They were supposed to credit my card due to cleanliness and rudeness. Charged my card twice. Disturbed us trying to get us to leave prior to check out. Never again.

We booked a room for 2 nights for the indy 500, hall carpet looks like it hadn't been swept in months room carpet wasn't much cleaner, get to our room and find the A/C running but room not cool due to window left open, the next day while gone housekeeping or someone is in the room, garbage was emptied and dirty towels taken and no clean towels returned, no sweeping the floor or changing the bed sheets, but the A/C did get shut off so we had a nice warm room to come back to, go elsewhere people and dont waste your time on this dump!

We have stayed here many times. The staff is quick to address any issues or concerns.

The service was nothing to brag about. The room was ok, beef comfortable enough to sleep but the tub was filthy. The tub was beyond being able to be cleaned, it needed to replace.

Just okay, nothing special. Clean rooms, front desk staff luke warm but does acknowledge your presence. Competitive nightly rate. Only minuses are the rooms aren't very well insulated for sound and you're likely to hear people in the hallway walking by. Biggest compliant is that while they offer a free breakfast they don't restock the items. Once the bagels, muffins, bread, cream cheese, and butter are gone they're gone for the day (this also includes the milk for cereal).

Don't stay. Rooms are very old and not clean. I switched across the street to drury inn. Very nice.

The staff was very friendly. Lots of noise. I could hear when my neighbors were in the shower and walking down the hall. The worst was the remodeling that started at 7am outside my window and went all day until 7pm. The breakfast was ok. The room was a mixture of old and new. Some lights did not work and the toilet was so loud that I could not hear the TV over it.

Great place to stay. Beds are comfortable. The people at front desk were awesome. We would stay again. And our dog could stay with us.

Super friendly staff and a solid breakfast with eggs, sausage, fruit, cereal, yogurt etc. Lost a star because the room should have been cleaned better over the years.

Good motel at reasonable prices. Friendly and helpful staff. Basic breakfast included.

This happened at another comfort site but still same dumb policy. Family member missed their connecting flight at 9:30pm. Called to cancel a room that they booked way in advance. As a businessman myself advanced pay and the fact they are planning to stay another night 3 days from then I would take care of my customer regardless of a 24hr policy. These policies are not in place for you if you if you miss your connecting flight that you have know control over how the airport changes your flights. Make sure you ask about the policy before you book and if this is their policy then go somewhere else. I will not stay at a comfort suites that does not care about family that has saved money to fly to Indiana from California to see their nieces graduation.

My room had trash in it when I walked in. A glance at the furniture in my room showed bugs on it. I left immediately. This place is far from clean. Do not stay here.

I booked my room 2 weeks in advance. Requested early check in, which they told me was not guaranteed. I came on time at 3pm. The lady at the desk said my room was not ready because they was short on housekeeping which has nothing to do with me. Then she said my room would not be ready for another hour. She was very nonchalant in did not care that I was upset, did not even apologize for the inconvenience. The reason I got the room for my 6 year daughter sleepover party and I was looking for a hotel with a pool. She told the pool was closed. What a disappointment. When I made my reservation I explain all of this, not one time did the representative say anything about the pool being closed. After calling all over the place for a room because every hotel was booked after 3 hours I found one available Downtown. Such a inconvenience. I would never come to this hotel again or even refer anybody. No one even called me still to apologize. It’s a shame.

Please run from this property. 1 star is too good! 1st time in Indy. Hotel is not very clean. Only one housekeeper on staff for entire building during my stay. No cable in rooms. Went to get ice, and there were other particles in my ice that we’re unidentifiable. I informed front desk, all the fat black dude said was that the machines were not working. Shouldn’t there hav been a sign that said that? Bathroom had spots on the wall. Tub was dirty. I always check for bedbugs. Fortunately, there were none. My kids were angry the pool was closed. So was I. $200 room no cable, no pool, NOT HAPPY! Breakfast: Juice dispenser dispensed a black speck in my cup. What was that? Overall, if you have to stay here make sure you ask about cable, the pool, ice machine, clean tubs, exterminators last visit, and parking lot. Someone had their back window busted out and valuables stolen. No good review here…

We usually would stay here when we'd come to Indianapolis. We come often from out of state having been to the city 5x in the last 18 months. This last time we stayed here we were really displeased. The bathroom had mold on the walls in between the tiles. I've never had that happen. This isn't just a little mold either it was visible throughout the entire shower. I am unsure if we'll be returning. We ended up staying another night and choice to stay at a different hotel.

