Room that was booked in advance we arrive and room was NOT cleaned. No other rooms that we booked available. Was offered another room no discount on it the room even though it was totally different than what we had booked. Was offered free breakfast for what other high hotels don't charge for. Asked to speak to a manager, she called and would NOT speak to us. And not available until Wednesday. No cleaning staff on duty until Wednesday.

Rooms were great, staff was amazing, pool and workout area clean and well kept.

Stayed here overnight when I was in town for a wedding. The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff was incredibly friendly, the location is great, and the breakfast was delicious! Highly recommended!

The Hilton Garden was spectacular! We had a jacuzzi in the room that was just what we needed after fun day! The bed was very nice and the room was clean and big. Would definitely return!

Was there for a job interview and must say this was a very good experience! Complementary coffee was delicious and unexpected. They did very well at making us feel like wanted guests even though we were not staying at the hotel! Friendly staff and environment. They had our convention rooms marked clearly and eager to help in anyway necessary. Would suggest anyone needing smaller convention rooms to give them a shot!

We checked in 1 hr early. Registration did not communicate with hotel. In premier suite Toilet was clogged on first use, fridge was dirty, spilled water and noticed the floors were sticky and dirty. I was so Glad I was able to switch rooms only to find makeup on hand towels.

Nice hotel; very much up to expectations on all levels. Rooms attractive, comfortable, and with all the expected amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Pool, gym and lobby also modern and immaculate. Outdoor seating and smoking area quite nice. Full paid breakfast, airport transportation all day long. Four stars instead of five only because it met expectations on all levels, but didn't WOW. Did not stand out as exceptional. Nothing unusual to say, "Guess what I experienced that you don't usually find at comparable hotels… " So all in all a great stay; everything you could hope for. And I feel guilty giving four and not five stars, noticing that the rating system has actually become more of a pass-fail system. Four stars is read as inadequate frequently — unfortunately — and that is not the way I am viewing this at all; Hilton did a great job consistently on all levels. Thank you!

Nice enough property. Clean and modern. Breakfast is a bit pricey. Biggest negative is that they double charged my card for a two night stay. I got stuck with a double bill.

I had a single king size bed and stayed for one night. When you first walk in, the hotel looks pleasant and pretty modern. I was greated by a very polite gentleman at the front desk named Robert. I would say he was one of the highlights of my visit at this hotel and needs mentioning specifically. He helped me check out in a hurry and provided great conversation when I arrived. That's about where the positives with my experience end. It's clear once you get to your room that the place could use some total renovation. My room was probably the worst in terms of cleanliness at any Hilton family hotel I've stayed at. There were a few different types of hair strands found in different easily accessible places in my room, the bedding obviously had been stained multiple different times and not replaced (possibly old) and finally the room had a slight odor to it. To be fair I did not raise these concerns directly with the hotel at the time, but I was exhausted from traveling and just needed a bed to sleep on. I found the walls a bit thin and the highway fairly loud when attempting to sleep, but it wasn't a deal breaker. I cannot comment on the following: food quality, room service, gym, pool, patio. The pillows were pretty new, the bathroom and tiled areas seemed clean enough, but overall I was left pretty disappointed in my experience outside of the staff member I encountered.

Everything was very clean, staff was very friendly! Has indoor pool, hot tub, and in room Wi-Fi. No free breakfast tho and the lights in the very large bathroom were very bright!

The room was good, the pool was nice and relaxing. I asked for hot chocolate for the keurig that they put in the room with coffee. She said it was 1.50 each k cup. And then I asked about popcorn and breakfast. Way to expensive, the breakfast should be free like most hotels. Especially since what they call a restaurant isn't really a restaurant. It's just some tables in their lobby.

The staff is wonderful! From Raquel at the front desk, Tim at Room Service, and Natasha at the breakfast buffet, all members of the team were helpful, respectful, and accommodating. The hotel is clean and well appointed.

Good service, good place to spend a few days of business in the city of Fort Wayne.

Was very disappointed with service and conditions. Upon arrival, sheets visable on the bed had a tear, after room service visited the following day the sheets were still on the bed. There doesn't appear to be quality control. Staff didn't appear to be focussed on the customer during interactions.

This was my third time staying here. My in-laws live here in Ft. Wayne. Last year we celebrated my daughter's 6th b-day in the lobby. This time the employees were rude and stand-offish. I've been here since yesterday and have yet to be greeted by an employee. I will never stay here again.

Walls are so this you can hear the next door people talk. Bowl of cereal and a banana in the morning will cost you ten dollars. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The room was clean. Staff was fine.

Good hotel for a quick stop. Nothing spectacular but in a safe area close to the airport.

Front desk staff were outstanding. Breakfast attendant Natasha was amazing! Shes a sweetheart! Sharon in housekeeping and her staff do an amazing job keeping the hotel and each room clean!

This was my family first time staying at this hotel and it was very clean, and a we had a pleasant stay. The rooms were spacious, staff were very helpful and courteous. The food was good, family enjoyed the spa and pool. I even enjoy workout time! we will visit again!

I love staying here! I come to town every other week and I always stay at this hotel! The rooms are clean, the staff is friendly and the front desk supervisor Ricky is very helpful and personable! Because of the staff alone I will continue to call this place home away from home!

$9.95 for a choice-free breakfast, or pick one of several better choices within walking distance! Hilton didn't put much thought into this. I mentioned this to our waitress at Bob Evans and she said all of the other hotels in the area offer free breakfast so most of their breakfast business comes from Hilton.

