch rooms at the latest. But let's just say… The smell of cat pee and carpet stains that haven't been touched, plaster falling from the ceiling and outdated furniture isn't at all what you're going to need after being on the road. Skip this dive.

Good value. Comfortable, spacious rooms. Staff is hit or miss. Some are great, some are apathetic. Very good business services available, but Wi-Fi could be better. Meeting rooms are great though.
