Stayed at the hotel for a wedding, the front desk was incredibly accommodating. They added us into the wedding block despite the block being originally full. The room was clean and very nice and up to date, in fact the entire hotel was clean and modern (coffee is great too! )

The hotel staff was very tolerant of our loud wedding party. They did a good job to clean things, and make sure rooms were in order for us. The continental breakfast was as expected. Nothing exceptional, but it tasted better than most. The rooms themselves were amazing. The beds were very comfortable, the AC worked excellently, and there was a ton of space. I personally found the upright shower to be a good choice, but I'm tall and don't like hybrid tubs.

Great place to stay! Friendly staff and the rooms are beautiful! They also have a really good continental breakfast.

Great hotel! Courtney was amazing and extremely helpful. Besides a nice hotel with a good breakfast buffet, you are in a prime location with great restaurants and shopping. They do have a small shop on site with the necessities. Their workout room has the basics, and the pool and hot tub were a plus. But the beds are comfortable, and I will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is new, clean, well maintained, with friendly and helpful staff. Technology in the rooms are a nice addition, including plugs in all lights and usb ports next to the beds. They even have doorbells for the rooms that give a signal when you do or don't want to be disturbed. Would definitely stay again.

This hotel appeared to be brand new, and if it wasn't, it is an added feather in the cap of their very capable and friendly staff because it was immaculate. Even the concrete in the high travel areas sparkled. We got in late, yet the fellow at the front desk was happy and welcoming. I was particularly impressed with the gal that ran the continental breakfast the next morning. Although we got there shortly before it closed, she made sure we and another late arriving guest had everything we needed. She even poured me a special glass of orange juice out of a gallon jug when the juice machine broke down. Employees like this are a treasure to the place they work for. I will highly recommend!

Wow. Wow. Wow. I've stayed at IHG properties in 7 states, 2 countries, and all types in the IHG family and this is by FAR, the best property I've ever stayed at! From the amazingly upbeat staff (thanks Amanda, Jason, and Tristan! ), to the thorough housekeeping (who even greeted me when I came in and left), beautiful property, with super comfy beds — I didn't want to leave! … This property is officially my new favorite and I plan to be back for future AA monthly trips to help take care of my Mom while she's in treatment at U of M.

I stayed over this past weekend. I cannot say enough about the amenities, the breakfast and mostly the staff. Jennie, Katrina and Tristen were friendly and accommodating throughout my 3 day visit and made my stay more enjoyable despite the event I was in town for having been cancelled. All in all I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to Ann Arbor.

We came in for a wedding and had a large crew. They let us gather in a room in front to socialize. Got quite loud I'm sure, but they never told us to be quiet never said to break it up, all they did was ask if we needed anything! We asked late Friday night if they would shuttle us to the reception … and they did. Great place to stay great people working there. A very big Thank You for everything! Would recommend and will be back!

Great place. Quiet and comfortable. Beautifully furnished, nicely decorated. Great linens, pillow choices, and comfie bed.

This hotel is beautiful. Although I have to say. The staff make it wonderful! It's nice to go to a place where the employees love the management, and the management truly appreciates their staff! Great place!

We were stranded due to snow and this hotel was the closest. We were hesitant to stay at a Holiday Inn from past experiences but boy were we pleasantly surprised! Tristan was the most friendly and helpful person I've ever met at a hotel. The room was meticulously clean, and the best was surprisingly comfortable. I will likely stay in A Holiday Inn again just because of this visit. Literally the only downside was the breakfast. Eggs were weird and everything else was some sort of sausage variation with no potatoes (I'm a vegetarian). Also, Fox News was on the TV when we first entered but I found the remote to change it to local news. I was surprised that they were willing to put on propaganda posing as news…

I'm just getting around to writing a review. We stayed at this Holiday Inn on our 20 year wedding anniversary (November 15). I mentioned this when making a reservation. Well, when we checked into our room we had a wonderful surprise waiting for us. There was a card from the staff, and they spelled out "20 years" on the bed in rose petals. It was such a special touch. We loved it. The room was beautiful and clean. A huge bonus is an amazing German Restaurant in the strip mall adjacent to the hotel. Walked over and had a delicious dinner. The night was so festive. Everyone who works at this hotel was so friendly (they even gave us late check out so we could swim and relax in the morning). Great breakfast. We couldn't have been happier, and we'd love to stay again.

Spent two nights this past weekend at this location. Staff were super friendly. Hotel was so clean that I thought it was brand new, not three years old. Breakfast selection was plentiful, and tasty. Had an issue with the a/c and they attempted to remedy, and ultimately made right the situation. Fine example of Michigan hospitality.

