The man who checked us in was wonderful, so accommodating. Staff was friendly. Room was clean and spacious. Smelled good. Only thing was an electrical outlet was needed on both sides of the bed. There was only ones on the left side. The kitchenette was so convenient! Having an extra sink is nice!

Clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Have stayed here many times and will continue to stay here when in the area. Each time we come, it's like 'coming home'. Staff is that welcoming.

I love this place e my only issue is there are not enough outlets! The staff are all friendly and it's always clean and the beds are comfortable. Plus it's very easy to get to. I feel like I need to bring a power strip with me next time…

Aside from a really nice man named Edward at the front desk, nothing about this place is even remotely positive. The hotel is only about 10 minutes from downtown, but still manages to feel like you’re in a part of the city that has been abandoned. There are potholes the size of craters all over the road in and the parking lot. The hotel itself looks like It was built in 1970 and left there. The “gym” is about 12 square feet with equipment that doesn’t work. The pool was green most of the time. The other tenants were not the most upstanding people (which I know isn’t necessarily the hotels fault. Business is Business but still…) and the whole place smelled like weed for about 2 days. Also, the customer service was next to none. I left a necklace in my room that was very special to me, and called the very same day, and was told that no one but the GM handled lost and found, and to call back when she was in. It took me 5 days to finally get ahold of her, and when I did, she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I had to call again the next day only for here to tell me that nobody had it and it couldn’t have been in the room because someone cleaned it and would have seen it, even though this wasn’t an “I think I left something here, can you check? ” Situation. It was an “I left something in this exact spot that looks exactly like this. Can you grab it because I 100% know it’s there” situation.

Noticed there were drainage issues in the bathtub when I arrived and had already unpacked. Front desk rep put us up in another room free and quickly with no static. That was nice. Simple and clean. No frills. Pool was nice. Front lobby sitting area was nice too.

Front desk person gave the key to my room to a person I have a restraining order against. He went to the desk ask for a key and they gave it to him. Just because she seems him follow me down the hall begging me to please stop doesn't mean that we're friendly and he should be allowed in my room. And then when I ran out and left with my children he remained in my room well the police came and the lady at the desk never told the police he wasn't registered it to the room my phone number was on my registration I got no phone call all my belongings all my children's belongings were in the room and needless to say when I called a few hours later I was informed that she had left and taking everything with him and that I had another night on my stay but could not return to the hotel. I hope both of these this in contact me because I am contacting a lawyer. Stay away from this place apparently they Advocates domestic violence against women and if they're not advocating it they testing Italy aided and abetted in it and when I say day I mean the evil woman that gave my key to my abuser.

I had a great stay here. The room was very nice with the amenities being very useful. The staff here is very polite, friendly and helpful. The next time I pass through Indianapolis I will look forward to staying here.

We came to Indianapolis on a school campus tour. We had a great experience. The staff were super friendly, the rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. What more could you ask for? If my child chooses UIndy as his college destination I will be sure to book here each time I come to visit.

This review is for your employee Jim from the moment I walked through the door he spoke to me like a person not just a customer he adapted to my situation I brought here tonight to the hotel in which my 14 daughter was having a birthday party and he never told the kids they were being to loud he let them have fun and I appreciate that the most. Thank you Jim very much.

The staff are friendly, helpful in all ways possible. They're jyst off of Keysone Avenue in Indianapolis and I'd recommend them 100%

Most nasty dirty disgusting room ever booked me into a nasty dirty suite girl at the front desk was mouthy rude ghetto VERY UNPROFESSIONAL banged on are door yelled said your checking out in ten minutes right offered me my room for half price if I would clean it myself.

Pleasant surprise. Clean and comfortable. A good value for the price. Convenient access to interstate and less than 15 minutes to downtown.

Well appointed and spacious rooms that are generally quite clean and in good condition. The location is close to the interstate and food, but far enough off the road to be relatively quiet and not overly crowded. Would definitely stay here again!

Solid 3/5. Apart from older decor and a non functional AC this building meets all the needs for any travel to the Indiana Convention Centre. It is maybe a 8m drive. They have free Wi-Fi and hot breakfast which is very nice. Would actually stay here again with hopes the next room has AC that works.

Very disappointed! I travel A LOT for work and the only reason they got 2 stars is because the room was clean (ish). I called in the morning and made a reservation for a King room for 86 dollars after giving all my information over the phone she said I was all set for tonight. Once I arrived I waited 30 minutes to check in not because the guy was friendly and talkative but because he didn't seem to know what he was doing. I handed him my CC, ID, and choice privilege and then he wanted to argue that I didn't give it to him only for it to be on the desk in front of him. Then he said I had no reservation. Once he put in a new one for me he had to redo it because he forgot my choice privilege card… Then he hands me my bill for 100 plus so I asked him and he said he would leave a note for the manager. I walked up to my room and look online and it's 75 for my same room. I have to be honest this was beyond frustrating and annoying. Probably won't come back to this location ever again.

Very clean non smoking… friendly and helpful. A nice hot or cold free breakfast. Big pool indoors they need a hot tub. I ordered wake up call for 8am they called at 7:20am uggg. Overall very nice place. Very in expensive too. Would go again!

