Tried to have a family weekend and got all settled into our rooms to find the room infested with bed bugs.

Great ppl working their and very friendly.

In town and close to everything and has gone amenities, good house cleaning, very clean and friendly staff.

We are suppose to be there this weekend, the one time I do a reservation via booking agent, our youngest comes down sick and mostly we won’t be making the trip! They are refusing a refund! Nothing says welcome to Peoria like crappy customer service.

Great place! Killer spot in Pekin! Very clean, very helpful courteous employees, yummy breakfast.

Good location with a few restaurants nearby. Very clean, up to date room. Friendly staff and a better than average continental breakfast. Also, has pool, small business center, and workout room.

This is a clean comfortable and quiet hotel it doesn’t get any better than this.

Very clean room, friendly staff. Breakfast was as expected. King mattress was very firm, so that may or may not be your thing. We are willing to stay here again.

It was nice, stayed here roughly 10 times. My fridge in my first room was not operational and it smelled like the inside of a cigar humidor. But they placed me in a new room to my liking and all was well.

The hotel staff was excellent! The property was very clean and well maintained.

It's ok get locked out if your not careful, elevator is slow as hell! Desk service is great n will help you get in your room if you get locked out!

The check in staff was very friendly and the place has cute amenities, such as a firm and soft pillow, white citrus products from bath and body works, free coffee, and a decent amount of choices for breakfast. The pool here has good hours and the gym is 24/7. The layout of the room is spacious and formatted in an easy way that gives guests easy access to all parts of the room.

First off I called reserved my room night before said I was gonna pay cash not with credit card they say no problem. We get there lady on night shift asks for credit card puts it in as our room gives me my room cards told her I'm paying cash she says no problem. I get my bags out come in and she says your card declined the amount for the room. I said yeah I didn't want to put the money on my card I'm paying you cash. She says they can't do that who the Heck doesn't take cash. Luckily my brother in law lives close by and he came and put it on his card and I paid him my cash for the room. Then bill was only suppose to be like 137.48 she says it's 152 dollars. So pissed they didn't let me know about the whole we charge your card but refund it when you pay cash. Never had this problem with any other Holliday inn or hotel at that. Then all the damn vending pop machines were empty on all 3 floors. While the front desk employee is sitting out from behind desk just having a ball taking to other employee. Only good thing about the place was the breakfast but as soon as we did that we were ready to get out of that poorly run business. I will never be back at your pekin holiday inn and I will also spread the word to the traveling softball league as well to. Make sure they pick a better accommodated hotel.

Love staying here when visiting family, the service is great and it easier to got to my room with 2 kids and the luggage since they have an elevator. Plus my oldest loves that they have a pool.

The hotel was very clean. The staff very helpful with anything that you ask of them. I would definitely go back. The Jacuzzi room is awesome!

No a bad place. You can usually expect the same out of a Holiday Inn. Continental breakfast was good with biscuits and gravy, pancakes & Sausage, eggs, Juice and coffee. 6 until 10. Only thing is This time of the year this hotel caters to Softball people from the near by dome, and almost all hotels but this one will start breakfast at 5am or have bags for the kids that need to leave before 6. This hotel would not. The day shift staff were not very accommodating. They acted like they were above us. Not very professional. For the price and given there are other hotels in the area, we most likely will not be back just because of the way we were treated. There were 5 teams hear this weekend and everyone was really well behaved, but the staff expected more. Remember we are paying you to stay, not the other way around. Pool and rooms were nice.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Pool is a tad small, but a nice temperature. I swam in the afternoon and had the place to myself. Lots of nearby restaurants and close to a couple stores. The breakfast had a lot of variety — oatmeal, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage, omelettes, fresh fruit, cinnamon rolls, and a variety of toasted things.

We stayed in 3 rooms, mine was an executive suite with a king size bed. It was great. The pillows were awesome. Continental breakfast was spectacular with biscuits and gravy, Coffee, pancakes, Greek yogurt, even turkey sausage options. One of the best hotel experiences I've had in a while.

Comfy room, clean. Easy to get to, although bathroom was kinda small and some of the amenities were poorly located, but nothing major. Overall a pleasant experience.

The Wi-Fi was so bad I could barely write this review. It usually takes a lot for me to rate something so low but with Wi-Fi so incredibly bad, it was an easy choice. I couldn’t do any work. Totally ruined everything I needed as a businessman. Easily the worst holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at.

