It was a great experience. We always choose Hyatt property for stay as for their best service Nd nyc hospitality. Hoffman estate was Gud. Near to eating joints Nd shopping places. Hotel people provided shuttle service to pic Nd drop to nearest stations. Overall it is excellent!

The room is not worth $199 per night, bathroom super small, no microwave, sheets were dirty and needed to be changed when we checked in, no complimentary water in room, was not happy at all.

OMG! Sarah is the best! I came into the Hyatt Place to inform their staff of our "Open-House". I'm a partial owner in a Race Horse Ranch, in the area and wanted to work with local hotels to provide overnight accommodations. Not only did the Hyatt Place attend our event but Sarah got Hyatt Place to take part in the event. Event planners attended, Caters, Wedding Planners, Festival Organizers, Wine Clubs, Day Camp Members as well as future brides and grooms. The Hyatt Place was the only hotel marketing to our guests and I was so happy they were. When a team member gets your product in an event they want to make sure it was successful! Thank you, Sarah, for making our event successful. You were great with our guests! I will make sure all of our guests come to your hotel.

Stay here few times a year. Always solid experience with helpful staff. Kids always dig the pool. Breakfast is pretty standard hotel fare, but the kiddos love the sausages. The pastry case is also fantastic for a treat. I do have to wonder, with the new breakfast policy, how they plan to enforce it. Its an open kitchen and if staff is busy, it may not be easily enforcible.

We arrived early for our reservation on Saturday around noon, but after a brief wait, Mariana got us checked in and she upgraded us to a suite! Tim promptly got us some extra linens Sunday night and asked about the wedding we had just been to. The room was beautiful and spacious, staff were all polite and cheerful, and I was very happy to see gluten-free options on both the breakfast bar and the 24 hour menu. At checkout on Monday, I was pleasantly surprised to see they had applied the wedding block rate even though the block was full when I booked our room. I was so impressed by every aspect of our stay! Thank you for making our weekend so comfortable!

Friendly staff and they were always present. From maintenance, HK or front desk people were around every turn. Breakfast in the morning was great. There was a line at first, but the flow of the layout kept it moving fast and they were always restocking food, glasses, etc. They were always cleaning up tables and droppings from the serving area. Pool was smaller considering all the guests and wish it had a hot tub. But, it was clean and had plenty of towels. Room was spacious, affordable clean and quiet. Definately a value with breakfast included. We will go back.

They have Starbucks but only hot. No cold.

Because of the location. I had higher expectations… the food was average (wishing there was a waffle maker) The customer service was great. Check in was quick… The suite was small. Bathroom was mediocre but I enjoyed the shower. Disappointed that the pool room didn't have a jacuzzi but other than that it was just ok.

Could not sleep in the bed with those pillows, bathroom unbelievably small, no microwave, no drink vending machines on floor, hot breakfast was barely warm, poorly stocked bar. Very plain swimming pool, considerable distance from poorly equipped exercise area. No hot tub or whirlpool that I could find. It did seem to be clean, one of the few good things. Simply not satisfied, over hyped about food and drink in the area, unless you're into fast-food & carryout.
