This is a photograph of my husband overdosed on heroin in your hotel. If you notice he is wearing the Delta uniform. If you also notice you can see behind him on the lower level of the desk the heroin and the lines and the straw. I caught him like this and he did the drugs with Jamie washer who is the head engineer. Cassie Billingsley who is their housekeeper drove Jamie home and knew they both overdosed! He did not get fired for overdosing he got a four dollar raise and a promotion with an office! I have tried and tried and tried to get to management. Jamie drove my husband and my children without a drivers license to another employee‘s house where my husband assaulted me while Jamie assaulted a previous employee all in front of my children! I want to sue the Delta Hotel because they will do nothing about this! Your family is not safe in this hotel! Jamie encourages his employees to sleep with inebriated customers! There are no morals no ethics at all in this entire building! Keep your family away from here!

I’ve called three days in a row now to Lauren, the sales manager as was suggested by the front desk staff to reserve a block of rooms. I’ve never had one call or email returned. I instead am taking my business to the radisson hotel downtown. If you want to plan an event there they will never call you back.

Stayed here once worked here for 3 years great people family oriented overall great place to stay and have family gatherings 5/5 stars even though it’s says 3. Something.

The pool at this hotel has been cold for years. There is no reason for this not to be repaired. The set up with poolside rooms is great but having an unusable pool ruins the experience.

The rooms are indeed nice and clean. However, most of them are adjacent to the pool area. 11:00 PM and kids are sceaming, staff has done nothing.
Service in Restaurant is extremely poor. Had to ask Bar Tender to find my Waitress twice — Once to find out where my food was, twice to get the check.

The staff was friendly and the room and public spaces clean and well maintained.

Had a wedding here and I cannot be more happy with all staff. Everything went without a hitch and any small problem was taken care of immediately. Julie the event planner is AMAZING at what she does and could not be a better person. I will recommend everyone here for any event big our small.

Abagail checked us in quickly with a bright, friendly, smile! You can usually tell how your stay will be when you are checked in, and we were not disappointed! We were meant to be on the 3rd floor, but she was so kind as to change us to a bottom floor room instead. The king room was a bit cramped, and the sheets kept coming off the bed. Despite that, the bed was very comfortable which is probably the most important thing! The bar had some amazing drinks with a super friendly bartender! That was on her game. Our server, Melissa, was absolutely outstanding! I have a shellfish allergy, and she was so patient and accommodating. Onto dinner, the Blackened Alfredo was probably the best I’ve had. My husbands wings were, according to him, the most delicious he’s has in ages! The hotel was peaceful and quiet. We had the pool and hot tub completely to ourselves. The atrium was beautiful as well as the rest of the hotel. I have not been this pleased with a hotel stay in ages! This will be where we stay from now on! I honestly can’t wait for our next visit!

My whole family was blown away this weekend! All the renovations… The deep pool… Friendly service… I think the most impressive was the number of positive comments in a row, by our picky teenagers when it came to the amazing food! If you don't need a room but need to impress your special guest… take them to eat at the restaurant inside.

I don’t know about your service standards. I would be terrified to find out after this reckless driver you had on the road. I was sure they were drunk with all the swerving and peeling out they were doing.

We had a reservation and still had to wait 2 hours in the restaurant to check into our room, and then they gave me a smaller room than I reserved. The restaurant servers were friendly but unorganized and unprofessional. They spent most of their time visiting with each other and telling inappropriate stories to each other. We had three different servers come to our table. I wasn't sure who our server actually was. I ordered a second beer that they didn't bring until I was do…ne eating. They were too busy goofing around. One of the servers came to take our order but we needed a couple minutes to decide. Nobody came back for 20 minutes. I don't know what they were doing, the restaurant was almost empty. They have televisions to watch but they have light fixtures hanging in front if the screens. Very annoying. The food was okay but the meat was undercooked. The parking lot was a mess. Whoever is in charge of their snow removal should be replaced.