I wanted to let you know how fantastic you and your crew were this past weekend. 06/23/17, 06/24/2017, 06/25/2017 During the late evenings, of both Friday and Saturday, our family gathered back at the lobby each night. While we were told you, were happy we choose to gather in the lobby area, versus our room, it was indeed getting to be quite time. Many of us do not see each other, but once a year. So quite time is hard, as well all laugh a lot. I guess we were good, because we never had any issues. Thank you for allowing us that extra time together. I was also told by one other family member who stayed, that he wanted a cold beer when he checked in, but the bar was not open for another 30 minutes. He was offered a beer, by I believe you Ricky, which thrilled him to pieces. Customer service at its BEST! Saturday breakfast, was arranged to be in private room with our own buffet. How nice that your staff did that. Food was delicious, and we were lacking nothing. Sunday breakfast, we were in the main lobby, but it was no problem. Very efficient server and supervisor again took care of all of our needs. While I did not personally speak to housekeeping, our room was very clean upon arrival, and again cleaned during our stay.

The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. We had a great sleep. Breakfast was good and there was a lot to choose from. we would stay here again. the room was clean, but not as good as we expect from a hilton. There were bits of thread, fluff and "things" all around the room. Nothing gross. Just not clean. we had to search behind end tables and the TV Stand looking for the TV remote. It has been a very long time since they moved the furniture to clean. the air in the room was stale. The windows don't open so we kept the AC/fan on all the time that helped.

Due to an unfortunate mishap with a reservation we had made prior with a Best Western hotel (pool was closed upon arrival), we contacted this Hilton Inn at the very last minute. We have passed this hotel while entering Fort Wayne on numerous occasions and have always thought it to be a beautiful hotel. The desk staff was more than helpful in getting us booked for a room within minutes. The facility was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were clean and peaceful, and our room was top shape and perfect for us. The restaurant within the hotel was delicious — the staff members there were wonderful as well. I truly can't say enough good things about this hotel. We loved it so much that we are already planning our next stay. Thank you, Hilton Garden Inn!

The rooms and hotel in general were very clean. Having towels in the pool area was very convenient. The only issue I had was the pool area. There were ppl wearing pajamas and shirts in the pool. Kids with regular diapers and not swimmers on. Decided to leave the pool early and come back in the morning. I think there should be more attention paid to the pool area so everyone is following the rules and everyone is comfortable there.

We stayed two nights as part of a marriage retreat. The staff were friendly, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was good.

I can't even given then the one. I just had to in order to leave my response. I was charged for smoking and don't even smoke. My bill had on amount and bank account said another. I will never again in my life will I stay here, nor will I ever say or recommend anyone to stay here. If anything will suggest they don't. $21.95 for the nastiest breakfast I've ever tasted.

After a very long trip we arrive to have fire alarms and sirens at 1AM followed by standing outside until the hotel was cleared. The local fire department never even showed up at the hotel. Extremely disappointed.

This was my youngest daughters very first overnight stay with her softball team as they were signed up at The Plex South for a softball tournament. The front desk supervisor, Mary, made our stay awful. At any and every given point she could she scolded our girls. Even followed them to the elevators making sure they didn't speak too loud. But NEVER once did she approach a parent of our girls about their supposed 'grossly misbehaving', as Mary called it when the parents confronted her with her problem with our girls. I CANNOT and WILL NOT recommend this hotel to any athletic team. Mary cannot handle her position as a front desk supervisor and was 'grossly unprofessional'. The hotel will not even return our calls at this point.

Great hotel to stay at. The front desk was very accommodating. Had to extend my stay and was able to get the same rate as booked online. Rooms were big for what you paid. Close to places to eat.

Spent a week there back in 2007 and really enjoyed it. Staff were friendly, had a business centre with free internet (great for travellers abroad) and the rooms were well furnished. I had a really enjoyable stay there and would definitely stay there again.

This was a last minute booking on Memorial Day weekend. We wanted to stop at the Auburn, Cord, Duesenburg Museum in Auburn, Indiana and Ft. Wayne was on our way to our final destination. I did try to book online but the online booking hiccuped probalby because I was trying to use an expired Hilton Honors Silver card. Anyway the desk clerk was very helpful in taking my reservation and reenrolling me in the Awards program. The room was clean, with a microwave, coffee maker and refridgerator. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was not included but I had asked ahead of time and since I'm a very light eater, brought my own fixings. But the cost of breakfast was reasonable. The only downside was the elephants in the room above us who did not walk lightly and seemed to use the halway as a jogging track — but since we didn't complain at the time, they couldn't know and ask them to quiet down. The hotel is in a good location — across the street from a shopping area with a grocery store and several restaurants although getting to the place from the expressway is sort of tricky. You have to go to the next light up and come back from there as there is no left turn onto the street where the hotel is. However, there is a sign posted in front of the hotel on how to get there.

I have stayed at this hotel close to 100 times. Great breakfast if it's included; pricey if not. This hotel is getting older and in the summer often smells like bug spray. The pool is in decent repair and the exercise room is nice and well stocked. Often there are issues with the office equipment such as the printers in need of supply or printing badly. This is only an issue in the exec. Lounge area. Internet works but is not fast. Overall I believe this is a fair rating because, as I said, it is getting older. It seems that prices are artificially high many weekdays as well, so I have not been staying there much due to cost.

Great rooms and wonderful meeting room. Rooms are better Holiday Inn hands down. And that is where I usually stay when on the road.
