I needed a hotel for a quick 3 night getaway to visit my husband who is working out of town. I booked this hotel based on location and the great reviews. I couldn’t have made a worse choice. I spent over $600 to get 2 nights of no sleep and not being able to use the amenities. I was traveling with 1 adult child, 1 underage child and myself. The first night was great. We were impressed with the kickback dinner and the customer service from the employees. Once we went to our room things went downhill pretty fast. The room was not the cleanest. There were multiple bodily stains on the couch and curtains. And, the headboard for the bed was covered in dust. There were also finger or toe nail clippings in the closet. The 2nd night my children tried to go to the hot tub but were ran out by a large party who would not make room for others and were playing extremely offensive music from a Bluetooth speaker. Unfortunately, this group ended up being our neighbors on the 5th floor. They were up partying all night long. Playing music, running down the halls, yelling and slamming doors. My grown son is autistic and sensitive to sound so as you can imagine this was a pretty big issue. The next night, we encountered the same problem. I finally called the front desk around 11:30pm and was told that it would be taken care of. The party continued much longer and I decided to move my kids into my bedroom and crank up the air to drown out the noise.

Stayed 2 nights. We couldn't use the hot tub or pool due to all the kids both nights. The staff wasnt very friendly. We were woke up in the middle of the night with people banging and yelling. This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

The staff were amazing! Check in was easy and quick! They all were smiling and you can feel they all enjoyed working their (especially the serving crew for breakfast! ). This was the best experience I have had at a hotel. I honestly can’t complain. The room was clean and perfect. I went with myself and 5 kids. And honestly the atmosphere there was very kid friendly and great! Will definitely stay there again next time we are in the area.

Love the comfortable beds. We enjoyed how nice & quiet the rooms are. The indoor/outdoor pool was lovely. Great food & drink for breakfast & happy hour. Would definitely stay again!

Great location and friendly faces.

Room was very dirty someone’s trash was shoved behind a table, when housekeeping came in they left a balled up mess of bedding, front desk never answers, family called several times and they were never where they could transfer the calls… if simple things like bedding and trash can’t be handled only god knows what kind of yuck hasn’t been cleaned off this room.

We enjoy staying here. Staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. The kids enjoy the indoor / outdoor pool and 5 O’clock kickstart and of course the hot breakfast. Great place to get away for the weekend.

The staff were very welcoming. The suite was a little small but clean. Over all it was a great stay. It was our first time the guest were friendly as well.

Overall good hotel, liked the indoor/outdoor pool for this time of year, close to great eating establishments.

We have always had great experiences at Drury Hotels. This is our first stay at the Drury in O’Fallon and we aren’t disappointed. Highly recommend this hotel.

Staff was amazing and very friendly. We are very very picky about our rooms and it was immaculate. The kids and I loved the pool as well. We love it here and highly recommend staying with them.

Great place to stay! Close to the city, access to shopping and eating. I had a stain on the comforter, alerted staff and they comped our room! Nikki at reception was amazing! Will definitely be back.

Awesome hotel! Really good breakfast cool pool (you can swim under the wall and be outside) and there's popcorn and soda all day. Very cool. Staff was incredibly friendly.

Great rooms and friendly staff. Close to the highway and several restaurants. Great breakfast and early evening buffet. Decent pool and workout room. One large conference room on main floor.

Clean. Good filling breakfast. The only downside for me was that the pool area was pretty busy with kids and that's fine but there were a bunch of small kids in the hot tub as well the whole time I waited and watched my kids. The free popcorn and soda snacks are nice too.

Excellent hotel with great staff. It is very clean and the rooms are perfect size. I would highly recommend my friends to go there. This is my first time to stay in this hotel and I am so impressed with the way the hotel is. Also great location that is close to restaurants and shopping.

We stayed at this hotel for several days. It wasn't bad. They were accommodating in getting all my family in rooms close together. We chose this hotel for their pet policy. I wouldn't say they are overly pet friendly, but more so pet tolerable. Downstairs offers food and drinks at certain times of the day, limited choices but it's there if you want it. There's also a concession area and free popcorn. There is an indoor/outdoor pool. Its tucked into a small space, but it was decent and had late enough hours. There's also a jacuzzi here. It's a good location, close to several restaurants and stores. I would stay here again.

Complimentary drinks — — YES! After a long drive, we needed one or two. Nice touch! By the way, everything's as expected. We'll come back.

We have had 5 days of personal perfection in this hotel. Everything is great. And everyone has gone out their way to accommodate all our needs over our expectations.

