Clean room, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

Negligent staff! we informed them of pets online and they failed to read this and we signed the papers for the charges and there seemed to be no pet fee which I searched for! staff never asked about pets even though I wrote it in the comments online since people can’t read on here and went ahead and charged us without our consent after our dogs barked. I shouldnt have to pay a fee I never agreed to in the first place when I had already told you I had dogs. It's not my fault you never informed us at any point in time. Will not be back! while you're at it, clean up the trash all over.

It's a great place. The manager Kevin is a great guy. He makes the stay very comfortable. Would definitely recommend this motel.

Staff was very polite. The room a facilities were clean. They are pet friendly as well.

They are very friendly and professional. The rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the bathrooms are very clean also. Their complimentary breakfast is also good. The rates are very reasonable as well. The employees even try to be very accommodating. I would reccomend staying here.

We arrived and they had no rooms available. We thanked them and started to leave when the housekeeper came after us and offered to clean a room if we were willing to wait about 45 minutes. Every single employee was helpful and went out of their way to get us into a room. The room was spotless, the breakfast bar was outstanding.

Super friendly staff with good service. Nice clean rooms. Had key card issues the first day though. Night desk guy stayed on his phone everytime I walked by. Other than that great stay.

Was a decent hotel just wish they had more pillows for comfortably by going to bed. The associate was very curtious and friendly when arrived. Downfall there was hardly and food places around for multiple options to choose from.

Room was ok. Air conditioning didn't work well. Room had a musty smell. Card to open room door had to be reset every day. It was ok. Not sure if I'd go back.

The front desk clerk likes to hang out outside instead of answering the phone or "ring bell for service" bell, but otherwise decent.

Every person working here was amazing. A great space and good breakfast too.

Stuck in drive snowed all night but plow truck didn’t show up till 430pm which cost me hours of work and company had to pay for another night. Otherwise great place nice people work inside and they were constantly calling plow truck to no avail. Get a new plow driver and I will change my rating.

Friendly staff, clean, good breakfast with waffles, cereal, biscuits/ gravy, yogurt, and oatmeal. Under $80 for two double beds. Next door to taco johns and gas station.

Shonti I believe her name was. She was great. We stayed 3 nights. 4 days. Beds were a bit hard. My son loved the room. My service dog was welcomed. Which is always a plus. Our room was cleaned while we were put they did a great job.

Pretty nice place. Haven't found anything too disturbing yet. Room was pretty clean. And the cleaning staff was super polite and helpful. Nice TV service in my room didn't get a chance to test the internet. So can't comment on that.

The place had a bad odor in the room and in the hallway. There was soil on the toilet seat. For $94 would not stay there. The parking lot was also very dirty. Location was ok and desk women was very nice.

I love this Super 8. I travel constantly for work and honestly this has been a favorite hotel to stay in. It's modern, the rooms are an adequate size, and my favorite part is that weekday breakfast is from 5-9 instead of the standard 6-9. I definitely recommend staying here if youre in the area.

The Room was very very clean the staff was very polite and Friendly the whole place smelt good. Only thing they should think about putting in is a guest laundry that would of helped alot.

The motel was very clean and the breakfast better than I expected with such a small motel. I only had two complaints. It was way after dark when we arrived and it was hard to find because the sign was not turned on until after we checked in. There were 3 of us but only towels for 2. I went to the front desk and found no one there but a sign that said to use the phone and dial 0. I tried for 10 minutes and no one ever came. I finally gave up because I was tired after driving all day.

Place was clean, nice, room was a little small but great value. You get free Wi-Fi, breakfast, microwave and refrigerator.

Good location and the room was neat and clean. I just wasn't impressed with the staff. They didn't seem very friendly. For $104 per night, I would shop around!

Helpful staff, clean rooms. Only problem was that it was a little difficult to see when we came in from the north. We actually drove passed it once. We also forgot our kids blanket there and they mailed it to us! I would definitely recommend to anyone needing a place to stay in that area.

Okay the room was clean and comfortable, but I need the TV to be on to feel comfortable and the TV shut off automatically after about 2 hours. Not a major issue sure, but enough for me to not stay again when there are comparable alternatives close by.

