Broken chair on the room when we arrived and the refrigerator was turned off while we were in there. Do not recommend staying there again.
We came with our kids for the Polar Express. When we arrived to our room (216) two of the lamps didn’t work and the smoke detector was hanging out of the wall with all the wires showing. I went to the front desk, because the phone in the room didn’t work, and was told they don’t have a maintenance person so I needed to find someone in housekeeping to help. I went back up to our floor and went room by room in search of someone. The woman was apologetic and came to the room; she brought us one new lamp, but the other one was attached to the wall and couldn’t be replaced. She was unable to rehang the smoke detector but assured me it worked. After she left my husband got it to hang, but not securely. After that we realized the window was open and off the track (note there was no screen and it was about 30 degrees out). My husband was able force it shut, but later that evening it got stuffy in the room, and the HVAC unit wasn’t working, so we had to crack it open again. My other complaint would be that the room was not very clean; there was a thick sticky substance on the bathroom sink, and all of the bedroom surfaces had a film on them and were dusty. I ended up wiping everything down with antibacterial wipes I had in my purse. The desk chair was also very worn and torn, it was pretty bad. The next morning we also found that the shower drained very slowly. I shower pretty quickly, and the water was up to my ankles when I got out.

We stayed here this weekend. We were supposed to stay until tomorrow but our room was so miserably hot! We left a day early because we couldn't handle it anymore. We had the ac on 60 the entire time and we were sweating packing our things. After the first night we even went and bought fans but it was still so hot. I would rather have slept in my car.
