Love it here. Nice and cheap.

Disgusting, bed bugs and dirty blankets and sheets, mold growing on the side of the bathtub and floor. They only give you 15 mins to decide if you want the room. So obviously they know it’s a pos. It’s pet friendly and so I took my dog to go outside and I seen a guy looking through everyone’s windows and another guy pacing around the building like he was watching me so I wouldn’t recommend any females going there alone. My boyfriend and I got evicted due to us getting laid off work a couple months ago and luckily I just got another job that’s very good pay so we won’t have to deal with stuff like this forever. We stayed last night and had all our stuff in the room and were hoping our family members would loan us some money to pay for another stay well we didn’t even have time to do that let alone 5 mins to get our things out and all our things wouldn’t fit in our car so they said if we left anything on the property it would go in the trash while everyone was outside like crack heads asking they if we had any electronics they could get. Like steal from us while we’re trying to move things to a storage unit. I cussed the manager and the other employees out because they were laughing at us as I am balling my eyes out because we don’t have anywhere to go and might have to give up my dogs. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

Booked a room with a jacuzzi. When I got there the AC didn't work, and bath towels for only one person. The second room the jacuzzi didn't work and what do you know no bath towels. The third ac worked jacuzzi worked but no bath towels. Wow three rooms and no towels. When I checked out all I was offered was 15% off my next stay. Next stay I'm never going back.

Disgusting. DO not recommend staying here. Not only was the room filthy and the carpet was so nasty you couldn't even take your shoes off, there are people that apparently live there who are so disrespectful with no common courtesy to guests who are staying there. So loud and up all night. The worst of the worst.

Absolutely nasty and people live there with kids while they get high smoking dope and drinking. Nothing but losers and dirtballs live there and its turning into another knights inn while the staff snoke week with customers and dont even vacuum the rooms and just nasty.

Great stay. Comfy bed. I liked the upgrade to kitchenette room.

The price was a little too much for the quality of my room. It should've been $45.00 instead of $55.00. The room was filthy. Didn't have a microwave to heat up my pizza. There was a spot where the carpet was wet in front of the mini refrigerator. The lady at the front desk gave me an awkward feeling. All in all, I probably won't come back here again.

Price was good but the pictures online are very misleading. The bedding was dirty, the floors were dirty. Not enough towels for the number of people in the room. Housekeeping came by but because we weren't ready for them they left and never. So I called for housekeeping to bring us towels and toilet paper and it never came. I'm thankful that this is the first and last time that I will be staying there.

Pet friendly inexpensive roadside hotel. Not the cleanest place I've stayed, but not disgusting either.

There service was horrible only 2 workers were polite. They are a very unprofessional business. They charged us 50 per animal one night and its only supposed to be $10. And we found dead bugs in our room.

Front desk girl was nice and did the best she could… worst motel I've ever stayed in. Im not even exaggerating. Visible mold in bathroom. No hot water… I couldn't even call the front desk because the phone didn't work…

Clean, but rundown. Front Desk service was fantastic, housekeeping was about average. Location was quiet and the kitchenette room had everything I needed for an extended stay, but the fridge could have been larger. Wi-Fi worked fair. Easy to access via the interstate, and close to several restaurants, grocery stores, and other shopping.

Good value, room decent, micro, fridge, coffee maker, iron/board, free Wi-Fi. Convenient location, pets allowed.

Stayed here for two years. It is a truly awful place. Breakfast in non existent unless you like toast and cereal. The only problem we had here was with management. Maybe it was because we were living here but we were always treated like we weren't paying guests. We paid 43.20/night for the longest time and then the front desk lady asks me how long I've been staying — at the time 1 yr and 10 months. Apparently we weren't supposed to be paying taxes on our room since we had been there for so long. They ended up crediting us for that month, but when I asked about the rest of the time we had been there? I was told the computer can't go back that far. Good thing I have kept my receipts. We have had problems with bedbugs here before too. We moved rooms three times while we were here. First time they literally flooded the room because the maintenance guy was working on our constantly running toilet — he pulled the water main right out of the wall. Second time, they told us they had to replace the vanity, only to come back and say we had to move because they had to fix the water pipes in that room. Housekeeping is wonderful though. The head housekeeper is really nice. Hopefully this review helps whoever is staying in the Monroe area.