The staff was amicable and always happy to help when they could, and the room was always cleaned to a pleasant, presentable experience. That being said, this location presented a very standard experience for a Holiday Inn. The Continental breakfast, though relatively fresh, had overall a disappointing taste no matter what you selected, the coffee was terrible (always far too acidic, but if you're not picky it should still suit you). Additionally, this location is particularly in the middle of nowhere, pretty far from downtown or other residential areas. (Though to be frank, I suspect you would have a lot of difficulty finding temporary lodging closer to the "heart" of Pekin. ) Completely average, a very standard Holiday Inn experience.

This is a really nice hotel, a little high on price but the breakfast kind of makes up for it.

We were there for a business meeting in the conference room. Decent size room with comfortable chairs.

Very nice staff! Rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast which was very good. Has a pool and a 24 hour fitness room. Very close to many restaurants.

Well thet had free Wi-Fi they have a swimming pool open till midnight they have a gym Open 24 hours I love it the beds are to hard for me TV was big enough. Nice people the one with the brown long hair was really nice breakfast was good.

A great find. The hotel, rooms and pool are very clean. The staff is polite and helpful. Breakfast is simple but satisfying.

Location was close to lots of stores and food options. The room was adequate, pretty standard. Breakfast was good and happy hour 2 nights a week.

Rooms were nice. Great breakfast. Only problem was the workers. My sister and her friends were swimming and they told them they had to have some on 17 or older witch is fine but when I went down there she changed the age to 18 so one of parents had to sit down there until midnight so the girls could relax and have fun after a long softball tourney weekend.

Clean and friendly. Helped setup babyshower in their breakfast room. Bathrooms were spotless.

I only spoke with one staff member during my event, but she was very nice and professional. The space was a little cramped but beautifully prepared for more people than the room was supposed to handle. Everything was just beautiful :-)

Every thing was exactly as expected. Very clean, convenient location, friendly staff.

I booked a room for a birthday party and was not told that there was a limit to how many people could be in the room. I specifically ordered a suit for the extra beds and paid $140 for the room. When we got there and went to the pool we were stopped and told we had too many people for our room. I expressed that we didn't know there was a limit and asked if they could do anything for us for another room. The girl at the front desk told us that walk ins were only $99 for the night. At that time "Linda Marie Jones" who I was told is the sales manager was called and asked to speak to me. When I told her what was going on she told me there were 2 people allowed to a bed per the fire marshal and that it was "common sense". When I asked her if they could give us a deal on another room since I already spent $140 she said she would call the general manager because it wasn't her call. She then called back and told the girl at the front desk that she would give us $10 off and that she didn't call the general manager because he would just kick us out! So overall horrible customer service, the manager lied and was insulting, and we will NEVER stay at this location again!

Nice location. Rooms were clean and price was great. My family has also had a little birthday reception here. Staff was helpful and pleasant.

My friend had her baby shower in the conference room. The front desk staff was courteous and helpful.

Lots of complaints and pool was small and weird.

Very nice location next to avantis which we ate at later that day great rooms although could have used some Lysol or spray for the bathroom the service was great didn't really have alot of interactions with the staff but definitely felt welcome to the establishment the breakfast was also great normal hotel breakfast overall great place for the time being.

Whoa. Looks like Mr Moore stayed at a different hotel! I stayed here when I cam up to interview for my new position at the hospital. It was FANTASTIC! Great and friendly staff. And the bed is oh-so-comfortable. Highly recommended if you are staying here in the Pekin area.

We stayed at this hotel while visiting FCI Pekin. Staff was awesome, we called the day before our check In to ask about checking in early because we were coming from out of state. They accommodated us and we were able to check In to our two rooms at noon. Swimming was nice, breakfast exceeded our expectations with Omelets, Pancakes, cinnamon rolls, cereals oatmeal a, fresh fruit and a large variety of beverages. Rooms were clean and free of odors. Toiletries in room were bath and body works — nice touch :) we will definitely be staying here again. Only complaint was a loud reunion party screaming loudly in the banquet room — I called down at 9:50 and the man working said he would take care of it. At 9:53 it was quiet. Thanks for an enjoyable stay! Andrea and Brittany were super friendly.

Its horrible stinks didn't even get a key they had to let me in everytime breakfast rather eat dirt.

Recommend this hotel. I had a great stay.

The entire hotel is Awsome! The staff are the best. Even surpassing the Hilton garden. Security is above standard. Even breakfast was above my expectations.

Very nice rooms and by a lot of shopping.
