Lies about affordable rates, terribly bad cleaning of rooms. Definitely NOT FREE WI-FI $350 A WEEK for a family is A RIP OFF. shame on the owner he sucks.

I paid for a month — 650.00 no freezer. I was told I get one. Put me in a nice temporary room. Said I'd be moving 2 doors down. It had everything also. Instead I went into a half cleaned roomwith a horrible stench in there which caused me to throw up all night. And it was freezing due to I had to open it up to air it out 20°outside. Never again.

Probably has bugs. Was not happy with my stay.

Super nice folks and as bad as I want to help them out with a good review, I just can't. Hopefully they are able to spray the rooms down with bug killer and update the paint, cracked drywall, the toilet that don't shut off, I could go on but why… Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Right down the road fm where we needed to be. Simple stay. Got the job done. Sleep shower. Fridge air and shower!

We waited 20 minutes and no one came out to give us a room, so we went to a different motel, it was full, so we tried bay motel again, 25 minutes this time and someone finally came out of the back, when she did, she wanted $100 for one night plus 6 hours. I waited almost an hour and she refused to even try to make up for it. Horrible.

The rooms were clean and not too bad. The Ritz it's not but if your looking for a clean comfortable bed to sleep in, you're not going to find much better for the price.

I stayed on a Thursday and Friday vary clean rooms the lady at the front desk was so sweet I will stay here when ever I come to bay city for now on and you should to.

Cant get an answer about anything and when asking about dog, you would have thought I was asking about the son of sam.

I wouldn't have no one stay here. Rude and mean.

If you like an ok room then your good. But peace and quiet visitor or people banging on you doors and loud music then not the place for you! Go to Euclid motel much better I promise!

I would rate this hotel — 5 if I could. The check in age is 21, which is beyond stupid, and I was trying to rent a room for my mom and I while we visit family for a funeral. I asked if I could put the room in her name, and said she'd be staying with me, and they responded with "Yeah okay, I can't help you. " And hung up on me. We're now going. To have to miss the funeral. Thanks a lot bay motel, you guys suck.

These guys at Bay Motel in Bay City, MI were great. The people in the office were quick and polite. The noise level was very reasonably low, especially for the weekend. And the price was right in our budget, much less than most of the other local places that we know for a fact did not offer nearly as nice of an experience. We've stayed at other motels in the area and I can tell you from now on when we come in to town we are going to make sure to visit the website and book our room in advance, so that we know we get the same quality experience each time. :).

This motel was the worst ive ever stayed in period. Stinky rooms. Cigerette ashes all over. Got a hot tub room. Hot tub was not clean and my wife helped the lady clean the thing all this work and the hot tub didnt work!. Noisy pipes clanging kept us up. Toilets dont flush right. Owner came to fix the hot tub couldnt get it to work told us he'd gives a refund and charge us regular room price then when we left the next morning his attitude changed and he didnt want to give us $ back for a room that had a broke down hot tub. Lesson learned I will sleep in my car before I would stuff foot in that disgusting hole and I tell anyone who's thinking of getting a room here run as fast as you can!. Spend the extra $ for best western or super 8! awful experience at bay motel.

I did not even stay here. I called one night to set up a reservation and the front desk hung up on me because they could not speak or understand proper English. I called the next day and was mistreated by the front desk once again. Completely unprofessional and not even worth the low prices advertised. Do not waist your time or your money. Pay a couple more bucks and go somewhere worth your it for you and whoever is with you. I have never been so disrespected ever.