The midnight worker, I believe her names Katrina, is very sweet, I was having issues and she helped me right away! Very sweet girl.

It's a great location near civilization and nature, 4 min drive to the lake it's an amazing establishment!

Room Decor very undated, dark & gloomy. Room furnishings not uniformed or consistent… not all rooms contain the items stated in brochures or website. Towels are old, stained, very thin& rough. Should be cleaning rags for housekeepers. Cleanliness of the room depends on the housekeeper. Carpets are very old& nasty but a professional carpet cleaning would help& needs it. Management only concern seems to be money. Cost increases but the rooms interior don't improve. Charges vary on vacancies without notice Positives… front desk staff & housekeepers are professional, polite, respectful and very helpful. The head housekeeper is great, you can tell she takes pride in her job and cleanliness of the rooms.

It was OK. We arrived at the hotel to news that our reserved room with two full beds had not yet been vacated. So they "promoted us" to another room with a king bed, but the AC did not work and it was a hot July evening and there was no way we would be able to sleep with the heat. After asking to move, they got us another room but this one had only one full bed, which was not going to work with two people, and we has reserved two. Finally they got us the room we asked for with two full beds and working AC. Once we got into the room it was better. The beds were fairly comfortable and the hotel was quiet. They only gave us two towels for two people for three nights, so we asked for more towels on the second day. They said they would send some by but never did. Comfortable and affordable place to stay but somewhat frustrating service.

Staff was nice and helpful, room was alright but was kind of old and a little dirty when we checked in to the room.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT I sure wish we could get our money back this place is a real s**t hole. We regret coming here. One of the beds in our room is broken then the air conditioner was not working. The pics of this place on the internet make it appear as really nice but that is not the case. This motel is total drugville it reminds me of a brothel. Totally not happy here.

The maids work real hard to keep it going and the rooms are not that bad but the washcloths are stained.

I don't blame the hotel I blame Mike Shimoon and A&M hospitality for seriously awful customer service.

Like the saying goes you get what you pay for got to room checked matress and they were black covered in what looked like bedbugs room also smelled like mold. Once I looked shower walls had mold. Asked for another room since I booked online no refunds they did change room was slightly better still smelled like mold but beds were better. And Wi-Fi SLOWWWWW defiantly not staying here again.

The price had almost doubled in the four months since our last visit. The room had no refrigerator, hair dryer, Kleenex ran out, internet was inconsistent and kept booting us off, the hot water took forever to get warm, and the bed was lumpy and broken! I was extremely disappointed but after driving 18 hours, we had to stop. There were only two rooms available, both with Jacuzzi bathtubs, and ours didn't work, which she gave us a $10.00 discount for. If I would have had more energy, we would have left!

Number one let say that the person who said all that good stuff about the rooms n carpet n that he is the manager there his name is Eric now here's the truth I found dirty diapers nasty bloody tampons used crackstems herion packs empty with the needles they have bed bugs black mode seeping threw the walls cockroaches nasty moldy spots in the bathtub ugly nasty carpet looks like it had never been vacuumed smells like straight up death the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful maintenance are always high and they steal out of the rooms they have a house keeper or had one who steals money n anything of money value out of the rooms her name is Mercedes she is a heroine user so if you wanna sleep there make sure u keep your animal's away because they have a bad case of fleas aswell.

Snow drifts in room due to bad door seal. Heater cranked up just enough to keep chill off… bathrooms made for a small person… and left room key on bed when I left and was charged 2 days I wasnt there… credit card company said I had no leg to stand on… so beware always check out in person… this shithole said I had stuff still in room… im sorry I left a few beer bottles for the cleaning lady to cash in on deposit.

They mind their own business… great continental breakfast.