My room was clean and spacious. The front desk was very courteous every time we have stayed there. I agree it could use a little updating, but over all it was a nice stay. I left in a hurry to try and beat the snow storm that was starting to hit. I'd stay again.

The blinds cover the heater. The heater didn't blow good and it took 3 hours for the room got warm and it was still kinda chilly. Buttons missing from the jacuzzi. But the bed made up for alot.

Mediocre breakfast but a good internet speed. The beds are pretty comfortable and a staff is quite nice. I will also say that it's in a pretty good part of Indianapolis with plenty of food options around.

Stay clear from this hotel, me and my hubby booked a room with a hot tube and it was beyond dirty. It was tons of hair is the shower, the floors by the door was wet, and nasty spots on the bedding. When calling the front desk kim could not transfer us rooms because she said there wasn't any hot tube rooms available. She then arrived at our hotel door with bleach wipes and start cleaning my room. Then told me to ask Jash the manager when I check out for a refund. Jash was not there when I check out, I have been calling the hotel all day and finally got the "manager" Jash. I told him my issue, and without an apology he asked for my name and number to verify my story with kim. Its been over 6hrs and no call back. I have called 2 times and they will not answer my call. I will never stay with choice hotels… so upset.

This hotel is an absolute joke. I would not recommend it to anyone. First when we arrived, our room was 80+ degrees, it felt like a sauna. We blasted the cool air all night but still couldn’t get it to a comfortable temperature. Secondly, our room was provided with four pillows, all which were flat as a pancake. Next, we stayed here because my husband was in town having a medical procedure. Once his medical procedure was complete, we needed ice and some extra pillows because he was fairly immobile. The hotel staff informed us that all ice machines were broken and there was no way they could get us any ice. Also, we were informed there were no extra pillows in the entire hotel. As a result, I had to drive to Walmart to buy a couple extra pillows and a bag of ice.

I will never stay at another hotel owned by this company again. You turned my sister and her wife away because they are a married lesbian couple just wanting to get a few days of rest in while their premature newborn son is in NICU at St. Vincent Hospital fighting for his life. Shame on you for allowing your employee to treat paying guests with such discrimination over and over again because she's a BIGOT …

This is a terrible place to stay. Racist bigots stuck in 1950. Go to the Hilton or Raddison.

It was nice. However, as I was leaving in the morning, someone had their back window busted out. Be careful, don't leave anything in your vehicle if you can. If you can't, spend the money to go somewhere safer.

This hotel is definitely overdue for an upgrade. The room we stayed in did not look like what I reserved online. The comforter was stained. The TV was not working properly. The sleeper sofa did not fit the space. There were no extra beddings. The bath tub was gross. There was rust around the tub. The ceiling had peeling paint. The front desk staff did not have any answers to questions and could not resolve issues. The front desk staff was not available to answer the phone every time we called for assistance. There is no fitness room. There is only an outdoor pool.

The location of this hotel is perfect with a 24 hour Denny's across the street and a Costco to fill up on gas for a long drive. Not the fanciest hotel, but perfect for the price and a short stay. Breakfast was delicious, room was clean, and staff was friendly.

I came during the week in September. The gentleman at the front desk was pleasantly helpful. Plenty of places were near by to choose from to eat. The room was a little dated, but overall it was satisfying. Breakfast was more than enough to have me back again. There was also free Wi-Fi which allowed me to get work done while I was eating.

Check in was great, the reception guy was helpful. That was the only good thing about this place. It smells… wet?! The carpet is dirty, there are crumbs on the TV stand and hair in the bath and on the toilet. It is pretty run down and there is rust on several of the metal. The pillows are even wet feeling. Also it is kinda a run down area maybe? There was some kind of weird thing going on in the parking lot right outside of my room. A couple in a car messing around and then just standing outside loitering in the parking lot at 1am. I wish I had just spent the $30 extra bucks for a nicer place, it would have been worth the peace of mind.

