Good breakfast, friendly staff, clean rooms, and comfortable beds.

What a GREAT hotel! The staff is great; very helpful and knowledgeable about the area including points of interest. The rooms are VERY comfortable; I stayed in a handicap room, which is spacious and roomy enough for a large 4 wheel walker. The breakfast is reasonably good, even though I like McDonald's coffee and mochas better. The coffee is certainly good enough to get my motor going for the day. The housekeeping was top shelf! VERY CLEAN ROOM with fresh linens and towels. Lots of little extras like a little bottle of premium mouthwash and coffee in the room. I would have paid twice the rate to stay here!

We needed a place to stay for one night while attending a festival and it was very reasonably priced. Room was nice, beds were comfy, would stay there again.

All the staffs are very helpful and the front desk person name randy was so polite & the room was very clean and comfortable.

If you use a credit card or debit card on a room here please please please double check your account everyday. I stayed there two weeks with my fiance we were looking for a new place and they double charged me at least four different times and when we touch her going to the front desk to ask why they would give us the runaround. I never got my money back and I was stiffed $400 with no excuses and no apologies. Whoever is in charge of charging people should really be investigated by corporate because their nothing but a bunch of theives. I even have the statement of when I paid through a different website for the hotel and they still charged me when I already paid it. Me and my fiance kept arguing with them and they kept saying that it would be back on the card when it never did. This place should be charged with fraud.

Absolutely recommend this hotel! Very clean rooms and everywhere over all. Extremely nice staff. Chris at the front desk is very personable and helpful. They also have a laundry room which is a great extra. Breakfast is standard fare but good stuff. Will stay here again if I'm in the area in the future.

I stay here often for business trips. Normally all is well until my last stay on 6/12. Checking in and my information was incorrect. No problem. Then the room I was checked into wasn't clean, but luckily they stopped me before getting on the elevator. Checking out the next day I found out that I was never checked in and was given a "No Show" receipt. They said I could just use this as the receipt… Later on that day I found out I was charged twice for two different amounts. Apparently I was checked in twice. Called and was told that they were already aware and that I would get a call back the next day by the manager Kelly. No call. Followed up and was given the voicemail to leave a message and that the manager will be in within the hour to address the call. No call. Called back again and was told he was not in until tomorrow and Alex will be able to help me. Called and followed back up this morning of 6/15 and was told they are not aware of the situation and the lady advised she only saw one charge. Asked to speak with Alex, but Alex is no longer with the company… Finally spoke to Kelly and he said he would follow up and call me back. He has and said he has refunded the one charge. It should be on my card by Tuesday. Giving 2 stars right now. We will see what happens with the refund. Update: 2nd charge refunded. 3 stars.

I hate writing bad reviews… All things considered, the building was kept up nicely, but the staff are very rude. I asked for an ETA on my room being ready very politely and I got told that it's not their problem and "its ready when its ready". Well I was waiting about 45 minutes and was still sitting there, waiting for the room I paid for in advance. Never again will I come here, all I wanted was at least a good reason why the room has taken so long, not much to ask for, and they had no reason for it upon asking past saying that they weren't sure. So if your a "on the go" type of person, don't trust this hotel as it has completely ruined my trip to be held up almost an hour past the check in time.

Nice room and a good location. Microwaves are only in the upgraded suites. Breakfast offered was decent. We'd stay here again when visiting the area.

Very good! Varied breakfast!

Well it’s a room. The sink is right at the door. The towels get washed every three days unless you ask for towels earlier at the desk in the lobby. Coffee is not supported fully. The lighting is quite poor the vending machine is on the 2nd floor behind a mysterious wall filled with all kinds of stale snack. Will not return, but thanks for the stay when the power went out. The saving grace of this hotel are the staff! They're awesome!

Excellent hotel, very comfortable rooms and very equipped with everything you need for a good stay, very comfortable and soft bed, large television, coffee maker, hair dryer, USB connectors, armchair with foot rests, complements for excellent personal hygiene. Mouthwash, extra towels, full mirror. They also have a very complete exercise room and everything works fine. I am totally sure that I will come back and recommend it to all my friends.

Location is convenient, easy access. Rooms are clean with small refrigerator and large television in each room. Staff is friendly. Nice free breakfast service each day. A good value for your money.

First room we were checked into the heat didn't work but they promptly got us into a new room. First room also didn't have fridge which we needed. Second room was much nicer. Exercise room only had 1 of the 3 machines working. Breakfast was good. Staff was very nice and helpful!

Great price. Clean room. Friendly welcoming staff. Checking in was a breeze. For Valentine's day they provided free dinner and raffled off a gift basket and a chance at spinning a wheel for more great prizes. I will be returning and would highly recommend.

They have remodeled in the past year so everything is fresh and new. The staff is very helpful and nice. They have a great breakfast and free cookies and coffee every evening.

You can't beat the value of this place. It runs on the cheap side of all the hotels in the area around Warren and sterling heights. Everything is very clean, updated, and stainless. No bugs either. The internet is fast but the TV channel selection is a little limited, better than basic package however. Climate control actually works, compared to a lot of other places I've been. The breakfast is hot at 6:00. I however always needed to be in at work at 6, but they always seemed to have the cold goods out a little earlier, like 5:30, so I was happy for that. My only gripe is no microwave. It's a small issue but it seems like a microwave is pretty basic in hotels these days.

