I didn't even want to give this place 1 star. I booked my reservation back in March 2018 for a family reunion we were having in July. I brought my confirmation # with me. They sent me to a room that was already occupied. Then after that they told me that there's no more rooms available. Now keep in mind I had myself, my mom who just had hip surgery and 2 kids. We traveled 300 miles to get here. Plus they have already charged my account for the room. After 2 hours of standing they finally gave me someone else's reservation which was a single bed with a roll out cot 4 people. I was then told when a double bed comes available that will put me there. The next morning I went down to the desk to get more linen so we could shower. The front desk lady was very RUDE and snappy saying to me why was my family and I in a single bed room and why and so on, and we are not allowed to be in there like that. I explained to her the situation and she still did not want to accommodate me. They finally put me in the correct room a day later. The room still wasn't stocked with the correct amount of linens. I walked down once again to let them know. And once again the lady up front was nasty and rude to me to the point the manager came to my room to apologized and begged me to stay and that he would make it right with me. This whole time I never was rude nor sassy to the staff. The manager then promised me that I would not have to deal with her and for me to only deal with him. He promised he would take care of the situation. Well he did not. So I called corporate and they was suppose to contact me within 48 hours. It has been going on 5 days and I haven't heard from them. I will NEVER EVER stay there again. Me and the rest of my family will stay somewhere else. Don't waste your time staying here.