The staff at the Drury Inn are very professional and friendly. We have been staying at this location several times a year for the past few years and each and every time we have been extremely impressed and satisfied with our stay. Kudos to the staff.

Conveniently located. Very nice facility. The event I attended took advantage of not only a room for 2 nights, but the conference room, breakfast and the appetizers/light supper. All were great. Very friendly staff as well.

Food is delicious and everyone is super friendly. The rooms are clean and very nice. Love the fridge and microwave in each room!

Amazing Staff, very friendly. Everyone that passed me that was staff asked was my room ok, how was I enjoying my stay and really took a moment to make me feel welcomed. The breakfast was plentiful and well stocked. So was the towels in my room. The evening reception was very relaxing and stress free, This O’ Fallon location gets it, Thank You.

The reception was excellent, they gave us a little goody bag for our anniversary, the room was clean and inviting, the breakfast was delicious. Everything about this hotel was 5+ star. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for making our anniversary special.

Always love Drury Inn. Rooms are very clean. The pool is great. There is an indoor side and outdoor side of the pool. There is also a hot tub. The happy hour food and drinks is good for a lite free meal. Breakfast has always been good to include cold cereal and hot eggs and biscuits and much more. Great area with a lot to do around the hotel. Starbucks is right next door which is great.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was very professional and courteous. We brought our dog with us for a small fee. The beds were the Most Comfortable bed we have ever slept on. Free Wi-Fi no special codes needed. Hot and delicious Breakfast was offered. Room was clean. Handicapped assessible in the bathtub and shower area which is a great perk. Dispensers of Body wash, Shampoo and Conditioner in the bath tub. We definitely look forward to our next stay at this hotel. We signed up for Rewards here too. I HIGHLY Recommend this hotel to travelers.

Since the moment we walked in, we were received with outstanding customer service. The staff is super friendly. Very nice and spacious rooms which are kept very clean. Free breakfast, free dinner, and free happy hour. Prices are very reasonable and within government per diem. I highly recommend this place.

Wonderful hotel. Nice beds and great staff. I would like to suggest a time where only adults can swim. I couldn't even sit in the hot tub because there was so many kids in it.

My fiance and our 4 children stayed here to be close to St. Louis Children's hospital for our 11mo who had 2 day appointments… We HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay. Safety was our main concern. The hotel is conveniently located near everything you would need (food, target, gas, Walmart… Starbucks lol). The staff is amazing and the hotel is clean! A breath of fresh air from any other hotel we have ever stayed in. We will be back for sure!

Came here for a couple conferences and those rooms are huge. The accommodations on the inside are very nice as well including the food options. It’s located in a great spot right by interstate 40/64. I’m typically loyal to Marriott but when I do stay somewhere else this is a great option and really the only good option in that specific area in my opinion.

Clean and comfortable. I got a room with dinner included but breakfast was at separate charge. Way better strategy than breakfast included and I literally never have time to eat it. Stayed for business purpose but here were families with kids too.

Staff was exceptional! Great perks w kick back meal, breakfast. Food selection was great and tasted great as well. A boil order was in effect over our stay and the staff went above and beyond to make accommodations!

The rooms were very clean and comfortable. We had one issue with the room, and Adam was very responsive and addressed all of our concerns. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Great place! Breakfast is perfect! The Drury Inn helped with information I needed each time I arrived and left. Only 10 minute easy drive to McKendree! If our daughter does select McKendree, we will always stay at the Drury! Thanks Drury for your hospitality!

Located right off I-64 with great access to the O'Fallon Sports complex. Plenty of parking at this 7 story hotel. Restaurants closely located, bit you shouldn't need it with the great breakfast in the morning. Bicuits and gravy, sausage, cereal, oatmeal, eggs, juice and coffee. Also, the 5:30 kickback happy hour which has drinks, baked potato bar, soup, hot dogs, and pasta. Room on second floor was quiet and roomy. A little bit of a wait for the elevator during morning checkout rush. Pool had an indoor and outdoor area.

The hotel was nice overall. It looked recently furnished. The carpet was plush and new and the room felt clean. The are has options for food. I would go again.

Very clean, great breakfast in morning, great kick back evening free meal (with 3 free adult beverages) great room with military discount! The only turn off was the unfriendliness of ONE person at check in and out desk. It only takes that ONE person for a guest too NOT return…

Remodeled at the beginning of 2017… Everything was immaculate, friendly staff and while we were there, a breakfast and a dinner buffet. Dinner was so good (and free) that we chose dining at the hotel rather than going out for dinner. Also three bar drinks per night were included per adult. We'll stay there again for sure!