It was a very pleasant stay I didn't get to make breakfast but really wished I had of and then to find when I thought they were done with breakfast it was still there missed it by a few minutes but will definitely be back for another stay is awsome.

I stayed here for a few days following a mishap with the water at my home. I was initially satisfied with my stay (besides the jumping and bumping above me) until I noticed that my account was over drawn with a charge from this hotel. I called the hotel to get an understanding of the situation only to be spoken to rudely by Alex, the “Manager”. Apparently I was charged for smoking in the room. Mind you I DO NOT SMOKE, I am Pregnant, and my 5 year old daughter stayed in the room with me. After I tell him that this has to be some type of mistake he responds and tells me “you’ll just have to be mad because I can’t reverse it”. I am all for rules and following them. Hell I signed the sheet saying no smoking. But to be smacked with charges and being accused of something I KNOW FOR A FACT I didn’t do is frustrating. He did nothing to try to understand or to try to accommodate me. He was rude and disrespectful. I have contacted corporate and I will not stop complaining until something is done about Alex.

I am glad I decided to stay here. The hotel is clean, comfortable and convenient. And the staff are AMAZING. Yvette, who handles the breakfast rush, is the kindest soul! You will not regret your stay here.

I stay here yearly and have for many years. This is an excellent hotel for a great price. Clean and friendly service. Highly recommend. Update. Well it was 5 stars until I got home and found I had been double charged for a night. My wife called but we have yet to receive a refund. Be warned, check your billing. I won't be back.

Rooms were clean, staff is nice. The only thing that I would have them improve on is the employee training. We had to go over our reward program points every time we stayed. Also the staff woke us up almost every morning cleaning rooms. They don't wait until check out time to start cleaning, they start as early as 8 out 9am. Again, the staff is great and I will definitely stay there again.

For the price, definitely five stars. Room was clean, pleasant. Staff was fine. They handled a special request, to have an important package delivered to me at the motel, very well — even phoned me when it arrived. Breakfast was edible, and at least they offered some eggs and sausage instead of the usual sweet rolls only fare you get in most places like this. Only significant complaint is that the drapes in the room don't close, so the glaring street light outside my window blazed into the room all night.

This hotel shows pride of ownership! Comfortable beds, and clean rooms. From check-in to check-out we had a positive experience. Evette the wonderful lady who took care of breakfast was fabulous! I can't say enough good things about this fantastic lady! She was cheery, greeted all with a smile, and kept her breakfast well stocked for guests.

Great place to stay. The hotel is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. Nice amenities and the staff is great. They are really friendly and truly care about your stay. Will be staying here every time I travel back to see my family.

This Quality Inn is newly renovated. The staff are amazing! But the biggest shout out goes to Evette, the fantastic lady who runs the breakfast! She's cheery, funny and fabulous! She makes the breakfast experience. Rooms are clean and beds are super comfortable.

Super nice hotel. Everything was very nice, only thing I would say is the bed is very hard, if you like a softer mattress bring a comforter, but worth it in every way! Great staff, clean and great breakfast bar.

I spent two wonderful nights at this location. I was truly amazed with their staff and service. Nicely renovated, Clean and bed bug free! Breakfast needs some work but the lady is very friendly. The area was a bit concerning to me as you see low people in and out of this hotel. That being said, I had no issues personally… I've always stayed at Courtyard thinking it's the best; but not anymore. Quality Inn Warren was worth every penny for reals.

It's a decent hotel of your trying to get away for a few days. The rooms are quite clean and organized. It's not a high end luxury room, but it's fairly decent for the price you pay.

This place isn't bad. I've stayed here a few times over the years and the price is always very competitive and it's in a good area. Plenty of lighting in the parking lot at night and the staff are friendly. There's a Coney island just down the road so getting something to eat in the morning isn't an issue if you don't make it in time for their breakfast.

Clean, spacious, affordable and the staff are wonderful people, one of the staff (Valerie) went above and beyond to accommodate my family and I during a difficult time, she was displayed compassion which is rare these days. I will surely stay on my next visit.

The room is fine and it's clean. But is missing a smile in some of their employees.

We come here multiple times a year for several years for family functions. We live out of town and stay here. Since it became Quality Inn, it has gone downhill a lot. Poor service, lack of amenities, and terrible action taken about other consumers. Not to mention, their complementary breakfast is nothing compared to before. We rather pay to go elsewhere. We had horrible neighbors above jumping all night and people smoking weed in the halls. We will be finding a new hotel to take our business of multiple rooms for our family too.

Really good for the price. Not sure when the hotel was renovated, but it still smelled like fresh paint and carpeting in early Oct 2015. The room was also very clean and fresh. No hint of the usual deodorizer to mask potential problems. The king bed was very comfortable and best of all the Wi-Fi was fast, often over 1MB/s upstream. Only complaint was relatively poor exterior lighting around the building, resulting in rather dark areas of the parking lot. Not knowing the neighborhood, it was a bit off putting the night of arrival, but never experienced any personal safety problems during the stay. Staff was generally very personable.