We stayed there for 8 days while my mother was in hospice, the staff and management was absolutely amazing to us. We came there knowing them all as strangers and left there knowing them as family. If we needed anything they got it And went the extra mile to make us as comfortable as possible. Can't wait to see you all again under better circumstances. Well to day ill be going to the supper eight, I called up asking if their was a place to park my truck, the guy was rude from the git go. So my money is not good here even though I make well over a hundred grand a year and am in the general area 3 times a week, will never git my business, fire that guy its 630 in the evening, who ever was ancering the phone at that time should be fired your going to loose money.

The place can look a little run down if you're one for the finer details. That being said, the rooms are warm and inviting. They offer free Wi-Fi along with a TV with free on demand shows. The pool, fitness room and dining/living space is a little cramped.

The room is nice. There is basic cable with a few on demand shows, staff is friendly. They have a gym. We stay here every year. God bless.

As a guest for one night I was not impressed. The cart to bring up luggage was loose, and difficult to maneuver. If you don't keep the turning wheels in front you can't use it. The AC did not cool my room at all. The only good part was the pool, while small did provide enough room for an enjoyable time with fellow travelling partners.

This hotel was nice. You could tell it was an older hotel that they've put some money into updating. New carpet throughout, however the smell from the adhesive was a little much. Overall, it wasn't bad. Breakfast had a nice selection. My only complaint is there there was no fridge or microwave in the room.

It's a typical comfort inn. The rooms are clean however, there was a bit of a smell in my room. Smelled kind of like Indian food. There isn't much around in terms of sites or restaurants so be prepared to travel 15 minutes or so for some decent food.

Checked in at 4:00am used my corporate lodging card. At check in I was told by the front desk I did not have to be out by 11:am I had room till the following day. 7 hours later at 11:05am as I'm in the shower someone is violently beating on my door. I open door and am told by hotel staff " Get the F#@k out or they are calling police". Tried to explain situation and was told again. The same thing. Have never been so disrespected by hotel in my life and I use hotels four days a week for work. Comforts inn lost all my future business as well as the other 1000 drivers at my company who use them 4 days a week.

It is exactly what it is suppose to be… a Comfort Inn… my daughters and I spent the day at the museum and needed a room on the fly. Jim at the front desk made it happen at a fair price. The room is great, the pool was refreshing and breakfast tomorrow is free. The girls are taking me to the Zoo in the morning and we are only minutes away… would come back in a heartbeat!

Front desk attendant was a good guy. Room was clean and the breakfast was ok. I would definitely recommend against using the ice machine thigh.

The stay itself was nice, breakfast was decent. However, I'm upset because I've left my phone cord in the room and have been on a mission to have it delivered to my home address in Canada. I've asked the hotel if they could send it to me but I was told that I will need to pre-order a shipping label and arrange pickup through UPS or the Post office on my own. I've called around and only the UPS is able to pick up the package and deliver with a fee of $20! I can't believe the lack of customer service from this hotel.

Clean. Friendly staff. Nice bed and nice pillows. Shower head looked a little old and beat up but water looked fine and I think the head was just worn out.

Room was very nice. Breakfast very good. Fitness room needs updated.

I didn't even up staying there. Me and boyfriend and his brother and his wife were crashing at a tech n9ne concert. But the room was really clean and high quality. People were friendly and very willing to make our stay as easy and comfortable as possible.

The hotel room smells of mildew. The continental breakfast only had didn't have any breakfast meat. They did have eggs, sausage and biscuits, and Waffles. The whole hotel felt dark and dingy despite the new coat of paint in the hallways. I know it was a new coat of paint because you could smell it in the hallway.

Room was clean. However, they put us at the very end of the hall but they were painting the 8 rooms before us. We had to walk over paint splattered sheets to get to our room, the smell of paint was VERY strong, the yelling back and forth ofrom people painting happened until late and then started again at 7am. It was just very inconvenient. We had to keep our room window open all night just to get some fresh air in. I wish they would have just kept this one room closed off. If we would have been in any other room it would have been 5 stars.

The first floor smells constantly like smoke despite every room I saw being non-smoking. The breakfast food was subpar besides the standard hotel wafflemaker. A faulty smoke detector triggered the fire alarm twice in one night during my stay… thankfully it wasn't a real fire. However, the beds were pretty comfortable, and the shower was VERY good for a cheap hotel. It was actually tall enough for a tall person and the water pressure and temperature was great. For a night or two, I'd definitely recommend it. For an extended vacation, I'd want something better.

Hotel overall was satisfactory. Had 2 rooms. One had an odd smell to it and was obviously warmer than the other although the temperature became comfortable quickly.

THIS PLACE IS RASCIT AND NASTY! They got bed bugs & the people that work here got bed bugs, also they doors barley open. I'm disgusted.

Horrible place, had to cancel stay which was over a month away and the still billed my account and would not refund it. Will never say there again. Indian guy over the phone was extremely rude!

Wasn't bad for location and price but the breakfast was subpar.