Room look new and modern. Great staff! Hot breakfast, dinner and free popcorn included with stay! (All hotels should do this! ) The only problem I had was the bathroom. There was toilet paper in the toilet that someone didn't flush. Not sure if that means my the toilet wasn't cleaned before we checkin.? The knobs and drains in the bathroom needed a cleaning, they yellow stuff around them. And shower glass door had not been cleaned, the door had streaks everywhere.

Our family of 5 stayed in a two queen suite in June. This was a good layover for us on a longer trip. The hotel was clean and modern. The staff was friendly. It had a large continental breakfast with good hot and cold food choices. The cocktails and kickstarters were welcome after a long drive. Our room was spacious, well designed, and comfortable.

Great food. Love the happy hour they provide. I don't have to be stuck inside my room, they have a nice outdoor pool and patio. Makes it more enjoyable. Clean and professional service.

The staff at Drury Inn were wonderful. We had to get a roll away bed at 12:30 pm in the middle of the night and the staff member brought it up right away. It was a beautiful hotel. Rooms, kick start food, breakfast, pool and hot tub were wonderful. Our kids enjoyed going under the wall to get from the inside pool to outside pool. Beautiful hotel with top notch rooms, food and amenities. The staff at the hotel were all friendly and helpful. Would recommended the hotel to all my family and friends.

Excellent room, service, pool, and breakfast. I wish that I had the opportunity to stay in this hotel more often. Really enjoyed it. The access to 64 is excellent. I would highly recommend.

Very nice hotel! We booked a room with two queens on a whim as we were moving. They were able to accommodate my two dogs and a cat for a small fee and made us feel welcome.

Very nice hotel, bedrooms nice and Comfortable. Breakfast a little boring same thing daily, might want to try to change things up a little.

Easily accessible from highway. Very courteous staff and very personable. Have stayed here multiple times for business and will continue to choose this hotel.

Always like to Drury Inns and this place is no exception. Rooms are clean staff is great and a fresh breakfast buffet. They also have a happy hour at 5 p. M. If you're into that.

Clean, relatively quiet (really busy hotel! ) and great location. Even though the hotel is new it just seems dated. Rooms are somewhat dark with ok lighting in the shower. Seems to be the trend in most hotels. Lobby is nice and a large eating area. Kind of a typical "standard" hotel. I see the 9+ ratings on websites and that makes me expect a Ritz or Westin… not even close.

Between the comfortable rooms, free evening snacks and great amenities, the Drury Inn is a surprise to first timers in its hospitality.

Always very helpful personnel. Our 6th return to this particular Drury Hotel & Suites. Plan on returning in June & again in August. All areas kept very clean.

They took out money for two nights pluse over a hundred dollars said they would put the money back in my account never has bow they say they lost that transaction and now wants a bank statement kinda crazy how is it there and then just gone… never had this problem with comfort inn… my first visit to dury… won't go back how do u lose over 100.00

Room and facility was awesome. What bothered me is the vending machines have drinks 4+ months after expiration date. I used a 3rd party booking agent and my confirmation stated one room for two nights. Arrived at the hotel to find two rooms for one night. Hotel cancelled the one room and did an extended stay for the other. BUT, I was charged for three nights. Not having any luck getting my money back. Drury Hotel says it's my bank. Now I have to contest the charge.

We stayed in a suite and were very pleased with our stay. We always try to book a drury inn when we go places. You can't beat the value, especially when you take into account the fact that you get dinner and breakfast!

Spent the night February 7th and had several little girls with me and the staff was phenomenal! From assisting us with getting more towels to helping seat us for dinner and breakfast. I want to especially give a shout out to Terri (Black woman with blonde hair in the front, who works in the BOH) she was amazing and so sweet and helpful. Also a shout out to DJ and Jaime! We'll be contacting the general manager to rave about how awesome our stay was!

The hotel is very clean and the staff is great. There were a lot of people because it was New year's eve but everything was great.

Lovely rooms and amazing staff. Clean accommodations and prompt service. Complementary breakfast and dinner that were very satisfying. Free drinks and free Wi-Fi were surly a bonus. I would definitely stay again.

I am truly amazed about this hotel. Usually only one person working desk. They have 5 — 6 people, asking about my stay, my day. It's been a great experience.

Perfectly located where I needed. Taget, walmart, and several eateries just around the corner. No problems with the room, staff, or services provided.