Noise permeates through the floors as their all made of wood. The breakfast (that's their claim) was horrible. Hard boiled eggs and canned gravy, fruit consisted of only several day old apples. Coffee was running low and the only attendant appeared to be the day desk manager and he could not get off his cell phone for anything. Several folks were upset or dissatisfied with the fare offered. Did I mention the shower? It appeared to be well used by folks with dirty feet as the floor of it was disgusting. Guess they don't have cleansers around these parts. We will never stay at this place again!

The hotel is a little older but the rooms were nice and clean. It did have full beds instead of queens which was not necessarily preferred. Over all it was a good place to rest for the night.

Very clean and staff bent over backwards to accommodate our needs. Wi-fi worked very well. Our room was recently renovated and the furniture was all very new and everything about the room was very nice. I don't know how long ago they renovated or if all the rooms were done, but I am floored by some of the previous comments here — like they weren't at the same hotel we were in! Not only nicer than any other Super 8 I have stayed at, but felt very safe and the door by our room stayed locked.

We were in the area for a wedding and to vvisit friends. We requested, and received, a handicap accessible room and a shower chair. The room was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. We will be staying here again the next time we are in town!

Hotel is alright. Although it could be more secure. The doors on the end of the hotel never lock although they are supposed to.

I was disappointed at the fact that the rooms weren't very updated. My first room was very small, and had a really old broken TV in it as well. The new room had a working (ish) TV, but since it was late and I didn't want to find another hotel, I stayed.

Hot water sucked. No pool. Breakfast good. First room was pathetic 2nd was alright. Tvs are old and some don't work. Good Wi-Fi. Cheap.

Stayed overnight to attend a funeral. Overall I'd say the stay went well. We didn't come into contact with the any employees besides when we checked in. The room was nice and clean, and the Wi-Fi was fast enough. We didn't spend a whole lot of time at the hotel awake, but waking up to the included hot breakfast was definitely a plus. Overall we were pleased and would consider staying again.

The place has no good Wi-Fi it sucks.

Stayed at the Super 8 7-29-15. The bottom floor had been flooded so the whole hotel smelled like a litter box. There was no water pressure, so showering was a challenge. The staff was friendly the rooms were clean. They have a free continental breakfast. Nothing fancy for a ride side motel if you can get past the horriable smell.

I have look at the review and have decided not to stay at the Super 8. They are too many unacceptable to me.

A little pricey, but adequate.

I stayed there on memorial day weekend this year 2014. We picked that location we have good luck with super 8 and we stay in the super 8 in Deadwood SD when there on our annual vacation. Which by the way there is no comparison to the facility between the two Deadwood's a great value. We arrived in our room after a long hot day to find there is no hot water to take a shower the staff had no way of fixing it. The next mourning we still had no hot water. We came in the next night and guess what no hot water at all. The clerk said there were to many people using it. Never been in a hotel you had to schedule a shower so you could have warm water. When asked to talk to management about the situation we were told they were not available and the staff working were not able to settle disputes. I was assured the manager would call me to discuss the situation but after a week still no call I called the hotel and would you guess the manager is still not available. I left my number again and will wait to see if I hear back. I gathered from staff that they don't care about there problems and are here to just take your money and get you out of there. If you have other options for another place to stay by all means STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!

Super 8's are normally my choice of hotels while traveling because they are generally clean, comfortable, affordable, and with the amenities that I like. This particular Super 8 was a total let down. First, it seemed like there were people there that were 'residents' for lack of a better word, and people going back and forth to each others rooms. This was not so bad, was a little awkward feeling, but nothing that would really phase me too much. Second, there was a huge gap 1-2 inches, between the door and the floor so I could clearly see people's feet and hear anything going on in the hallway, this felt very unsafe and not-private as it was such a big gap. And worst, cigarette smoke was wafting from the hallway into my room. As far as I could see it was a non-smoking floor but the whole hallway reeked of smoke. I was in a non-smoking room and had to put a towel under the door to keep the smoke out and plug the gap. Third, I noticed after I arrived at my destination after a long drive the next day that I was covered in bites. I had been killing flying bugs the moment I walked in which don't bother me much, but in the morning I had found a small dead squished bug in my bed, didn't think much of it at the time, thought maybe it was a flea but I was in a hurry to get on the road so I didn't investigate too much. The bites I have are definitely from bed bugs.
