The staff is always very friendly and accommodating! Hilton Hotel is always very clean, even before Covid! We’ve been staying there since the hotel has opened for our various family functions!

Did not have my reservation and now I have no whirlpool and staff has no clue what’s going on.

Made a reservation on Feb 2nd. Here now after driving thru a snow storm and. They tell us they have no rooms.

From the booking through check-in (and use of the super cool new ap) we have had a great experience. Very helpful front desk staff, especially Mark, who helped ensure our two rooms were on the same floor. Beautifully designed, clean and modern. Exercise room well equipped, pool and hot tub nice, small splash pad for little kids. All in all, especially given the reasonable priced rooms, we are very happy with this hotel.

They don’t change the sheets if they still look clean, found a used tissue in my sheets from previous guest, they leave you creamers for the coffee machine that are old, comes out of the cup like cottage cheese, no longer complimentary coffee or warm cookies in the lobby… I’m with a large group, hoping they pick a better hotel for next year.

Pretty poor performance. Tried to check in a little early knowing that they had a zillion open rooms. We were denied even though I have diamond status and were told to come back at 4pm. I made our reservations months ago using a free night certificate given to me by HGI Corp. Gave them the certificate number at the time. Somehow in the many months between the reservation and now, we misplaced the certificate. The hotel decided not to honor the free night, even though they admitted seeing the certificate number in their system, without the paper certificate. Who keeps pieces of paper now a days?

Stayed here overnight for business trip. Rooms in excellent condition, staff was very friendly and helpful. Bartender serves as perfect concierge of helpful recommendations on things to do around town and places to visit. Would definitely visit again.

I enjoyed my 3 day stay at this location. It was conveniently located a half mile from the Convention Center, Rivers Casino next door, Giordano's and Gino's East around the corner, on top of all that, the hotel was clean, had friendly, knowledgeable staff, and the amenities were just what we needed. The 24 hr shuttle was a lifesaver to and from O'Hare airport. The lobby with complimentary refreshments, bar, restaurant and community room were just what we needed after daylong excursions. Our room was a good size with comfy queen beds, working outlets throughout, microwave, Keurig, refrigerator, TV with cable, hairdryer, iron and ironing board, extra blankets if needed, and standard toiletries. Our room was very clean, from carpet, tile, shower curtain, drains, toilet, we were never once afraid to use anything with caution (refreshing now a days) If I am to return to Chicago I would return here, or in other travels, use another Hilton Garden Inn. I was very impressed by how well we were treated and how clean everything was.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms (entire facility looks very new). Breakfast was a good value and tasted great. I would give this place 4.5 stars out of 5. Definitely a recommendation.

Adrian was amazing with check in and help over the phone. Best customer service of any hotel I have seen. The hotel is immaculate, as well. It blows 4 star hotels out of the water. Now if only I could find that tall, dark and handsome man that had a room on the 4th floor and some red sneakers on! :-)

Great customer service, the whirlpool in the room will make you never want to leave. Breakfast is so delicious. You can even relax in the pool. Don't let me forget the casino that's only a few steps away. Near the mall, restaurant, and a few bars. Candy Factory is about 6 minutes away. Its also minute's from O'hare Airport.

Had a small business event in a conference room. Excellent event staff and incredibly attentive. Also had good experience with airport shuttle driver. Guest rooms were a bit high priced given level of amenities, likely due to close proximity of O’Hare. Both Gino’s and Giordano’s are within short distance (very walkable), which offer great Chicago style pizza. Staying at the hotel, they have a nice bar with an awesome-friendly bartender (Jim, I think). Had a “big salad” that was plenty for a meal.

I stay here frequently for work and love this hotel. The staff are always personable and remember you. The food and bar are great. The rooms are always clean. Beds are comfortable.

Everything has been great here. My family and I stayed here for 10 days while we were house hunting, and we had a fabulous stay. If I could vote 10 stars, I would. The housekeeping staff is very efficient and thorough with the rooms, and making sure we always had enough clean towels, especially with a baby was necessary. The front desk is friendly, and is always greeting you anytime you walk by, and are very informative when needing anything, especially when you are new in town. Last but not least, the morning wait staff at the restaurant was the best! They greated my daughter and I every morning with a smile and helped us with anything we needed. I’m actually sad to leave, because having the quick morning conversations with them made me feel like I was actually starting to feel like at home, as in when you go to a local restaurant as a regular and you are always asking each other how life is going. Anyways this hotel is the best, very clean, efficient. I would definitely recommend this one to anyone that comes to visit the area.

Very nice and comfy. Great breakfast buffet! Great food and plenty of it — wonderful wait staff! Pretty classy! Very welcoming greeters — even had fresh warm cookies and hot beverages for each of us! Would definitely stay here again!

This has to be the best Hilton Garden I have ever stayed at. I stay weeks at a time and the food is always fresh, made to order, and really good. The server, Carole, does a fantastic job and makes you really feel at home. In addition to the great food, they have over 40 craft beers and several on tap. Highly recommend this hotel if you are in the area.

The room was very clean with a comfortable king size bed. The people at the front counter were very nice and helpful when it came time to check in and find food that was close by. The best part is that they have park and fly which allows you to leave your vehicle there. The shuttle for the airport even started at 5 which made it great for an early flight. If I have to fly out of O'Hare in the future and have to stay the night I will definitely be coming back to this hotel.

Conveniently located near O'Hare with a free shuttle service. Very nice facilities for the price. I had a morning arrival and the staff was very accommodating with early check in as well as checking bags for a few hours after check out. No complaints at all.

We spent a night here on the way to Toronto. Very courteous and helpful front desk. Checked in really quick. Room was clean. Don't see any reason why I wouldn't visit this hotel again. Would definitely recommend it.

