The suites are comfortable and spacious. After sleeping in the beds, you will feel rested. The beds are so comfortable. It makes it hard to pull yourself out of bed. The staff was considerate and helpful.

Nice rooms and cool shower. They had name brand bath and body works shampoo and lotion which I have never seen before :) and I loved it. The only thing I wasn't really impressed with was the breakfast. No waffle machine : (but the food they had was alright.

Nice hotel and nice room. Friendly employees. Enjoyed my stay.

Our stay here was wonderful. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean. There is a pool and hot tub. They have a few breakfast options, some of them hot. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice experience. Repeat visitor. Will be back. Stay here on business, but often return for pleasure.

The rooms were very clean and were the restrooms the workout area was very up kept and up to date and the pool was nice but I wish the hotub area was larger but other than that it was nice and I would recommend it to anyone.

Bre offered excellent customer service upon our arrival. The rooms were clean and stocked nicely. The king suite is HUGE. The double queen room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast offered great options like greek yogurt in various flavors and egg white/veggie omelettes, perfect for bari friendly diets. The workout room was clean and the machines functioned great. After being remodeled, there are some finishing details that need completed. Overall, a great experience.

Whole place is getting updated but still lots of improvement to go. Everything was just slightly off. For example, very nice workout facility but there were no cups for the water jug. There were Tv's attached to the exercise equipment but they only had 4 channels. My Room was new and updated… well, everything except the toilet and shower. The outer door to the hotel you had to manually open but the inner door was a really nice looking sliding glass automatic door. Looking forward to visiting again and giving 5 stars next time.

We have stayed here several times and it's always very clean. The employees were so helpful and curtious. The manager and the second shift guy quickly resolved the issues and needs we had. Thanks you Misty and Anthony this is the reason we keep coming back.

Wonderful place to stay. Always our choice when we visit Indiana. Staff is very friendly even when at 3 am. The front desk women Carmen and Sara are my favorites. So sweet!

Even though it is under renovation, the rooms are excellent and all of the staff outdo their selves with perfect customer assistance. Definitely will recommend all friends and family to come here.

Stayed in this HI one night before their renovations were completed. Nice people, good service. BUT, new heater in room 132 giving off a horrible burning smell that caused headaches for us both. Room needs to be ‘detailed’ and excess grout removed from doors, floor and walls! Some tile setter got crazy with their grout or caulk! Just didn’t feel like the room had been inspected well and finished! Overall good stay but I felt some comp should have been offered for that smelly heater! Our clothes now have that smell in them so it’s following us on our trip!

Although staff was friendly, if I had known how extensive they were under construction we would be stayed some where else. I rented 2 rooms for $124 per room for one night. The rooms are very small and little to no breakfast which manager told me she would give me gift cards to a local restaurant. When I asked for them she had gone and girl working only had 2 cards for Dairy Queen. We ended up going to Cracker Barrell and spending $75 dollars for what should had been our complimentary breakfast. My 78 year old Mother almost fell 2 times getting through construction, the floors were unlevel and rough. We had to escort her everywhere because of this because condition of floors. She found this quite humiliating. I would like a refund or some other compensation.

Loved that it was pet friendly. The room was beautiful and beds we're comfy!

Under construction — no access to the pool, workout room and breakfast is half of what is normally available. And it smells like it is under construction. No mirror outside of bathroom, no fan in bathroom, and TV doesn't have a sleep timer. Room does have a microwave, small fridge, and Keurig coffee pot. Good location to highway, Wal-Mart, and several restaurants. Didn't know about construction or I would have elsewhere.

This was a great holiday inn to stay in. The room was clean and the girl who helped us the night we checked in and the girl who was there when we checked out were both amazing. Wish I got their names. Once the renovations are completed this hotel will be even better. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is being renovated but it was a much needed face lift. I'm pleased with the outcome.

Excellent staff and very nice accommodations. A little higher priced than nearby hotels but worth the price, in the midst of renovations and yet the room was in great condition, roomy and modern in apperance. Nice central atrium area that was used for breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was better than most other places. Location is quiet and off the main highway far enough to be insulated from the traffic but close and convenient to all the stores and services.

They are under construction but or room was really nice and already remodeled. Breakfast was really good, it offered more options than I am used to. All the staff were very friendly.

Nice staff very friendly. Room was clean and tidy. They served complementary breakfast which was amazing, fresh and tasty. Overall we enjoyed our stay as it was very near to shopping, restaurants and other attractions.

The room was very nice. Showed up tired from driving and needed a room on the fly late at night and they were very friendly as well as accommodating.

Room was dirty. There was McDonald's wrappers and bags on the night stand in between the bed. The Wi-Fi would go in and out; lasted only about 30 seconds. The hotel itself charged an extra $20 for in case international calls. It has been 4 days later and it has not been reversed. The hotel stated it would be upon check out. Even though the room was no smoking, it smelt of smoke.

I really liked this place. It was clean, the staff was kind, the breakfast was really good, and the bundle deal for holiday world was great. I even enjoyed the location of the hotel. I would recommend it, it's the cheapest in the area for what it is and it's really nice. We will stay here again.

The elevator area was just ok, but they had yummy breakfast. Cinnamon rolls! Good bacon too. The rooms were perfectly nice. Felt clean. Large tv. They also had great smelling and feeling Bath & Body Works shampoo, conditioner, and lotion. I felt clean and relaxed after a long day of travel.

We stayed at this hotel for almost 6 months due to a house fire, the only complaint I have to make is some of the cleaning staff seemed to be a bit lazy, but other than the stay was great. The ladies that worked at the desk were just absolutely amazing. One in fact (Misty) always went above and beyond for us at times. She always had a great and welcoming personality, and made our stay there a lot easier and enjoyable. Its a very clean, and upkept hotel. I always recommend this hotel to anyone coming into town.

The staff and facilities were great. The breakfast was adequate. The mattress I had to "sleep" on was awful (rock hard). Why would an international hotel chain purchase mattresses that less than 5% of their customers would find comfortable? It would've been more comfortable to sleep on the floor.

The positives — the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the climate control worked well. The negatives — Wi-Fi was not good enough to stream Netflix, the water pressure was bad and the TV was poor quality. Also the breakfast was terrible, but that was expected.

Bland suburban 'hangout'. OK if you have no teeth (and can't afford any) and start off sentences with 'Me and my family. ' '2-Stars' might be an exaggeration by most standards. Gained some notoriety since becoming 'home' to Erin Moran ('Joanie Cunningham' of 'Happy Days' fame decades ago) after she became homeless — guess she 'partied' too much even by this place's standards! Oh, well, 'Sit on it'! Holiday Inn has found its 'level' once again.

This was a wonderful hotel. Clean, friendly staff and well kept up. Really enjoyed my stay here. :-).
