Review of Country Inn & Suites 3*

First got there after a three hour drive arrive at 230 in the morning and I go to use the bathroom and there is a 2 inch long by 1/4 inch wide smear of human feces. Next the shower curtain wouldn't stay closed because the rod was falling out of the wall. Next the toilet paper wouldnt stay in the holder because it was broke. Then I get double charged for one night, so they had $309.66 off of my card for one night and a $15 incidental for the previous night that was paid ahead of time, there went my spending money cause I was double charged and didn't get the second charge released for a week. Then the manager was told ahead of time that I want to speak with him and I still stood there for 30 minutes waiting on him. After I told him of the issues he said he would send someone up right away. We finally had to leave 4 hours and 15 minutes after the manager said right away, we were gone six hours sometime in that 6 hours we were gone they finally fixed the shower curtain rod so it wasn't a hazard. I've been trying to reach the owner because I don't believe I should have paid over $200 for two nights and walked in to poop litterally. And to have over $300 off my card for a week for one night since the first night was paid weeks ahead of time. Also when I asked the manager for the owners info he told me they don't have access to that information. Excuse me but if your the general manager I know you have this information. Its Been over a week and still can't get anyone to assist me I'm very angry and I've been scarred from staying at hotels from the risk of having something on my toilet seat or dangerous hazards in the bathroom that my infant child goes in. This place doesn't even deserve a 1 star worst place I've ever been in my life!
