Door would not lock, bathtub disgusting dirty, sheets dirty, only stayed cause close to coco key.

Place is run down and dirty. Needs work. You can see fluid stains everywhere. Smelled pot smoke in hallway. I was woken up at 435am to a loud party next door. Never again will I stay here.

Room was ok, however there was one easily accessible outlet. There were two more but they were behind the beds. This is not really enough for my family of four.

The room was nice and clean spacious shower for 2, and convenient doors leading outside. Only downfall the carpet in the closet was halfhazardly laid. Falling off the wall.

I checked in late at night after driving 11 hours. I was given an outside entrance room. Never do that to a woman there alone. As I walked to my room I noticed I had been placed in the same wing of the hotel as the construction workers. I noticed two women laying in the grass behind the hotel and they were quite obviously there to make money. Some of the doors to the rooms were left slightly open. When I got to my room I put the key in the door and opened it to find the room was occupied. I was told by the front desk clerk that he had no idea what rooms had been cleaned and which ones were occupied. I will never stay at another baymont.

I would rate less then a 1 if that were possible! Baymont in Omaha, N. E. Has to be the worst! 1st time I called them to make the reservation called and told them I would be late and they still gave my room away. This time being 2nd and last chance for them they don't even have my reservation! NOPE! NOT AGAIN! NO MORE TRIES FOR YOU!

It was clean and the price was good over all a ok stay would stay there again.

Front desk staff was polite and personable. Rooms were outdated. Walls were very, very thin. Another guest was mistakenly told he was in our room and attempted to enter while we were inside. Exterior door card scanners did not function, and one exterior door did not lock properly at all. Would not recommend staying here.

We ended up staying here because of an issue with another hotel. The lady was courteous and efficient. The room was basic but did have a microwave and fridge. The price was A little high for it but it was ok.

So far so good. Could use a pool.

Cable did not work. Air conditioning kept carpet damp all the time. Water was bad. Breakfast was a twenty minutes wait for someone to refill everything. Will never stay in motel chain again.

Linens and bed good. Room was filthy, bathroom very dirty and dated. This is not typical baymont.

We arrived at 11 am on a Berkshires weekend and the lady receptionist was so kind to point us to a lunch venue 2 blocks away. When we came back at 1 pm. She has arranged a better room for us at no extra cost. I am really grateful. The room is very clean and bed and pillow very comfortable.

Awful. Not very clean, no towels, no trash can, dirty water, no heat, no extra bedding\pillows. Can get any amount of keys to any room with no questions asked. Mediocre breakfast.

We were overall satisfied with our experience. Great breakfast and love the fact that it is right next door to coco keys. The staff here had met all my requests and housekeeping kept extra items that I requested.

WOW! This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at! First impression-80's tube TV, bottle cap on floor, light switch didn't work, dirty wash cloth hanging in shower, old water sitting in ice bucket in the plastic bag, breaker blew when we turned on the bathroom light and lost all power. Day 2 no cleaning service today after a long day of work. Day 3 no room service AGAIN! requested a new room after VERY long day at work! New room guess what is hanging on the curtain rod. You guessed it a DIRTY wash cloth in here too! Another guy staying a couple doors down also had a used towel in his room when he got there. Oh yeah, the exercise room is STILL out of order! I saw a post 10 months ago that said it was out of order and another one 8 months ago. Ice machine on 2nd floor doesn't work either. This place needs turned into a parking lot.

This hotel was absolutely awful, poor customer service, dirty accommodations, rude front desk staff and a GM who was the worst among all staff! Avoid this hotel. Period.

After this I should learn my lesson about booking on-line. Very disappointed. Work out room closed. Room very dated and not kept up.

We just stayed here for 5 nights while my kids went to math and science camp at UNO. We were a little unsure, because we saw mixed reviews before we came. However, we are VERY happy with our stay. To begin with, the staff obliged our request for a mini-fridge and microwave in our room. Secondly, the room was clean and the beds with firm and comfy. Good selection of TV (although we would like to see flat-panel TV upgrade soon), good air conditioning, and a good morning breakfast with protein available in the form of eggs and sausage or bacon every morning, with changing entrees each morning. The business computer and lobby printer worked well, and the location of the hotel just off of I-80 was perfect. Good job, Baymont! The kids want to stay here again next year.
