Clean. Cost efficient: $45. Located near a lot of businesses, & it's easy to spot! Very happy with my room. It has your basics, TV, mini fridge, microwave, rooms are non-smoking & clean.

If you are just looking for good value, I would recommend. Resonably clean and comfortable.

Compared to the other motels in Bay City that are in the same price range this one is the better of them. And the service is decent.

Front end clerk was really ahrd to understand but the rooms n the stay was very plesent.

Bob is nice and willing to work with people. You don't have to worry about anything. He'll give you a job. Food. Rides. He is a very supportive guy who believes in everyone.

Nice place for the price. I looked at the negative reviews and find them unfounded. There may me a ding in the drywall, chip in the porcelain or burn hole in comforter. The room is clean, management is good and everything is looked after. If you want a nice room cheap this is the place.

Nice rooms for it to be as small as it is, whatever you need is within a walking distance. Down sides are Wi-Fi isn't that good and every single is non smoking. But to compensate each room has two chairs outside the room with an ash and an picnic table under an shady tree so overall pretty good place.

This motel stinks we got here and we have to wait for our room to get cleaned so they put us in a different room.

It's not great the sheet had holes in it pillows had stains for 60 a night I guess that's what I get.

Good price, if even a little out of the way from everything. Hot shower was nice, and they have DirecTV.

We were there for a week. Housekeeping cleaned the room once, we had to ask for towels… typical dope house. I won’t go back.

In my line of work I often travel a lot and when I go for the weekend I try to bring my wife along, so we can enjoy the experience together, especially now that all of the kids are grown. Oddly enough this motel was initially found by mistake. I'm happy to say that we still had a very good stay over at this place as well and I would highly recommend checking them out yourself to see if you like their motel. It's always a pleasant feeling to pull in to a small motel and find a place that really cares about their customers and takes care of the property. Side note. We'd previously stayed just a little further up the road at the Bay Motel (also a nice place), but it was somewhat late when we were coming in on a Friday night and we'd been driving quite a bit coming back towards our neck of the woods. By this time we just wanted a nice place to get some rest. The valuable lesson we learned here is that if 1 of our 2 new favorite places to stay is full for the weekend we can call the other motel and almost always guarantee that we'll get a nice room at a very reasonable price. If you're looking for a nice place with great service at a reasonably low price, then I highly recommend you give these guys a call and make your reservation today. Jeffrey S Wyrick.

Dirty, not very nice, and when you leave room the owner will go in room to snoop around.

Rude rude rude, I called to ask about the a room, and I asked did they rent by the month he said no so I asked do u rent by the week and he hung up in my face.
