Amazing! Great service, food and drinks were super!

The suite wasn’t what we expected & we didn’t get the one we booked. No daily cleaning. No coffee/tea in the lobby. The breakfast was ok but they ran out of bacon. The coffee ran out by 9:00 and they said they wouldn’t be making any more although breakfast was til 9:30. All around I would give a rating of 5 out of 10.

Best experience ever! From the time we walked through the door we were greeted nicely and handed our key! Had the pool to ourselves, and currently snuggled in our room watching cable on the big screen! Everything is so nice and neat in the room! I love it here and recommend you have at least a night here to relax.

Omg where to begin, this was the first “Hyatt house” we’ve ever stayed at, thanks to theses “jerks” my wife has the expectation to stay at a Hyatt house from now on when we’re on a vacation. The staff here was great and friendly. Treated you with respect, was very helpful in finding a good pizza place locally, the room was amazing and huge and the kitchen setup in the room was perfect to make you feel like you were at “home” my wife was mad to find out that the next night we were staying at a different Hyatt and the next Hyatt was a letdown. So I think we have found our new go to Hyatt for when we stay in Chicago. The parking lot was kinda trashed after some of the people staying there threw there trash in the parking lot but that was the only bad thing I can say about this location.

This was definitely a great overnight stay. The room we stayed in was spacious and although the hotel was full, there wasn't a lot of noise. Breakfast was good, but the orange juice was too sweet.

Loved the hotel, very clean, pet friendly, great location, highway access and a decent breakfast in the am… we loved our omelet maker (think his name was Vince)! We had a refrigerator that was not working, and they moved us into an upgraded room. The front desk staff was attentive…

Friendly, clean, new hotel. Staff was warm and welcoming. Rooms were comfortable, clean, with very comfy beds. Nice common area and breakfast. Would recommend for travel in the area.

I am SO very impressed with this hotel. Super clean, eco-friendly, very nice hotel. The rooms are large, studio type, with a nice kitchen area. The rooms and the common areas were nicely decorated, and it is clear this is a newer hotel. The staff were very accommodating and welcoming, wanting to ensure whatever issues you may have are addressed. I stayed two nights, plus we had meetings in their meeting rooms — — top notch all the way. I was chatting with the front desk and they shared that this is Hyatt's extended stay hotel format, which they have done a beautiful job executing. Not sure where the negative reviews are stemming from. I interacted with a few of the staff from the front desk to maintenance and they clearly want to provide the friendliest, best service possible. I will definitely be back as often as I travel to this area.

As someone who has traveled profusely for 20+ years I was very impressed with the cleanliness and layout of this hotel and its rooms. Beds were wonderfully comfortable! As a veterinarian I was so happy to find this high quality hotel not only welcomed my dogs, but has chosen decor, flooring, and furniture that is smart and easy to keep clean! Wonderful grounds as well. We will definitely make Hyatt House our number one choice when we travel with our fur kids in the future!

This past weekend me and a lot of family stayed at the Oakbrook location for me and my husbands wedding weekend and everyone constantly complimented our hotel choice. The rooms were great, very clean and fully stocked with amenities. The staff from housekeeping to the front desk were so polite and welcoming. We will be visiting again very soon. Thank you Gladys, Cynthia, Heaven Leigh, and a special thank you to Justin for my beautiful bouquet of flowers he had sent up to me on my wedding day. You all gave superb service and it’s very much appreciated… see ya soon!