Fresh refurbish 2 years old. Awesome service. There is a pool and hit tub. We paid 100 for two queen beds during our stay. It is right off the highway and easy to access.

Only there one night for my brother's wedding. But we have stayed at others and we have always been happy with out stays. Thier bedding is awesome!

The staff was very courteous & accommodating & the rooms were clean. I loved the shower. It was plain but the water flow was strong. I don't like the pulsating showers. There were 2 very small corner shelves in the shower. I prefer one long ledge. The bathroom mirror was the first one that didn't fog. The mirror had lights all around it. I loved how bright the bathroom was, but wished it had a dimmer light for night. The room itself was rather dark & could have used more hooks to hang clothes and things on. The air conditioner would lower to a preset temperature when we were gone, so it did that while we were asleep and we got hot. But overall I liked the room and would recommend.

A large group of us comes here every year for an event. The staff are always hospitable and helpful. The room are always clean and kept up.

This is one of the better HIE properties. The service is very good also. I like the extra points to forgo room service.

Great place to stay. McDonald's right next door for fast food, and a nice German Restaurant next door for a sit down meal. Decent internet speed. Friendly hotel staff and nice breakfast.

Superb. Entirely worth the money. Attentive and polite staff. Excellent breakfast area with impressive array of choices, included in the room rate. This hotel seems like it is newly built. Highly recommended.

Clean newer interior hotel. Breakfast needs improvement as always but it was a good place to stay. Decent fitness room and pool.

Stayed one night. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Had a great free breakfast in the morning and the pool was nice and clean.

The room was large and so was the bathroom. Breakfast was good in the morning. We stayed for a wedding and the hotel provided shuttle service to and from the banquet hall, which was great.

Awesome accommodations, excellent continental breakfast, up to date T. V. S. H. D. M. I (D. V. D player) compatability. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms and showers. Aslo, free Wi-Fi and places deliver. Really enjoyed the stay.

Parking was plentiful, the front desk staff was friendly and check-in was quick and painless. Room was comfortable, everything was newer and in good condition. Room was quiet and stayed at a good temperature. Didn't have breakfast, and didn't use the other amenities, but it all looked clean and well maintained.

Facilities, room and location are great. Breakfast could use some upgrade but decent enough. Coffee was good. I overheard a conversion on the phone at the front desk from some shuttle service that was yelling at the girl at the desk. The guy was really rude and cussing her out. She remained polite and professional. Good job!

This Holiday Inn exceeded our expectations. It was modern and spacious. Room was high quality and the staff nothing but extremely friendly.

My family and I stayed after a softball tournament and I must say this was a great place to stay! The staff was friendly, rooms were very clean. Our family enjoyed the stay. We plan on coming back to this exact hotel.

Brand new hotel. Modern clean and very friendly staff. The breakfast is horrible however.

Staff were excellent, the room was clean and modern with nice beds and "firm" and "soft" pillows. The saltwater pool was wonderful, as was the hot tub. The complementary breakfast was of OK quality, but with a wide range of options. Myself and my kids had a great time. We'll be back!

This hotel is definitely a 5 star… the people are great at any hour of the day, hotel is clean and new. Pillows were amazing! I will only stay at the HI EXPRESS when we're in town. Side note. Simon is is the best. Thank you.

Very nice, clean hotel. When we checked in, the connecting rooms that I had requested when booking the rooms were already occupied. We were upgraded to the one-bedroom suite, which accommodated all of our needs. Gina Lopez, the supervisor was extremely helpful and did an wonderful job. The manager during Gina's shift however was very unfriendly and at times rude to my children. The night-time manager Michael however, was very kind and helpful as well. Thank you for making our stay and my 13-year-old's birthday party a pleasant experience. 4-stars because of the rude day-time manager.

Was in an excellent location right off of the 94 west of Ann Arbor. Excellent clean rooms, very comfy beds, delicious and plentiful continental breakfast. Arguably the best Holiday Inn I have ever stayed in! Would gladly stay again and recommend others when traveling to stay here!

If I could give them 6 stars, I would. Clean rooms, everything is new and modern, great customer service, amazing breakfast with a wide variety of pancakes, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereal, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, etc.

WOW Hotel if you're visiting ANN ARBOR! This hotel is one of the best Holiday Inn Express & suites in the United State. It OPENED in March 2015. We stayed for 5 nights in April when visiting University of Michigan. This hotel is by the freeway I-94 and it is only 5 miles away from the University of Michigan or 12 Miles drive. The room was comfortable and the front desk staff very friendly. This hotel has Pool, Spa and Fitness room. It has a large lobby! Free Breakfast. I will recommend this HOTEL to anyone going to ANN ARBOR.
