Nice clean hotel. Friendly staff.

The staff here is the best. Our room was very nice but if you stay here make sure you stay on the parking lot side. The road can be a bit noisy.

Wonderful experience at this Hampton Inn, friendly, courteous and welcoming staff. Ms. Zee in Reception was so helpful, courteous, considerate and welcoming to guests not only to us, to some other guests that we noticed. All other staff in Reception throughout out our stay were courteous and welcoming and pleasant, young person in Breakfast area was also so courteous, over all best experience we ever had at any Hampton inn hotels. I congratulate the management who hired all these wonderful welcoming staff.

I enjoyed my stay here in town for work. Hotel was clean and service was excellent, as I tend to expect from Hilton hotels. Location was great, plenty of places to walk to for food or entertainment. Although I wasn't in town for it, I would imagine this being a great hotel to stay at for a football game.

Great, clean rooms. Our family was arriving around three in the morning, and after calling the front desk earlier, they were very accommodating and friendly. Breakfast buffet had a pretty good selection. Amazing stay with the bill coming under$100

From the moment we checked into the hotel, to the moment we checked out, was a wonderful experience. The young gentleman working the dining area was very helpful and genuinely nice. In addition to, the three different men working the front desk during our stay were all very accommodating as well. The hotel was very clean and modern. We will definitely come back!

The Hampton Inn & Suites West Lafayette is a brand new hotel at Wabash Landing, within walking distance of both downtown Lafayette and the Purdue University campus. All of the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and made the experience very pleasant. I went for Purdue graduation weekend, and the hotel offered many free cookies and candies to celebrate. The rooms are new and clean. Breakfast was included and excellent, and there is also an indoor saltwater pool. Would definitely recommend!

We had GREAT service, the room was VERY clean, big comfy beds! Had an emergency & had to leave early, the manager was very helpful & considerate… will DEFINITELY be going back.

Had 4 rooms booked here for an event on Purdue's campus and was notified by Purdue the day prior to the event, that with incoming weather, event might be canceled. I called the hotel to ask about cancellation policy and of course, I could not get through. Their phones were down! I went to Facebook and messaged them. The response was immediate with an apology for the phone issue and an offer to help. After explaining my situation, the hotel representative, Rachel, gave me her PERSONAL cell number to call once we knew if the event was canceled. It was. I called back and still could not get through so I did call her personal number! Long story short, Rachel had already spoken to the manager about the situation and my credit card was not charged for the last minute cancellation which was outside the normal cancellation policy. Thank you Rachel for going above and beyond to help me out! Every time we come to campus, this will be our first choice of hotels! With service like that, why stay anywhere else?