When I made the reservation I requested a king bed with a roll away. I called back a couple days later to add any additional night and found that 2 rooms where booked instead of 1. The gentleman I spoke to was great in fixing this and confirming the reservation. He did apologize and commented that this happens often when booking online. When we got to the hotel we were told that a roll away is a first come first serve and they were out. When I asked about The reservation she asked if I booked online. I advised that I did but also called in and added a night and confirmed it was with a roll away. I was told that The guy must not have checked and they were all spoken for. The only other option was 2 double beds and that would not work for our group. It was too late to go look for another hotel so one of us had to sleep on the floor. Once we were settled I went to get ice. The ice maker on the first floor barely gave ice and when I went to the 3rd floor a note was on the machine that it was broken and to get ice at the front desk back at the 1st floor of course! Both nights we were there the power went out in the middle of the night. This highly concerned us since my dad has an LVAD and needs power for his device 24/7. Last but not least, When we went to check out they had charged us for the roll away bed and the woman at the desk didn't know how or couldn't remove it so she had to wait for the manger to walk by so she could have her help.

My stay was from July 21-23. The hotel is outdated. Check-in was disappointing, customer service was bad through out our stay. Ran out of ice and was told didn't know when some more will be. Had to wait on clean towels. Rooms had plumbing issues, one family member had to change rooms. One of the rooms has badly frayed carpet. The worst for all who stayed in my group was finding and being bit by BEDBUGS, killed and kept to show. Never once able to talk to the General manger. Made complaint to the front desk staff and corporate office. Refund requested.

Nice place friendly staff the breakfast lady went out her way to make sure we happy and had cold drinks for the long trip home for the kids we be returning cause of her.

Do not never go there checked in friday the stool was stopped up. Need up graded. Switched us to a room with damn bed bugs. We had a total of 6 rooms and 4 had bed bugs terrible experience.

EXCELLENT front desk staff! We had a couple of unavoidable issues that were addressed and taken care of immediately. We stay in hotels 10 months out of the year, and although this is an older hotel, it is clean and very comfortable. Will definitely come back to this location… as this is our third year in a row here working the BY400.

Very clean, quiet area with several different restaurant to choose from. Easy access to interstate with an abundance of shopping near by. The beds are heavenly and of course the complimentary full breakfast is award winning. I can't express enough how impressed I am with the cleanliness of our room. Dining area and lobby also clean.

Bed had been slept in. Staff accused me of swearing. Told me he'd get me another king room
But did not. Staff mimicked me. Horrible!

The hotel is located on a main road with plenty of restaurants and stores to choose. Breakfast is provided, including scrambled eggs, sausage patties, make your own waffle, oatmeal, cereal, muffins, bagel's and some fruit. Coffee and tea is available as well. The hotel isn't the newest, but is kept clean. The staff at the check-in were very friendly. This hotel was an a decent enough option, that gave access to downtown Indianapolis with about a 15 min drive.

Average room. First room we were going to stay in was dirty when we got it. Shampoo bottle on the bottom of the tub. String holding door closed. Second room was much better.

We were pleased with our two stays at this hotel which were one week apart. The desk clerk Kimberly (both times) was very friendly, cheerful and answered all our questions. Rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The only suggestion I would have is that there should be grab bars by the tub .

No room service. Had to go down to the front desk and get new towels. No apology or explanation. Elevator out of order — and of course I was on the top floor. Found a pile of what I believe to be chocolate chips on the floor.? I paid for a suite but what I got was a room with a couch and chair thrown in. Does that make it a suite? Let's see, what else? Stairwell smelled musty and smoky. The shower head spits out water somewhat like a kitchen faucet. Toilet doesn't flush well. Ok that's enough. Oh I almost forgot, the Applebee's next door sucks.

