The Hilton is conveniently located close to some restaurants so if you get hungry you can go there. They also have room service which is also convenient. The staff is very nice and the room was clean.

In more than 15 years of regular stays at this property, I continue to be astounded by the consistent and courteous staff. Wonderful breakfasts, clean rooms and facilities. A great gathering point for quick access to nearby MSP airport for anyone trying to plan a bwca (boundary waters canoe area) trip. Highly recommend and will continue to return each year! Thank you!

So this happened… realized I arrived in MSP at my hotel without a black belt for my business meeting. I would be in a black suit, black shoes and a brown belt. Idea: Maybe someone left a black belt in a room and it's in the "lost and found". I asked at breakfast and they gladly checked. Nope — no luck. A few minutes later the woman I'd been talking to comes out and offers me a black belt. A fellow worker had one in his car and had run out to get it. Wow — so kind! "Thank you so much for trying but I'm not returning to the hotel — headed right to the airport after the meeting. " Up to my room to pack up and head out. A few moments later there's a knock at the door. "Hi — we went to the hotel next door and they had one — here you go. " Are you kidding? Wow. I know it was a first world problem but so impressive. That's the world I want to live in, where small problems are wiped out with good hearts and build a platform of humanity that makes the big challenges we face more surmountable. Well done team the Hilton Garden Inn in Shoreview. You can look forward to seeing me back at your hotel the next time I'm anywhere near there for the night.

Really clean rooms, the manager Perry is always very helpful, and they have all the amenities you'd expect. The breakfast has a lot of options although I believe it is around $12 a guest. Would recommend if you want a more than comfortable stay.

Overall a very good experience. We stayed in a suite with a king bed. Staff was very nice. We opted for Caribou coffee down the road instead of the $12 breakfast buffet. The only comment I have is that the bathroom was large and nice, but a bit old and dated.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. It was so clean, bright and cheery! The staff was so friendly, personable and accommodating! Loved our stay!

I stayed overnight at the Hilton Garden Inn in Shoreview during a recent epic snowstorm in the Twin Cities. Not only was the staff friendly — but the next morning the snow had been completely cleaned off of my car! This was such incredible service to take care of this for me-it allowed me to smoothly start my day without the hassle of clearing a foot of snow off of my car! Thank you and I will be back to this location!

We have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn about twice a year for week or more to visit family for 12 years now, and wouldn't stay anywhere else. It is always clean, attractive, and welcoming, with outstanding personnel, from the gracious and warm manager, John to every staff member, all of whom go out of their way to cater to your every wish and make you feel at home. The full breakfasts are fantastic, the beds comfortable, and loving attention is paid to every detail. This has become our home away from home, and that is the highest praise I can give.

Decent rooms, courteous staff, good complimentary coffee… but the heater for the hot tub and pool was not working initially. Also, we had some noisy neighbors well into the wee hours.

It was clean and nice, the reception area has a nice big table for groups. The rooms are clean and nice too. I gave 2 stars because the walls are super thin and about the breakfast. I couldn't sleep either night, anytime anyone opened a door or talked in the room next to me, or walked in the room above me, it was super loud and woke me up. Also the breakfast was on par with other hyatts or comfort inns that are free, but they charged $12! I just thought it was very overpriced. I did like the microwave and fridge in the room though, so it was easy to cook my own breakfast.

Nice hotel that shares a parking lot with the best western. Guests did not receive breakfast included.

The staff went out of their way to be amazing more than once in my one night stay. Really, really appreciate them! My only reason for not giving another star is because the bed was hard as a rock.

My stay was lovely. The hotel is quite welcoming, with cookies available on arrival and hot tea and coffee always out. I didn't try the breakfast for purchase in the morning, but it looked good. I liked that the room includes a refrigerator and microwave. Everything seemed clean and comfortable.

The staff was quiete friendly, I legt my personal belongings there over night and they came in and cleaned but didnt tamper with it. A good hotel.

The staff were so helpful with the TON of bags and boxes we moved onto and out of the room while moving our son into college. They truly were always offering to help us out and it made the chaos much more tolerable. Rooms are clean and lobby and dining area are decorated nicely in a modern style. Always had coffee, tea, and ice cold water available in the lobby. Location is prefect, right next to the freeway.

The hotel had very quiet rooms with lots of space. The pool area was very nice and clean. It was also very conveniently right off the highway.

Up to date decor, comfortable bed, showerhead wasn't working right. Wonderful breakfast although not complimentary. You can hear other walking in floor below or above.

I was called to the twin cites at the last minute for work. I didn't have much of a choice for hotels, but I got in here. Seems like a fairly new and clean hotel. Very friendly staff and nice rooms. No free breakfast, but really no complaints.

HGIMSP is a great hotel. The location isn't bad and places to eat are within walking range of needed. The hotel and rooms are very clean and the staff was very friendly and polite. My only problem was the room I was in was next to there gym, which created isues for sleeping late due to noise. Thankfully the staff understood and moved me.

Love the hotel. Dont like theres no continental breakfast.

We used the ballroom for a work event. The venue was fine but the food was room temp. Not impressed.

I love these rooms the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast is really good plus it's very clean and close restaurant's. The staff is friendly and very professional. It's a nice area I would recommend it.