Top Notch all the way around. I was there on family business but had a guitar with me. They offered for me to use the fireplace area to play late at night if I wanted to. The room lacked nothing, service and attitude of the staff were impeccable. I'm very picky about hotels, and don't that often give four stars out. If I could clone this place and stay at it everywhere I go, I would be very happy man. From now on I'll be booking there when I'm in Chicago. Thanks very much for a pleasant stay!

Great location right outside the O'Hare airport. We have a partnership with a company in this area so the location and the free shuttle from the airport make this a great option. Staff have been friendly on each visit — check in was fast and easy. Dinner at the restaurant was good — everyone was able to get something different but the beer menu was a little sad. The breakfast buffet was good — a mix of pastries and hot foods. It's very close to a variety of restaurants — within walking distance if you don't mind crossing large streets.

Parking fee!? Really!? It's not downtown Chicago where parking is a premium. It's a nice hotel, staff was decent as expected. The room and bathroom were nice and clean. I would avoid staying again due to parking fees. I shouldn't have to pay extra or inconvenience someone for a ride to get to the hotel.

The room was a tad dated but overall decent. There's a pool and hot tub to use. It's located about 10 minutes from Ohare and they offer shuttle service every 20 minutes. The restaurant had good food and our server, Julia, was awesome! She was honest when we asked about certain dishes on the menu and was able to make the best recommendations for the 6 of us in our party. Overall it was a good experience.

Very nice hotel, reasonably priced with comfortable and clean rooms. Large TV and Keurig in each room. Nice pool and fitness room. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly and went the extra mile to insure our complete satisfaction. Free shuttle service to airport and local restaurants. The only downside is the additional cost to park, but that wouldn't detour me from staying here in the future.

I have traveled 2 weeks out of every month for ten years and stayed at many hotels. The front desk staff is by far the worst I have ever encountered. One after the other clearly didnt know anything about hospitality and were into themselves than customer service. The restaurant and bar was no better. The bartender kept walking away to be on his cell phone and stood out as well as unprofessional as the rest. Total reflection of the lack of management. Any other local hotel would be a better choice. Stay away.

I always have enjoyed staying here over the last 10 years and hope to many years to come. I stay here when I come to town on business every few months. The staff does everything possible to make my stay as good as it can be.

Very nice 3-4 story lobby with restaurant and bar in an open setting. I was very impressed! The desk staff was very helpful and professional and the wait staff at the restaraunt was great! The room is appointed just fine, but a comfortable bed, and clean. I am glad to stay here.

Feels overpriced for the quality of the room we received. Hair dryer was broken when we arrived and not much space in general. Lack of a complementary breakfast included with these rates are unacceptable as well, overpriced and you'll be expected to tip.

Check in at front deck was a little bumpy but after that it was all good. It’s a super clean hotel with a wonderful staff and a awesome pool for the kiddos. It’s in a great location and if your flying out of ORD they have shuttle. The breakfast package is well worth it and make sure you download the app. Not only do you get points but there digital key is great. Definitely will be back.

Quiet, clean, modern rooms, had a Keurig! The pool and splash pad were a big hit! No free breakfast but it's worth the price (kids eat free! ) at the restaurant. Shuttle to O'Hare was quick.

This is a very convenient location near O'Hare Airport. Breakfast and dinner are high quality and service is wonderful. The staff goes out of their way to greet you and make you feel taken care of.

If you arrive after midnight, just pick up the phone once you walk in thru the first entrance and dial 0. The front desk will answer and open the magical sliding glass door for you to enter the hotel. Front desk was very friendly and fast.

One of the best group of employees I have ever met… each one of them. Second time here this year. Nancy is the restaurant was outstanding! I mean really polite and attentive! Must have good management that actually takes the time to properly train their staff. This is a rearity in the hospitality industry today.

Staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. We chose the hotel based on convenient location and the kid friendly pool, and we weren't disappointed. Our young children had a ball in both the wading pool and the big pool. The fact that they had balls and foam noodles was an added bonus. Thanks for a great stay!

I can't believe we only paid $79 for this hotel! The staff was amazing, the breakfast was totally worth the money, the rooms were nice and the pool was great. (Didn't have any towels in the morning when it opened but we're willing to look past that considering everything else. ). Free shuttle service to casino and restaurants and close to the airport. To the people who left bad reviews, you must be very difficult to please. This was a great experience and I would recommend it to anyone. If we ever fly out of O'Hare again we're definitely staying here!

Here for a business conference. Rooms were clean, spacious, and quiet. Equipped with a small refrigerator, kerig, and microwave.

I was just in Chicago this past weekend and stayed here with my friend. We were there for a conference that was being held at the hotel. I was very impress with the hote. It was clean and the staff was very friendly. The rooms were nice and a good size and the beds were clean and comfy. The showers had amazing water pressure and was clean as well. The resturant had good food and the staff was great. I would highly recommend this hotel and will definetely look into staying here again the next time I am in chicago.

The main lobby and dining area are very inviting. Spent most of my time here at a continuing education event for my profession and enjoyed the stay.

I have stayed at this hotel numerous times and has great experiences. I bring my kiss you swim and hang out with my parents. This time, I was swinging with my kids and there were people swimming in their underwear. I left the pool area because it was not appropriate.

They went above and beyond helping me book a last minute room when I was stranded at O'Hara Airport Chicago. A free shuttle came and picked me up within 2 minutes free of charge. They gave me a great recommendation for late night food delivered right to my room. And the accommodations were fantastic. Pool, jacuzzi, weightroom. Would definitely stay here again.