It was an OK experience with the fact that the hotel was being remodeled and the elevator was up… I say if you're going to get rollaway bed you're better call geting taking a sleeping bag or something or air bad excetera the rollaway bed was horrible that we received in her room. But over all I would stay at this hotel again!

This place sucked. The elevator was broken, the staff unhelpful, and I had to argue to get my discount honored. The stairwell smelled like smoke, and the hallway was dirty. Stay literally anywhere else nearby.

This place was NOT worth what I paid for it. The front desk service was not very friendly. There were blood stains on the sheets. The bathtub looked like it hadn't been bleached ever. The toilet clogged and when I went to talk to the front desk, she handed me a plunger and I had to unclog it. Most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed at. Would not recommend staying here.

Great service by lady who took care of our check in, went the extra mile for us on last minute stay, wish I remember her name.

A/C was quiet, turned off when heater not active. Restroom was decent. Breakfast was a good one. This particular hotel exceeded my expectations as what I expected from ordinary comfort inns.

My stay was nice and pleasant, there were no issues with it. The staff was nice and friendly. The room was clean and orderly with no issues. I would stay there again for one night.

We had a very nice stay room was clean, no indoor pool but that was fine. Went down for my son's spring break from school, the desk staff could be a bit more observant to patrons walking through to go to their rooms.

I stayed at this hotel a few weeks ago because of a storm that came through the area. I was originally in the Drury Inn located not too far from this hotel but due to a power outage, they relocated all of the guest from their hotel to the Comfort Inn. I would not recommend anyone staying at this hotel. If there is anywhere else to stay in the area, I would choose to do so. The manager and front desk employees need to step up a bit. Lacks professionalism and hotel needs to be renovated. I was able to use my AAA card and get a discount but even at that, it wasn't worth it.

Decent place to stay for a night or two.

Very disappointing. I asked the front desk to make sure that the cleaning person got to our room at 12:00 p. M. As we had a do not disturb sign on our door early in the morning. I reminded the front desk about reminding them again at 3:00 before we left for a game. Much to my dismay, we walked in to our room @ 9:30 p. M. And the room was not made. Infuriating! : — (

Well. Me and my friend as soon we got to the room. It was smelling like there is been smoking in it. Even worse. Anyway they changed the room but still it was smelling bad. Bathroom was tight and needs maintinance. Room is fair.

This hotel was conveniently located and very affordable. However, the room (despite being non-smoking) smelled like smoke, and we found several roaches in our room and bathroom. Would definitely recommend looking at other hotels in the area or paying a little more for someplace cleaner.

This is now our favorite place to stay when we visit Indianapolis. Our most important criteria is that the hotel be clean and the room here are clean. The rooms are a comfortable size although the bathrooms are a bid 'cozy'. The staff is friendly and helpful. The free breakfast is acceptable, similar to other free hotel breakfasts.

Nice room. Even tho there was a party in the hallway once the door shut it was silent. Everyone was friendly.

My wife and son stayed at this hotel while I was in the Hospital for a major surgery, a few blocks away. The room was nice and clean, the price was right and it was very convenient for them to visit me. Here is the catch, when she got home and checked our bank account the hotel had taken out more that double what the room was supposed to cost. If someone cuold tell me how a $120.00 bill turned into $267.00 I would appreciate it. When my wife questioned the hotel about it, their excuse was that they always take out a little more than the bill to make sure they got their money. I called Bull$*^) t. When the lady at the desk directed the phone call to the manager and told her that he was there, he neglected to answer his phone. Finally after a threatening contact the corporate offices about their practices the bill was corrected 2 days later. Needles to say that when my wife came back a couple of days later to stay 2 more nights and pick me up to go home, she did not stay here. So my suggestion if you are going to stay here PAY CASH so you don't get screwed out of money, even if only for a few days! Tracy Riser.

Has a pretty good continental breakfast. Has limited vending and machines only take change (maid said this was the vending company not the hotel. ) Beds were more comfortable than expected with choice of firm or soft pillows. Lots of TV channels including HBO and Lodgenet service. Stayed in a smoking room so it was a little stained from nicotine. Not bad for the price though. Our double bed smoking room without fridge and microwave was $52 before taxes.
